Had an emergency late Saturday before Easter and Dr. E stayed and took care of me. Very thankful for their help.

After spending almost $5K on multiple procedures at this facility (after insurance), my insurance company communicated that they determined one of the procedures was not neccessary and then charged another $500. South Shore disagreed and stated that the procedure was needed. This went back and forth until GEHA stated that the charge was final. You would have thought South Shore would have at the very least maybe worked out an arrangement since the patient is at a loss when this happens.

We depend on the clinician to work on our best behalf and only do procedures that are needed. But that did not happen. So I paid South Shore the additional $500 and then asked if they could provide me with x-rays and a narrative from the Dentist so that I could file a claim with GEHA on my own. NOTHING from them. Even after multiple visits to the office and multiple emails, they have provided me nothing and totally "ghosted" me since my inquiry.

The only conclusion I can think of is that maybe they did perform a procedure that was not needed. There are many Dental Offices in this area, do your research and find a good one.

Like most patients I was nervous about getting dental work done. I met Ginny first and she was very kind and professional! Then I met Dr. Kokate and I was no longer nervous. I had a filling done and the numbing was no big deal! I am so very pleased with my visit and will be going back! Thank you so much!

Dr. Kokate fabricated a crown for me and it was the best experience I have EVER had. The injection was painless and the nitrous offered is a gamer changer! My crown fits PERFECT! I have been a hygienist for 32 years and she is one of the best.

If you are looking for a dental office, this is your place! Their customer service is great, the dentist and hygienist make you feel so comfortable and explain everything to you so that you understand what is going on with your teeth and create a plan of action to get you where you need to be. Varsha was amazing! She is very patient and super sweet!

An excellent choice for professional, & kind dentists, hygienist & administration. Very up-to-date equipment. They have 2 locations, so when I moved this location was closer, but still far. They are worth a little drive.

This dentist office is unprofessional! My husband visited them today and for the second time they interrupted his procedure to discuss the payment! He wrote his own review for that. I am writing this review because during this "mid -procedure" discussion about payment, the staff proceeded to discuss the remaining balance that I had with them. Why are they discussing this information with him?

When you first fill out paperwork for them, you sign that you are financially accountable for what the insurance does not pay for work YOU have completed. He is not accountable for what I owe and I am not accountable for what he owes. If there was a concern with how I am paying then a phone call should be made to me or even a letter! I have not received either one. This entire situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally!

This location is very unprofessional and disorganized! Today was the second time when the staff has interrupted my procedure (yes mid-procedure) to discuss payment! Apparently, the insurance did not pay for a previous procedure I had completed. I asked when they found out about this and was told the previous day. If that is the case, why wait until I am numbed up to come interrupt the procedure to gain some type of payment?

Why not call me the previous day to discuss this? I would have gladly come prepared with what we agreed upon. Clearly this is their norm since this happened twice. I will not be coming back to this establishment that lacks structure and organization!

I was experiencing major pain coming from one of my wisdom teeth. I was able to secure an appointment the same day where I was not able to do anywhere else. The staff was friendly, caring, and gentle. Found out that my tooth was cracked and needed to be removed. Dr. Binh Ho was amazing to work with and completed the procedure gently yet quickly. Will return for further dental needs.

Love this place. The staff is always smiling and Friendly. My entire family goes here. Ms Heather is always amazing and a lot of fun.

Denise installed a temporary crown. Proficient, knowledgeable, uses the dental tools like a pro. I suspect she can change a flat tire on a dark and dreary night!
