Friendly staff. Clean office. Never had to wait more than 5 mins here to get called back. Which is an absolute + for me as I am always in a hurry. My previous dentist id always have to wait at least an hour just to get called back. My dentist was super informative and knew I was nervous about my visit. (I hate needles- especially ones in your mouth) He made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure and made sure I was ok. I was in and out of there. I definitely will be a long time patient. All my kids and husband goes here as well. (Long before me) Thanks for taking care of us all!

My first time here. My adult daughters are always encouraging me to switch over and go to this dental group. They mention how nice everyone is, how expedient they are, the cost of the services. I wish I had done so a long time ago. Very friendly, attentive, professional. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I have unfortunately experience a extremely noticeable lack of experience associated with the staff of the 5 Star Dentist located on South Beltway 8. The staff did not seem to know or understand the treatment plan spelled out by the on site dentist. They also made a terrible estimate of the completion time for my procedures. This particular site need a senior staff member on site to properly manage this facility.
I do not recommend them at this time and will not be returning as a customer after the completion of my procedures which were supposed to take only three weeks. It has been over two months and they still have not completed my procedure.

Had an appointment today and had such an amazing experience that I must mention everyone by name! From the front check in desk Victoria was very warm and friendly. Then my visit with Dr Jae Kwak and his assistant Coral was phenomenal. They were very informative and made sure i was very comfortable. Love it!

5 star dentists is an amazing facility with an amicable, professional staff who not only provide their patients with keen, attentive care but they're also economically friendly with the services that they offer. Victoria; the office manager is so sweet and the entire staff treated me with the utmost respect and concern. Dr. Kwak did phenomenal work in replacing a missing tooth and diligently showed me very important hygienic practices to further preserve my teeth. I will definitely be returning for future procedures and would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone and everyone. 5 Stars for 5 star dental

Most of us hate going to the dentist. And I honestly can say I was anxious going to a new office. But from the moment I arrived, the staff put me at ease. Laura greeted me and started the process and Amber took it from there. They made me so comfortable and by the time I saw the dentist. I felt better already. He was able to fix my issue like magic and I'm so pleased and relieved by the results. Such an amazing dentist visit. Highly recommend this office! 5 's for real!

I had an appointment a while back and they said I had 3 cavities. I've never had a single cavity in my life. Recently had another cleaning at a different business and they confirmed that my teeth are fine! I wouldn't trust them, however they were friendly and less invasive than other places I've been to.

Terrible experience. I cracked my tooth & went in to see what was the next step. Instead I paid $65 for an "exam" in which the doctor did not look at me but tell me that I need a root canal or to get an extraction. Being a college student I did not have $2,000 to spare so I instead considered just having the tooth extracted. This apparently did not please the doctor because he then proceeded to tell me "that's not going to make your smile any better than what it already is." Already insecure about less than perfect smile, I immediately left their office & will NEVER go back.

I was referred by my fiancee to get procedures done at the dentist office. Staff and Dentist were excellent! They worked out with me as far as financial and what to expect during and after my surgery. I should've came here a long time ago when my fiancee first made my appointment sometime last year. Glad I finally came :

Should be named "0.5 Star"! When I walked in, the receptionist was on her phone, looked up at me, and continued on her personal device. Never once did she say hi, welcome, nothing! I actually greeted her. She returned a dry, stale, hello. I didn't feel welcomed at all! She had a nasty attitude the entire time. Her whole demeanor sucked! She then begin telling me how I didn't have insurance.
She argued me down about it, telling me I've never had dental insurance with my company. (Really?) I politely presented my insurance card and pulled the app on my phone to show it was current and active. I ended up just leaving. I refuse to have someone in my mouth taking my money and rude.
