This is the only dentist i will go to! they are all so polite and they make their patients feel comfortable. i went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and cavity's filled and they always do an amazing job:

I visited Brookshire Dentistry in Hurst for a broken filling while on a vacation. In truth, I'd rather chew off my arm than go to a dentist. To my great surprise, I stumbled upon a gem! The office was very clean. Every staff member I came in contact with was professional & provided superior care. They assessed my emergent dental needs & replaced my broken filling.

I also needed 1 more filling & I opted for a deep cleaning. I did not feel pressured or rushed. They were kind, gentle, & made the procedures tolerable for a dental chicken like me! I felt like they cared, and I was treated like I had been their patient for years! Thank you so much Brookshire Dentistry staff!

I don't like doing this, but I have to write a review about the most negative dental experience of my life. They provided poor communication regarding a tooth that I'm not convinced had to be crowned; then a permanent seating of the crown, which was bulky and actually covered a good portion of the gums where there had never been a tooth! Not to mention pain associated with the crown, which was pulling what was left of the original tooth in the opposite direction.

I protested about the crown's fit, but they acted put-off, skeptical and in a hurry. Meanwhile, before the crown was even seated, the accounting employee stood over me as I lay back in the dental chair and wanted to talk to me about two more crowns they said I "needed." I even had to go back that very day because the way the crown sat, I couldn't even chew.

They made a minor adjustment, but it was still not right. After all this, I had no other option than to reach out to another dental practice. Both an endodontist and another dentist agreed with me and have fixed the problem. The crown had to be cut off and I had to go through the whole process again. I requested a refund from Brookshire Dentistry and they declined, saying I had not "communicated" the issue to them. Wrong. They refused to listen to me. There's more I could say, but I'll sum it up this way: A terrible experience.

I am so pleased with my experience today at Brookshire Dental in Hurst! After my dentist of twenty years retired, I was left with finding a new dentist. In my past, I have had multiple dental procedures, some painful and unpleasant - so taking a chance on a root canal with a new dentist was daunting. I told the staff and assistants that I was nervous, and they did everything they could to put me at ease - no judging for my nerves and my requests for nitrous and extra numbing shots. The dentist was outstanding - calm and confident. I had a serious root canal and didn't feel a thing! I have found my dentist and my professional dental organization.

Dr Sal is AWESOME! Always so kind & compassionate. Most of all very talented & skilled! She is up on all newest techniques & innovations. Wouldn't trust anyone but Dr Sal for all my dental needs! Dr Sal & Abby make the best team Whole office staff are a dream to work with; always welcoming & helpful!

Dr. Sal and staff are excellent. The biggest thing I took away from my experience at Brookshire Dental was that I could trust the dentist. I had been led astray before from previous dentists I had visited, but Dr Sal talked me though multiple options and developed a custom treatment plan for my situation. It ended up costing less than I originally planned for, due to her expertise. Also, the hygienist was great and accommodated my sensitive tooth during my cleaning. Thank you!

I can not say enough great things! To start, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They got me in the day I called and went above what was expected. It's a one stop shop from cleanings to orthodontic work and everything in between. They had my fillings done that day and crowns in the making. Took my son in 2 weeks later and received the same treatment. Their courtesy is consistent and so is their work. Hands down the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of seeing!

My first time coming to Brookshire Dentistry was a wonderful experience. All staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. I haven't gone to a dentistry in years and the staff were professional and helped break down future procedures as well as expenses.

I immediately felt very comfortable at this office. The staff is so diverse and down to earth. A mix of men and women all different ages and races. Everyone I talked to was very professional and made me comfortable while educating me on how to not fall back into bad oral hygiene habits. They came up with a great plan for stabilizing my oral hygiene and even advised of discounts being run in the future. I can't wait for my return visit!

This place is all about the money and not working for it. They cancelled an appointment I had made 3 months ago an hour before I was supposed to come in so I reschedule and they said I wasn't on the schedule. They end up getting me in because they felt bad and then I go to check out and they charged me for a doctor visit when I never even saw the doctor! Luckily I went back in.

On top of all that they tried to do X-rays again when I just got them 6 months ago and have no problems! The hygienist said ok but if I see something we might just need an X-ray. Luckily she said my teeth were beautiful but all these over charges are ridiculous. Super unprofessional and definitely looking for a new dentist!
