The idea of getting braces has always been something I know I've needed but also was pushing off for the longest. As a child I was always terrified of the dentist, as soon as I knew of the appointment I would be dread the day coming up, it did not help that my last experience was absolutely horrible. Elms Orthodontics from the moment I walked in, to being taken back and leaving the office, everyone there is truly so kind and amazing! Thank you to all the staff especially Carmen, Patricia & Dr Elms for making this first of many visits one of the best I've had!

I had been thinking of getting my teeth straightened with orthodontics for some time and finally chose Dr. Elms to get my smile beautified! I was in braces for 20 months and I can't say enough about the care and skill that Dr. Elms and his staff gave me during my journey. They explained what was going to happen and made the teeth corrections with such professionalism.

Even when I had a broken bracket, they worked me into their schedule as if I were their only patient. I just got my braces off this week and I am thrilled with my results. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Thank you Dr. Elms, Dr. Stewart and your whole team for a job well done.

We've just started our journey but, we were immediately impressed! My 9 year old was VERY nervous about braces and all of the unknowns. The staff made her feel comfortable and took time to talk with her to answer all of her questions. She felt much better when we left and has since been excited for each appointment!

This is an excellent professional orthodontist office with skilled orthdontists and staff that help your child do their best with their braces and outcome.

We are new to the area and needed to transfer my daughter's orthodontist and Elms went above and beyond to help us with this process!

Worst decision I ever made getting orthodontistry work with Elms (can't seem to leave a less than zero star review). With his impatience that resulted in him over tightening my braces which provided enormous horizontal shear stress to my teeth coupled with him changing my bite to a point where the teeth all touch and chip when ever I eat, my smile (per my current dentist), has been collapsing ever since.

From normal eating, I've lost all molars, a canine tooth, have had a dozen or so dental abcsess's requiring antibiotics (one of which required 2 ER visits in a 36 hour period and IV antibiotics both times), I've missed work because of these issues, and have completely given up on a social life AND embraced mask mandates not because of fear of Covid but it hides my smile where teeth should still be. ELMS, an apology, at the very least, would have gone a ways.

44 year old male. Just finished two years of top and bottom braces. Ive smiled more in the last two years wearing braces than I have in the last 15. Thank you to the elms orthodontics team for making me proud to show off my smile. If you are an adult thinking about braces, stop thinking and go do it. Don't do like I did and let your teeth hold you back just because braces are a thing for kids.

FANTASTIC STAFF both in the front and in the back! Dr Elms has a great personality and will answer all of your questions i had made an appointment with another Orthodontist prior to going to this office. I am GLAD i went with this one and canceled the other right away they will also work with your payments at no hesitation Will bring my son to this office once he gets older for braces!

Well I got my retainer today. I'm so happy with my results! I highly highly recommend Elms Orthodontist in college station. They've been helpful every step of the way. I had Invisalign and I loved it! Thank you Dr. Elms and team for taking good care of me, I'm forever grateful for your patience and hard work.

Dr. Elms and his staff are always caring, respectful, and gentle. They try hard to work with me on scheduling appointments even when my schedule is crazy. I am so thankful that Elms Orthodontics is in our community!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Dr. Elms and my Invisalign. After several years and at least three refinement scans and new sets of aligners I had to politely ask Dr. Elms and his crew to remove my attachments. I am left in constant pain with several teeth where they accidentally ground into my dentin through my enamel and several areas where my teeth are misshapen to the point where my dentist cannot believe.

After several unsuccessful attempts at a refund, the best they could offer was a set of traditional metal braces and unfortunately I'm not comfortable with them performing any more work on my teeth.

Very friendly and professional staff. They will work with your needs. Their office has movie and game rooms. They have fun contests for patients all year round. If you sign up on time, the Orthomobile can pick your kids up from their school for their appointments during the school year. We are very happy with their service. Dr. Elms is awesome!
