This is second time using Hidden Lakes and they will be my go to cleaners going forward. I'm extremely happy with the quality and customer service. The price is reasonable as well.

They called to remind us of some cleaning we had there only to inform us that they would be closed the following week. Very much appreciated!

Always closed during operating hours. Charge for services that I requested to not specifically use. Not reliable and or economical.

I always have a nice experience with Aliza at HL Cleaners. She is very pleasant and helpful. Clothes are taken care of well. I even received a text to remind me of my pickup when I forgot.

I take all my dry cleaning to Hidden Lakes Custom Cleaners. It is convenient and they do a terrific job. If you get busy and forget to pick up, Aliza can send you a reminder text. 5 stars for friendly service.

Do not use this dry cleaner. I am 100% positive that I included a pair of black slacks when I dropped off my clothes to them this week. When packing for a business trip I noticed that my black slacks were not includued in the dry cleaning that I picked later that day. I called and they claim my black slacks were never checked in and they are sorry but there was nothing they could do.

When I said that someone checking in my clothes must have made a mistake, they simply answered not possible. So somewhere between the mile drive to the dry cleaners I guess the gremlins ate my slacks. So much for taking care of a customer of 6 years.
