My experience every time I. Go is they are thorough, friendly, helpful and and always willing to me work out my financial plan. My daughter has special needs and and they are excellent with her.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the facility was really nice and clean. But - I was so upset with this office because when making my appointment they did not tell me that they were out of network for my insurance. They took down all my info and let me proceed with them without warning me of that fact. So they went ahead and did a new patient appointment and a full set x rays which ended up costing me $160 out of pocket!

Then they told me all the work that would need to be done for my problem tooth and gave me an estimate of about $7500 - and that's when they told me that I was out of network (once I already owed them for the x rays). So I found another office in network which quoted me less than a third of that price. I really think it was slimey of them to not warn me that I was out of network until it was time to take my payment. This office's #1 priority is clearly getting all of your money that they can.

Every visit is amazing. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. I haven't found this at any other dental office. I love Kristen and Dr. Cooney. There the best ever. Thank you so much for all you have done for me.

Staff and dentist are friendly and efficient. They took excellent care of me.

My 6 year old and I had our appointments at the same time! They were quick and thorough with both of us as well as very knowledgeable with our insurance and dates of specific services that could/couldn't me done at this time. My 6 year old had a great experience as well and always comes away with teeth knowledge and a goody bag (her favorite part!).

I love going to the dentist these days. That is a great accomplishment after being scared to go to one for many years. The staff is always great during my visits. Dr Cooney is a professional, kind dentist. Thanks for making the dentist visit a great experience each time.

Very professional office staff. Always able to answer my questions or refer to another staff member for answering. Scheduling is always very accommodating and rebooking an appointment, they really try to get you back in ASAP. The dentists are cordial and explain procedures well, and staff does provide pricing for your fees not covered by insurance.

Regarding my recent appointment the office staff sent a friendly reminder for my visit. When I arrived I was welcomed by staff members. I was brought back immediately and received outstanding service. Sally is my favorite. She is very nice and efficient with her job.

Just had my teeth cleaned this morning by the wonderful Tina and they are clean and healthy. I have been a client for years and go every 6 months for my cleanings. All the staff are kind, upbeat and professional. I've had old metal fillings replaced by Dr. Cooper and it was a good experience. I love my dental office!

Most of us truly don't want to go see the dentist. The staff at central Texas dental care make the appointment a relaxing one. The dentists are nice and have done a great job on myself and my three kids. I would definitely go to them again. Thanks

First time there and Bethany and Dr Cooper were so nice and gentle! Explained what was necessary and when I asked if I could hold off on the crown he said absolutely, it's not at a place where it has to be done today or tomorrow. They listened to my health history and asked questions so I am very happy!

5 stars for customer service and honest dentists that care about the patient's health over the payment. If you have been told you have thousands of dollars worth of dental work, but doubt that to be correct, then I would highly recommend getting a second opinion from Dr. Cooney!

I have had my teeth cleaned here for years, I even received my braces here when I was younger. They are so friendly and do exactly what they are supposed to do. The place is clean and nice, and you always leave feeling fresh (obviously) and happy that you didn't have a bad experience. Especially if you're terrified of dentists.

The staff here are friendly and they use state of the art equipment for an affordable price.
