Chop shop. Do everything to use up your yearly insurance max (usually $1600-$2000 per year) in one to two visits so you can pay out of pocket or sign up for credit from there (as if anyone would do such a thing). They do everything to try to get you to purchase implants which are way overpriced to begin with. Avoid this place at all costs!

What can I say. The reason dentists aren't considered doctors in my opinion is because they don't stand by the Hippocratic oath. The only goal of this place is to upsell you. They'll remove your teeth and try to get you to buy overpriced implants instead of the dentures your insurance pays for. They also send request to your insurance long after you're a patient.
I contacted my insurance and was told not to worry it's only a request and predetermination. The concern was why were they requesting anything when I'm no longer a patient for well over a year. Be aware!

THE WORST! dental group I have ever dealt with in my life. All they care about is the money they are going to receive for the service and not your overall health. They made me wait over a month for an emergency route canal service which I have gone back and forth with my insurance company and them which my insurance assured me it was covered and approved for 6 months.
Right before my appt (which should've been a sign) my insurance cancelled which I got reinstated and now the dental group said they have to redo the claim for service to my insurance. Month 3 going by and still awaiting service. I should've just kept looking at other dental groups that could've took me right away. Just an overall headache if I could rate them a zero I could!
I liked them because they seemed professional and clean. But they don't care about there patients or future patient at all. The main lady at the front desk is a headache also.be mindful!

I've gotten an consultation for an implant. Dr Arnold was very nice. He answered all my questions and said I was a good candidate for an tooth implant. Services is great. Great experience. Sandy the office manager is great. Highly recommended This practice. The owner did work on my mouth and he was great. Very friendly and knows his stuff. He's always trying to help. If your looking for a dentist this would be your place.

I was taken in as a new patient who had not seen a dentist in way too long. I needed to have 2 room canals on my front teeth and fit in the same day. The doctors and staff were so helpful. Mandy is an absolute sweetheart who reassured me the entire way. I wasn't sent home with near enough pain meds and was kn a great deal of pain for 2 days but that's not their fault. I returned today for a follow up and again was well taken care of. Again, Mandy was amazing as was the rest if the staff I encountered.

Was with quality for a few years until they started losing my files, having two different folders for me, and then had to give them up when they canceled an appointment I had made a month and a half prior a day before the appointment and had no other times available to fit my work schedule. No apologies just b****ing that no one wants to work. Maybe it's a workplace issue. I will be finding a new dentist this week since I'll get seen before any other appointments opened up here. Shame it used to be a nice place

The staff in general is friendly and helpful. The clinical staff is professional and courteous, willing to answer questions and create a plan of care that is patient centered. I recommend this practice especially if you are looking for different dental specialities and the convenience of a single location.

I think they must have fired all the staff members that contributed to those bad reviews I just read. I went to this office for the first time last Monday for an annual check up and cleaning: I actually had an embarrassing moment as I didn't have any dental coverage through the insurance company I'd given them. The front office staff, the hygienist and the dentist were professional, courteous, helpful and oh yeah funny!
I found the right information after 1/2 hour of phone calls and they fit me right back into the schedule. I chatted with the hygienist who took genuine interest in me as a patient. Same with the dentist who came in to review my Xrays, do an oral exam, and check her cleaning.we kept up a running joke as he diligently went over everything. This office gets my thumbs up and lives up to the high standards of the Ennabi name. Read my review of Kathleen Ennabi's Pediatric office.

After waiting a month and being put on antibiotics 2x for the pain I was in. the dentist tells me he doesn't do root canal retreats and I need to call a specialist. oh and my mouth will be fine. he doesn't see any infection at all. hmm I guess my mouth was throbbing for no reason. use to be a great place but this was their last chance to prove to me. elsewhere I go.

I'm disappointed with the outcome of the appointment. I waited one month for an appointment for my son that needs a root canal. I explained before I placed the appointment that he needed two root canals to be done. I was told no worries we accept the insurance and you are good. The day of the appointment after the consultation the dentist agreed he needed the work. However, as soon I was given a date for a follow up.
They informed me oh never mind he needs to see a Pediatric Root Canal specialist because he is under age. Referred me to another office that does not accept my health insurance. I followed up with his pediatric dentist and health insurance, I was told there is no such thing as a Pediatric Endodontist. So I called back the next day and someone tells me oh yeah we spoke about it after you left to the Dentist. He will review the X-rays and let you know if he can do it. I'm still waiting for the call that was two weeks ago.

My daughter chipped her front tooth, she had it bonded. The bonding only last as far as she got to the parking lot. also they told her she could wear her retainer which didn't even fit anymore, upon calling got nothing but attitude didn't even explain the procedure that it might not stay because it was a front tooth. I have contacted my insurance to tell them what a horrible place this is. I had her tooth fixed by someone else which came out beautifully.

Horrible business. I made an appointment about a month ago to get my bottom two wisdom teeth removed. I explained to them that they were submerged and required surgery to get them out. They gave me a price quote of $350 a tooth with comes out to $700. I show up today for my appointment and the doctor/head dentist( not sure of their property title.) Sees that my wisdom teeth are submerged and instantly tries to get out of doing it.
First he tells me I only need one done. I explained to him that my dentist said I needed both. So he tells me to get a cleaning while he looks it over I explain to him that I don't have insurance and would just like my teeth pulled. He tells me not to worry about it, that the cleaning is more important. so I do the cleaning and when I come out he says the price for each tooth is a little over 600 dollars.
They had me a take a day off work and drive in during a snowstorm just to cancel on the service. On top of that they charged me for the cleaning AND an extra $75 for an xray on the wisdom teeth whose price he just doubled. I had a 1:30 appointment didn't get seen until 2:15 and didn't leave there until 3:30. So I wasted two hours of my life, and spent $150 to not get my wisdom teeth pulled. It was one of, if not the worst dentist experience of my life.
