Fantastic Office! I'm always greeted with a friendly face and smile when I come in for my visits. Always understanding and accommodating. The discussions on the suggested solutions and care of a particular dental issue have always been extremely informative and made sense to follow. I've been a patient of Dr. Giordano for over 30 years now. We moved over 1 1/2 hours away a few years ago, and never have I considered finding a dentist closer to home. I always have complete confidence that I am receiving the best in dental care. She is gentle, friendly (!), funny - imagine feeling that a dental visit is enjoyable. The office is immaculate and so well managed. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I had a wonderful visit today with all! Front desk staff was very warm and friendly, along with the dental assistant taking my X-rays! Kaitlin, the dental hygienist, and Dr Giordano were both very professional, super gentle yet very thorough and super friendly also! Thanks ladies for an AWESOME experience! BEST dental practice ever!

Dr. Giordano, Dr. Krausz and her staff are extremely professional, timely and always accommodating. Her office is very clean and they have flexible hours. The receptionists always follow up and assist with any questions. Coming to the office does not feel like a "typical" dentist office experience- they are so welcoming, kind and calming especially during procedures. I cannot say enough great things about this office and all of its employees- I highly recommend!

The front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Suzanne the assistant is the best and makes you feel comfortable during your visit. Kaitlyn the hygienist is gentle and knowledgeable in her field. Dr. G is wonderful! She has decreased my migraines with the use of a customized mouth guard worn at night.

The front desk person was pleasant but my experience with the dental hygienist Kaitlyn was unprofessional. Not only did she give a false dental assessment about "gum inflammation" which I certainly do not have, she was also rude on her remarks. My experience with Dr. Krausz was a disappointment, while she did confirm that there was NOT a "gum inflammation", she did a poor job giving patient education. She was thorough yet inconsistent with her description on what she wanted to do to fix a chipped filling! Overall, I felt discriminated by these licensed "professionals!"

Wonderful, comfortable experience at this office! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and assistants are warm and welcoming. I have seen both Dr. Giordano and Dr. Krausz and had great experiences with both of them. The dental work I needed was explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered prior to work being done. I am very cautious with covid and the office was super clean and I felt safe there which is very important.

I've been coming to Dr. Giordano's office for years, even after I've moved out of state because she is the best! She is warm, caring, and exceptionally skilled. Everyone on her team helps to make you feel as comfortable and safe as possible during your appointment. The facilities and tools are always clean. Plus, you get a goodie bag of teeth stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, etc.) at the end of your appointment. Thank you, Dr. Giordano!
