I cannot say enough about the caring professionals at Smile Center. Dr Kent is a magician. He did a full removal of all my teeth, removed alot of excess bone that I had, it would interfere with denture fitting. I imagined excruciating pain and aches, not even close. 1% of my imagined pain. I cannot say how impressed I am with these professionals. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.

I'm a person that always hates the dentist visit. the wait, the sounds, & the pain. The Smile Center however has changed my outlook. The Whole Staff along with the Doctors are on their game & and very Professional. They got me in & out and kept me comfortable & relaxed while under their care. I recommend The Smile Center to anyone who needs dental work done in a quick, professional manner.

Kept putting off going to the dentist out of fear and anxiety. Thankfully the staff here is friendly and sympathetic. They walk you through all the procedures before hand so you know what to expect. My Dent tech Katie who did my scaling was gentle and talked to me through the procedure to calm me down and let me know how everything was going. By the end I was wishing I hadn't put it off as long as I did. Clean facility, and never have to wait long in the waiting room.

Let me start by saying my dentist phobia is real! I was scarred for life by previous dentists which led to me not going back to one for years. Waiting so long ruined my smile. I've heard their ads on the radio for years but was always too scared to call for fear of judgement. One day I just pulled the trigger and made an appointment and I'm so glad I did.

My only regret is that I didn't go there sooner and that I made myself suffer for so long. They were fantastic from day one and I am so grateful to them for helping me get my confidence back. Everyone from the front office staff to the dentist was amazing. The atmosphere is so nice and calming and they don't make you feel embarrassed or ashamed for having bad teeth, which is so hard to come by in a dental office.

All they wanted to do was give me my smile back and for that I will be forever grateful. I've referred many people already and they've had great experiences as well. It was a very fast, painless, great experience. Thank you guys so much!

I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of having my dental work done at the Smile Center. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I was treated with professionalism and empathy. I was offered choices and my personal input was considered with my dental needs. Highly recommend and I certainly will tell everyone about the Smile Center.

Had an awesome experience! Iv had many terrible experiences at other dentist offices in the area, specifically Alicia and her mother (cant remember her name) were very nice and caring explaining every step of the process and the doctor who performed the extraction was awesome as well. I was recommended this place by a boss of mine and i will also recommend to other people moving forward!

I was very happy from my first phone call to ask questions about a broken tooth to first visit to take care of the problem. The dental assistant Alesha was very knowledgeable and Dr. Raymond did a great job. I felt vey comfortable that I was dealing with honest professional people.

Needed all top teeth pulled and partial bottoms, dentists always freaked me out. After meeting with everyone from the smile center. They made my experience enjoyable and relaxed. After I had recieved the partial and full upper dentures there was barely any pain its been 24 hours and I can say so far everything is going great. Definitely highly recommend!

Their service is fantastic, you go in with really bad teeth and you wake up with a great looking set of dentures, they will adjust them as many times as you want I am very happy with the staff they are very friendly and upbeat

Absolutely love it there. They always help me out. Had lots of Dentist that would n listen and understand my needs. And I have anxiety. They never treated me different. When I walk in I feel right a home. Best thing I ever did. I can talk to the girls about absolutely anything.i consider them my family. Absolutely recommend them

You guys are so accommodating. I don't know of any other dental offices that personally calls or texts you to confirm/discuss upcoming appointments.

I am a huge fan of the Smile Center. I am one of those people that has severe anxiety about tooth pain and going to the dentist in general. Everyone that works in this office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and does their absolute best to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend them for any and all of your dental needs!

Great, great dentists and hygienists here (and everyone else too)! They got me in quickly when I had an issue with an old filling and got me feeling better immediately! Very, very nice and understanding people work here :) The absolute highest recommendations!

Bait and Switch warning - get everything in writing and recording when speaking with the financial department. BEFORE switching insurances, I contacted the office - expressing that there is a year waiting period, and asked if they would honor the contracted prices despite the waiting period, to which the finance member said yes they would, as long as I have the PPO plan.

Fast forward to today, and now its - "no we never said that" this is despite me having several others listening to the same conversation on speaker phone. I should have just recorded the conversation, so please insure you don't make the same costly mistake as I did.

I don't usually write reviews, but everyone at the Smile Center was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Alicia and Dr. Raymond took their time explaining the procedures I need done and answered all the questions I had in terms I understood. Anyone that is anxious thinking about coming to the dentist should book an appointment ASAP with the smile center, I've never felt so at ease, and the massage chairs are a HUGE plus!

Because I was told I would receive n email answering my question before my next aptmt, 2wks I left a bad Google review about the lack of communication. 2hrs before the aptmt they dropped me as a patient!

One of the most positive experiences I've ever had. I have anxiety, and was met with compassion and caring individuals, who wanted to genuinely make my visit as stress free as possible. Mary was beyond amazing with her bedside manner and professionalism. Dr. Geise is definitely someone I would recommend for those with dentistry fears. 10/10 stars.

This dentist was actually my second opinion! Am sure glad and happy I did that! Everyone here is wonderful! They make you feel so comfortable! Mary did my deep cleaning which if you ever had it done, not fun! But Mary is so gentle I never felt a thing! Am not scared to go to the dentist anymore!

Poor communication between staff and patients. I've been waiting for months for them to call me about a cavity filling and they never called, I finally contacted them only to be told the dentist who accepted my insurance never returned after covid, well it would have been nice to be informed of that. Patient-doctor communication lacked severely. I'll be going elsewhere.
