I had a crown put in my left lower molars last Fall. And my bite on my left side was not comfortable. I was not comfortable with my dentist team. I tried another in Port Charlotte, Fl. While my teeth were cleaned I told the Oral Hygenist that my crown felt like it was coming off. She looked at it and it popped off. The office manager refused for me to have my crown recemented.

I called Florida Dental Implant Center and they were willing to schedule me the c same day. After great care and expertise, I feel I got my mouth and bite back to what it was prior to a crown. Thank you Dr Jose Horak and team. You make a difference and care!

Paula did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth as usual. Paula and everyone at this office is so pleasant. Deb at the front desk was a great help with some issues I had with my insurance company recently. So glad we found this dental office when we moved here two years ago.

Dr. Holbrook was highly recommended to me by a neighbor of mine. So I did some research and found very positive reviews. When I called to see if he was accepting new patients, Deb said absolutely and scheduled an appointment for my evaluation that same week. When I came in for my visit, Deb greeted me with a friendly hello! Jacqueline, the dental assistant, was very professional and very nice.

She made you feel comfortable in that dentist chair! I received a very thorough examination from Dr. Holbrook. I liked him immediately. Very personable and explained everything very well. The office was very clean and organized. Not that one looks forward to going to the dentist, but I feel confident that Dr. Holbrook will take care of all my needs.

I truly marvel at what a dentist can do. Dr. Holbrook preforms state of the art dentistry with the eye of an artist. His staff is both knowledgeable. professional. You are in good hands in his office.

As expected my concerns were met and immediately corrected in an efficient and professional manner. I had anticipated the possibility of having to leave my denture to be fixed but was able to leave the office in less than an hour with all needed adjustments completed. Dr. Horak and staff have always gone above & beyond any other dental services I had previously received.

I actually look forward to going to this dental office; need I say more? But there is more. I see Paula, who is a fantastic dental hygienist, thorough yet gentle. My husband sees Ben, who is also top notch. Drs Holbrook and Horak are top rated dentists, professional and skilled, friendly and personable. The office and assistant staff make you feel welcome and relaxed. All of your dental needs can be addressed here, but there is never any pressure or 'sales pitch'. You actually feel like you are their top priority.

I recently moved to Florida from Georgia & was very nervous about finding a new dentist, as I had been with the same dental practice in Georgia for over 20 years. From the minute you walk into this practice you are made to feel at home. From the amazing "Ruby" who greets you, my Hygienist "Paula" (did an incredible job). the Doctors assistant, Jacqueline and the wonderful Dr. Holbrook all confirmed my decision of choosing this practice. Professional and courteous experience from entry to exit. Dr. Holbrook approaches dentistry as an accomplished artisan who is the master of his craft. The implant installation and fitting of the crowns was thorough and within 30 minutes they felt natural and therefore unnoticeable from a comfort perspective. It was genuinely nice to have my chewing capability restored to that side of the mouth.

I was seen as a new patient after relocating to the Venice area. The staff and Dr. Holbrook are totally personable and professional. I am very pleased and highly recommend the office.

I had a crown fall off in the evening and needed a dentist asap! I called the office of Dr Holbrook at 8 am and his receptionist was so friendly and accommodating. They fit me in that day. Dr Holbrook and his assistant were very professional and very efficient. I was in and out within an hour. I will be using him as my new dentist here in Venice. It was one of the best dental experiences I've experienced.

Today I had a tooth that had a chip out of it repaired by Dr. Horak. He basically had to rebuild part of the tooth to do this. This tooth was in the upper front and very noticeable. He did an amazing job! His assistant Crystal also did a great job. I would highly recommend the office of Dr. Holbrook and Dr. Horak to anyone seeking dental care.

I just had my semi-annual visit, cleaning and exam. COVID 19 prevention procedures made me feel very safe. Dr Holbrook is professional and likable. Very happy with the dental services they provide.

First visit to establish a FL dentist. This office was referred to me by a close friend. I told the dentist and his assistant that I was "an anxious dental patient." That's all I had to say and between Crystal and Dr Horak, I was COMPLETELY put at ease and made to feel as though I had been going there for decades! Add to that I got to pat Kona and I am "all in" at MY new dental office!

As a new patient I received a very thorough examination. The staff I have met so far has been wonderful. I will be seeing Dr. Horak going forward and I feel very happy with my choice of a new dentist.

Paula is the absolute best hygienist one could ever wish for. She is thorough, gentle, kind, professional, and does the most wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Holbrook and Dr. Horak are fantastic dentists. Their skills and professionalism are outstanding. They can take care of all my dental needs in their office, including implants, extractions, root canals, fillings, and crowns. Deb and Ruby are most welcoming and considerate.

They go out of their way to help me in every way possible. The equipment is state of the art. The office is beautiful and immaculate. I drive a significant distance to come to this superb dental office. I would not go anywhere else, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have been going to this dental office for over ten years. My dentist was Dr. Lehninger until her retirement. Dr. Horak is now my dentist and I am exceedingly pleased. I've had two occasions recently that I needed a quick appointment. I was able to get in almost immediately, thanks to Deb in the office. Dr. Horak understood my concerns, explaining and calming me as he walked me through all my issues. Paula has been my dental hygientist for over five years and joins Deb, Ruby and Dr. Horak for excellence. They definitely get five stars from me. I would give more if I could.
