Services
Our office is happy to cooperate with patients who have dental insurance. We will work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures by electronically filing your claims. Various programs cover from as little as 30% to as much as 80%. Almost every dental plan has a provision limiting dollar disbursement by the insurance company for covered services. Rarely is coverage 100%. Your particular program may base its allowances on a fee schedule which may or may not coincide with our office fees.
Our staff will welcome you to our office and will help you with anything you may need. The first visit typically is a comprehensive examination where we will discuss your medical history and examine your dental health. If you have had X-rays taken by your dentist, you may request that they be sent to our office in advance or you may bring them in with you.

I needed to get surgery on a dental implant to reduce gum swelling, I looked around and other places wanted to do invasive surgery to for upwards of $4000 and 6 months of recovery time. when I came to dr. Hale he recommended non invasive laser surgery, the procedure was less than half what the other doctors were charging, the entire surgery took less than an hour, and it was healed in about a week! All I can say is wow! Dr hale seems like a bit of a no nonsense guy and he really knows his stuff. His staff are super friendly and helpful, I can't recommend him enough!

This is probably the friendliest & most helpful staff of any medical establishment I've ever been to. They go out of their way to answer any questions or concerns about the procedure you're going to have. I've had extensive dental surgeries & have never felt so calm & taken care of than by Dr. Nguyen & his assistants. Everyone from the front desk staff to the financial services people are just great.
They obviously enjoy their work. It's so refreshing to be around them. I hate dental surgery.but they make it as comfortable as it can possibly be. I recommend them 100% AND the cost for the surgery was so affordable! I expected it to be over $3,000.it is less than half that amount.

All the staff, from the front desk, to the technicians, to Dr. Hale, are all courteous and very knowledgeable. I had an implant years ago by Dr. Hale, and felt so comfortable and confident going back for my second implant. I would recommend anyone that finds that an implant is necessary, Dr. Hale is great! They are also very conscientious to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
