Our office was completely designed for children. We have video games, toys, and books in our reception area and a ceiling mounted TV above each dental chair for your child to enjoy during their visit. Also, our office is fully computerized for patient charting, billing, scheduling, and treatment planning. Whether it's your child's first dental appointment, he or she simply needs a cleaning, or it's time to investigate orthodontics, our friendly team and experienced doctors are eager to meet you and serve your needs!

Rachel was born in Emporia, Kansas, but moved to College Station when she was almost two years old. College Station has always been home, and where her heart will always be. When she is not working, she loves traveling, hiking, cuddling up watching a good TV series, and playing the piano. Ashley was raised in Ladysmith, Wisconsin with three sisters and two brothers.
Dr. Sukkawala grew up in Amarillo, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, and attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in San Antonio, he practiced general dentistry in Temple, Texas for the next five years.
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort. School aged children for routine visits can be scheduled throughout the day.
Our first visit is easier than you think. We will begin by reviewing your child's history and discussing any specific concerns you may want to discuss. Then, we will go over oral hygiene instructions such as toothbrushing techniques, toothpaste use, flossing, and diet considerations. For our younger patients (under age 4), the first visit will be an "easy" visit.

We love Brazos Valley Pediatric Dentisty! They do a wonderful job, the staff is friendly and attentive, the dental hygienists and dentists provide a sense of ease to the kids they work with and do a thorough job, and they always make sure all your questions are answered each visit. We were also pleased to find out they have an orthodontist within the practice that can help with any concerns related to that as well. We highly recommend this practice for pediatric dental care!

Nice Experience for my son. My son is 4 years old and very afraid of the dentist all the time until today, he was scared but Doctor Barras did an excellent job with him, it's the first time that we go to the dentist and he is not screaming and crying the entire visit. The staff was nice too. I recommended this place 100%

Our family has actually enjoyed going to see dentists now because their team are encouraging and positive towards us and each other. Who doesn't like to be around nice people? With kids in tow, the dentists and dental assistants gracefully care for each one of them individually. This is a huge contrast to other pediatric dentistry in our area.

Dr. Case does an outstanding job explaining his plan for orthodontic care. He showed me x-rays of my son's jaws, pictures, and a 3-d model of my son's current bite. I was really impressed and understood why Dr. Case suggested the next steps to take in order to correct my son's bite in the front. He pointed out how the top teeth don't currently line up correctly with the bottom teeth.
He shared that we could hurry along the process by removing some baby teeth, and I saw the reasonableness in this plan. After extracting the baby teeth, he recommended waiting 6 months to 12 months for the permanent teeth to emerge before installing braces. Dr. case puts the top row of braces on first, and then a couple of weeks later, he adds the bottom row of braces.
He said that it can be too painful to do both at the same time. I'm glad that he cares about how his patients feel. Overall, I'm thrilled that we're working with a doctor that knows pediatric dentistry and orthodontics! We are blessed!
