This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and nice, always in a good mood. The equipment is very high-tech new technology, this makes the visit so much more comfortable than previous places I have been. This is probably the 1st time I have left a dentist office feeling good about the visit and work that was done.

Dr. Skelton and her team are phenomenal! They are on time for all of my appointments, have high attention to detail and care about all aspects of my dental health.

Dr. Skelton's office is a warm, welcoming and very professional environment. Their COVID protocols are excellent and, though immunocompromised, I felt extremely comfortable and safe during our appointment. The whole staff is incredibly competent and caring. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The whole office staffs are very friendly and professional. I have had Debbie cleaned and treated my teeth. She put all effort into her work: detailed, skilled, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She is the finest dental hygienist in town. I am a very satisfied patient. Thank you!

Staff is hyper-sensitive about patient care. Everyone is wrapped up from head to toe with the only body area visible is the eyes. When asked about the cocoon appearance the reply, "Better to highlight our smiling eyes." Be prepared to wash your hands - thoroughly - and gargle with a foamy solution to eliminate any nasty critters in your mouth. Ashley Arlin, my Registered Dental Hygienist, is careful and thorough in removing the plaque between my teeth - frequently asking, "Are you OK?" I would also like to add that whenever dental surgery has been necessary the needle-work (injections to numb a work area) is wonderful. I barely feel anything. Once done I am finally able to relax and let Doc do his thing.

I can't say this enough, Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly and very welcoming and on top of that, they all really care about their patients. They are always so very informative and really want to best for their patients. I've been with this office for almost 10 years now and I really can't say enough good things about them! Life long patient here!

I recently moved out of the area back into Sacramento, and I drove out of my way to Folsom and will continue to do so, because this office is the best dentist office I've found in eight years living here. The office staff, Debbie- the dental hygienist, and Dr. Skelton are amazing. They have implemented great safety measures at the office and my experience was so pleasant- they totally made my morning so much brighter with their bright attitudes and cleaning my teeth for a brighter smile. I love this place and highly recommend them! I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning.

I can't say enough great things about Esthetic Reflections in Dentistry. Everyone from the front office assistant Haley to Dr. Skelton were complete professionals and most importantly. Nice. The office was especially clean and lots of Covid protocols so I felt completely comfortable. If you need a new dentist or want to make a change, I highly suggest making an appointment.

We moved to Gold River about 6 years ago found a dentist here. But in the past year we decided it was time for a change. With more aggressive dental work needed by myself and my husband, we were looking for a dentist that is up to date on equipment and, more importantly, someone who is gentle with their patients. After many online searches from Sacramento to Folsom (including checking out physical offices) we settled on Esthetic Reflections.

My "meet and greet" appointment was amazing. It was in the Spring and during COVID. I felt safe and it was very thorough. Dr Skelton was very nice and gentle and she was able to fix my problem with a dental paste and no invasive procedures. I decided last week to get my teeth cleaned as well and they use an ultrasonic scaler which again, is gentle and thorough and was a new procedure for me.

With their COVID protocol (including an addition of a super air filter for the office and employee testing), these people make me feel safe. They are really awesome, totally up to date on the newest equipment in dental procedures, are very thorough, and have a great office staff. My husband is geared up to go next week. We are so glad we have made the change!

I went in for a filling. Dr. Chen is very gentle and precise when administering the numbing agent with the needle, barely felt it! The quality and higher technological tools that are used at this Dentistry make the experience relaxing, enjoyable, and gives you a safe feeling! When I moved here last year from the Seattle area, I was certain I wanted a reputable and trustworthy office and I have found it!

I've also been seen by Dr. Skelton and she is such a wonderful Doctor. She is also very gentle and really shows that she cares, along with the rest of the staff! Everyone here has an exceptional way of making you feel at home and comfortable.

I am so happy I found this office- From my first phone call to inquire, I could tell this was going to be my place. Hailey was not only professional but just so friendly. I have had 2 appointments now and my cleaning appointment with Kitty was just as warm and welcoming as working with Hailey. Dr. Skelton is no different- professional and just really nice to work with.

I don't feel rushed, any concerns are talked about and noted and they give chap stick! I cannot tell you how often I got cracked lips at my last dentist! This office is run with your care in mind and it is shown through how you are treated from the front office staff and everyone else. Really, just a great place.

After many years I have visited the dental care. I have multiple things that needs to be done (teeth cleaning, fillings, root canal, crown etc) and worried about the insurance and mainly wanted to visit a good doctor. After checking many reviews, I have opted Dr. Chen. He was my excellent Choice. He has strong knowledge, extremely professional, confidant and knows exactly what the patient wants. Loved it, the way they treated me.

The other good thing that the staff was excellent, they do all the work prior and communicate well with us. They haven't left me any choice to give any negative feedback with that kind of excellent job they did. Thanks you all so much and will continue my visits. Keep Rocking and All the best!

While entering George D Chen, DDS office in folsom Ca for the first time, the staff welcomed me to their office using my first name. I sensed how close net they were with one another as they were respectful and seemed to care for one other. The staff seemed well trained as one was educating me about options for my treatment plan. Dr Chen was friendly and took the time to explain to me about my current condition and gave me positive treatment plans for several options best for my dental health.

He was kind and professional to his staff while talking about the options I decided was best for me. The care was individualized and felt I had quality care. The financial staff took the time to explain the cost of the treatment plan I chose. And worked it out so I could make payments that would fit my budget. I noticed one staff was mentoring another staff in a kind manner on the computer while working out my finances. I am so glad I chose this dental team for my dental care!

I would highly recommend Dr. Chen for getting your dental work done! No one loves going to the dentist, but I can honestly say that my experience with Dr. Chen and his office staff has been great. Dr. Chen is very gentle, explains everything well and gives the best shots I have ever had. I can truly say that I did not feel any pain with his shots.

The office is beautiful and has a very nice atmosphere. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, make you feel comfortable, and very good at what they do. I feel very comfortable recommending anyone I know to Dr. Chen and his office.
