Services
This includes proper brushing, flossing and eating habits, ideal fluoride levels and the use of pit and fissure sealants. We strive to provide a fun, educational environment whose children learn about the importance of good dental hygiene. This includes children's fillings, crowns and prosthesis, including treatment of the often devastating nursing bottle decay.
Dr. Wilkinson received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. In 1989 he completed his D.D.S. degree from the University of Tennessee Memphis. From 1989-1991 he completed his Masters of Science in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Wilkinson has been in practice for over 20 years.
From the moment you walk in our front door, our goal is for you to feel comfortable and informed. We have a highly trained and friendly team with years of pediatric experience. Many of us have been here for more than two decades and we have formed relationships with our patients and their parents that have seen them from a first tooth to a first day at college!
Pediatric Dentistry is the dental specialty recognized by the American Dental Association which encompasses comprehensive dental care for all children, from infancy through adolescence. A children's dental specialist like Dr. Brad is a practitioner who, after becoming a general dentist, has completed an additional two years of post-doctoral training in the recognition and treatment of children's dental services.

The girl that does the braces smelled like majrijuana. She was rude. I want to change dentists so this girl never touches my child again. It's not the first time and it clearly won't be the last. I think we will find somewhere new. There's also a lot of gossiping going on between her and a blonde girl. Normally things don't bother me but I don't like explaining what that smell is to my kid and her terrible attitude.

Dr. Wilkinson and his staff are truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in with my 2.5 year old to the moment I left, every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. You know you've found a great pediatric dental practice when the receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist all make your kid feel special and at ease, and I'm glad to say that was my experience at Pediatric Dental Specialties.
I was so impressed that a full cleaning and checkup were completed with my energetic and sometimes testy toddler. No one rushed my son or forced him to open his mouth. The dental hygienist and Dr. Wilkinson both used clever, kid-friendly ways to involve my son in his own treatment, and they were so warm and nurturing to him throughout the process.
It was a cherry on top that my son got to pick out a toy and sticker after his cleaning, too! I highly, highly recommend Dr. Wilkinson and his staff. If you want your child(ren) to feel safe and valued, this is the place for you.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienists understand wiggly kids or kids who are scared and are really geared toward making going to the dentist as positive as possible. Dr. Brad is terrific! He explains things clearly and makes sure I understand what is going on in my kids' mouths. So glad we switched to him years ago!

This was daughters first dentist appointment, from the moment we stepped in the office and up until we left it was great! Her hygienist was so sweet, the doctor the front desk staff, just everyone! My baby was so comfortable and she actually didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this office to anyone with little ones. They will make you and your child feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. Thank Dr. Wilkinson and Staff!

We love Dr. Brad. My kids have been going there since they were little. I hate that my oldest is too old to be a patient there any more. My youngest has a couple more years before he ages out. Every time we visit from the staff to the dental hygienist to Dr. Brad himself everyone is so friendly and helpful. Every appointment has always been painless. My kids LOVE going to the dentist!

We love Dr. Wilkinson's office! They are very kid friendly and this doctor has provided great recommendations for my toddlers through the teething, tooth loss and new molar stages. They're always ready for my kids when we arrive, we have never had to wait and the staff is genuinely friendly. My kids couldn't be happier to go to the dentist!

I set my daughter a dentist appointment here because of good reviews online. And I see why! This was the most enjoyable staff/office/appointment we have ever been to. Very kind women who run the front office! Fast and informative service. Your child even has a choice of a toy upon leaving! Maria was very friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable during the exam. I would recommend this dentist to all parents!

I have been a faithful client for about 12 years now. I always have a pleasant experience. Any questions or concerns are always addressed by the front staff professionally and expeditiously. His staff is superb and he is gentle. The atmosphere is inviting and family friendly. My children are aged 2 to 20, all patients of his. My adult children are having issues adapting to change.
They love Dr. Brad. My toddler doesn't talk to anybody usually. She interacts with the dental assistants happily! They are great! Make thus office your dentistry "go-to". You will not be disappointed.

Friendly staff, and welcoming environment. Visited for my 1.5 yr old daughters first visit. I was prepared for her to have a full blown fit however the staff made her feel so comfortable she climbed in the chair and allowed them to look in her mouth. Dr. Brad came in for his portion of the visit and complimented me on being diligent in her oral hygiene at such an early age.
The facility is inviting! No medicinal smells. Lobby has activities for the children which helps with any anxiety. They also provide little toys after the visit. My daughter of course wanted the glasses used during the exam. I would abs already have recommend Dr. Brad's practice to my family and friends!
