Dr. Marchack and his team are like visiting family and friends that you haven't seen in months and once you've walked in, you are right at home and haven't skipped a beat! My cleanings are painless and the procedures performed in the past have been just as painless. The 2 hour commute from Dana Point is well worth the drive!

I have had terrible dental anxiety all of my life. Not here! Everyone is warm and welcoming. Dr Chan is amazing and I have complete trust and confidence in her work. She is very gentle and calm as are the hygienists and I even love the music playlist. Of course I would highly recommend this office.

I just want to share my experience at Pasadena Prosthodonthics. This is the office of Dr. Christopher Marchack. I was referred to him by Dr. Charles Low my orthodontist. I just have praises for these two excellent dental healthcare providers. I think Dr. Marchack is an excellent prosthodontist. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is wonderful.

He did a full evaluation of my teeth and recommended to do just the necessary work unlike other offices that just want to file your real teeth down so they can charge you for multiple veneers and crowns. When it was time to do the job I was very comfortable, Dr. Marchack and his team really take good care of their patients in every sense. At the time to have my new crowns I was so happy to see the results, they were excellent. Ray (Dr. Marchack's technician) had matched the color of my crowns so perfectly that you can't tell which teeth have crowns.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marchack for 38 years. When I started treating my teeth were in horrible shape. It took a year and a half of intermittent visits to get my mouth is proper condition. Here's the point. In all the ensuing time I have needed almost no additional work. His workmanship is that good! I now drive nearly 30 miles three times a year for cleaning and that's it. He is a virtuoso in the world of dentistry.

I had quite a bit of work done to repair some teeth that were injured and repaired years ago and then those repairs having failed. Initially, there was a bit of an emergency level to my first visit, but Dr. Chris got me sorted out straight away and developed a plan to take care of all of my existing concerns. The five implants went smoothly over 16 months or so and I now have a great looking smile again and a very stable bite. It's a process and it really does go to plan. Good team! I think they clean teeth really well. They can be gentle when they need to be and they can also be more aggressive if they need to be. I like that they keep track of how your gums are doing after each visit so you know where in your mouth you need to work on to see improvement. My only issue is that it is very expensive here. For a cleaning, X-rays, and an exam the cost is about $350.

** My experience with this practice has been and continues to be superior!** Because of chronic illness, I lost the one physical attribute that meant the most to me, my smile! As a result of a complex bacterial infection (Lyme), in order to save my life I had to have all of my teeth, multiple implants and some of my jaw bone removed. all before I turned 40.

My worst fear has come true and I remained completely toothless for over 10 years. Finding Dr Marchack and his staff has been life changing. I've been treated by many individuals in the dental profession previously and I'll admit, I'm extremely particular about my teeth (silly given I didn't have any for so long) and those that work in my mouth. I have never found a dental practice that does such an exceptional job and my experience with each and every individual has exceeded my expectations! Dr Chris Marchack is truly gifted, meticulous and has an amazing eye for detail!

His dental assistant Amber is aware of my needs without my saying a word, she's sweet, gentle, observant, caring and has been an huge comfort since day one! The hygienist(s) do a great job and haven't caused me pain while still making sure my teeth (implants, gums, etc) are thoroughly clean! Ray, the ceramist works miracles in their on site lab, he sees every tiny imperfection and makes the needed changes there on site.

The front office staff is so helpful and pleasant, that reminds me of appointments, greet me with a smile and genuinely care about the patients. The end result is, I have my smile back! My teeth look being amazing and are almost exactly like they were originally while being a perfect share of while that never had to be whitened. Dr Marchack and his team have given me far more than perfect looking implants. I have my smile back and the process has been great in spite of my unique needs!

I avoided the dentist for more than 12 years (long story involving multiple therapists). I was still hesitant when I went in for my first appointment, but Dr. Chen and the team at Pasadena Prosthodontics have been amazing. Fun fact: skipping 12 years of dental visits means you'll probably need a great deal of work done, but I've been so comfortable with everyone there, and I couldn't be happier with the choice of dentists.

I feel so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Marchack when I needed to have 2 crowns made for my front teeth. Dr. Eugenia Chan thoroughly examined and found a few cavities that needed to be filled. I had yearly check ups elsewhere and got missed on those! My main concern to see Dr. Chan is to discuss the appearance of my front teeth. I had wanted to change my old front crowns and after her thorough consultation, I chose to go ahead with the treatment. The result was beyond amazing. The ceramist came in during try in appointment and delivered what I exactly asked for. I am so happy with my beautiful smile!

I've been coming here my whole life and they've always taken great care of me. Anna and Jean are the hygienists I usually see and they are both wonderful and I really look forward to seeing them whenever I come in for cleanings (a weird thing to say about the dentist lol). I'm lucky that I've never had to have serious dental work done, but I've never felt like they try to push anything on me. Just like they're good people who care about my health.

I have been going to Pasadena Prosthodontics and Dr. Marchack for over 20 years. I would never go anywhere else. It is probably the most professional medical office I have ever been to. I have been during the Covid 19 era and they are really quite safe. They use Face Shields and Masks, and they were doing this before the pandemic. Every room is sanitized after every patient.

I feel completely safe going to my appointments. They take the time to get to know their patients and make you feel welcome and safe. Every option for treatment is explained. There is no up sell. My children have been going here since they were born. Because of the welcoming nature, my kids are not nervous to go to the dentist like a lot of their friends. When I had to get a few fillings done, Dr. Chris and his assistant Amber, make you feel completely at ease. I always hated getting injections as a kid, but with Dr. Chris, I never felt any discomfort during a procedure.

He ensures that you are comfortable at every step and tells you exactly what's going to happen next, which helps to alleviate any anxiety. Both my mother and father have received implant treatments from Dr. Chris, and their work is perfection! Both Dr. Chris and his father, Dr. Baldwin, are very involved in academia and lecture often, so it is great to know that they are always up to date on the latest research and technology in dentistry. This is an overdue review but here goes! I unexpectedly bit on a piece of bone and broke my tooth. I called Pasadena Prosthodontics right away and they were able to squeeze me in immediately. Dr. Eugenia Chan explained that I would need an inlay. Bummer! But she was able to get it done the same day! I was relieved that I wouldn't have to miss an extra day of work. It's been 3 months since I received treatment and I have absolutely no sensitivity! I'd recommend Dr. Eugenia Chan for all your dental needs!

Office was closed for the holidays but Dr. Marchack came in with his assistant just to see me as I had an issue with a tooth. They followed all necessary precautions meticulously to make sure all were safe. I can't thank Dr. Marchack enough for taking time away from his family to help me today.

I came here to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Eugenia Chan. She did an excellent job at explaining to me the procedure and what to expect. On top of that, she and her staff were friendly, competent, and meticulous. I was immediately put at ease, even though I was facing such a daunting surgery. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Chan performed with great care, explaining each step as she operated impeccably and reassuringly, all the while checking to see if I was doing alright along the way.

I was expecting to be in a great deal of pain afterwards, but I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't feel any pain after the local anesthetic wore off. I recovered quickly in just a few days and was thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and her staff as I had as great of an experience as I could have had with what seemed like a very difficult surgery. Wow.

They have responded to the Covid 19 epidemic in the most responsible way. They only allow one person at a time to go into their office, they have air filters in every room, each staff uses complete PPI, they disinfect the room after each patient, they cover the dental chair with new plastic for every patient, there are desinfectante pumps in every room. I was so impressed and felt very comfortable being in their office.

The staff was very friendly. I was provided a tour before I got my procedure. The place is very clean and my dental chair was covered in disposable plastic. There was a classical music playing in the background which helps me stay calm. Dr. Chan was very friendly and explained what I needed in a way that is easily understood. We had a nice chat while waiting for the anesthesia to set in.

Some dentists try to make a conversation during treatment but she is not one of them which is good because its hard to do that while the mouth is open. It was a wonderful experience overall.

Five stars! (Only because I can't give more) As a new patient, I was welcomed to the world of skilled professionals who don't treat you as "just another patient for the day". A place where personal touch matters. While the doctor will patiently explain to you the treatment plan, the staff makes sure that someone, as terrified by dentists as I am, will feel comfortable and will be willing to visit again.

As for the current COVID-19 situation, I couldn't be more satisfied with the measures that they had taken - from the high level of sanitation and being properly covered in PPE, to the smallest details that I would never consider worrying about (such as the option to pay in advance to minimize my contact with other patients). Staff was courteous, friendly and punctual. Dr Marchak was caring and very particular in his approach to my issue. He clearly enjoys his work and made sure I understood what had happened to my tooth and then what and why the treatment he chose was necessary. I felt at ease and part of the process.

A year ago, due to a happy accident, I came upon Pasadena Prosthodontics where I embarked on a complete dental "remodel."
