I've been coming here since I was 10. Enough said. My parents come here, my husband comes here and I come here. Even though I live in Davis I still drive the almost hour long trip to be seen. I had quite a lot of things to be treated because my last visit was in 2019. Ya I'll make sure to come every 6 months like we're supposed to. I also have a metal bar on my bottom teeth so I love how detailed they are in cleaning that up.

I love the whole staff. I think I've been seen by all the doctors here. They are all wonderful. Shout out to Dr. Sam, Dr. G and Virginia as well. Dr. Sam was my first dentist and my husband absolutely loves her. They definitely treat you as if you're family. They ask about how things are going and really care. Thanks Windsmile.

Dr. Sam is the best dentist of all time. She always makes me feel so comfortable and does the best job ever! Virginia is equally amazing and always takes care of me. Windsmile dentist is Awesome

This office and their staff do a wonderful job at upholding COVID-19 safety measures. I.e. Consistent disinfecting of seats. Upon entering for my appointment there are face masks, shoe coverings, and hand sanitizer that needs to be applied--if needed. Shoe covers are mandatory. The front desk works in a timely manner as I am a new patient and were able to squeeze me in the next week and following up with me on the cancellation list.

I understand it takes time to do insurance breakdowns so I am appreciative of their care to meet my dental needs. I've had good experiences with Nicole from the front desk and Susanna! I adore their concern for my dental health. I established myself as a patient w/ Dr. Melow and her assistant "D"; easygoing, communicative experience! What I enjoyed was that Dr. Melow talked me through what she was doing to my teeth when switching tools so I am aware of what's going on. Overall, a professional atmosphere. With kind workers. The pace inside the office is nice, I don't feel rushed and that makes me feel cared for.

Having with them for quite awhile. I will sacrifice the distance we traveled but not the excellent services the staff provided.

Always a great experience with wind smile staff is very friendly and the establishment is always clean.it's also kid friendly, for me that is a plus.

Windsmile is a great dentist office. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I came in to get some fillings for cavities. The whole process was pretty smooth and pretty much painless. Definitely recommend this place!

All precautions were taken into consideration when I was seen today. Because of the covid, I was told to text them as soon as I got there, and I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, and they took me in within a couple of minutes. I was given disposable booties to keep the place sanitary, and told to rinse with peroxide before the work was done to my teeth.

The dentists there are always very gentle, compassionate and friendly. They take their time explaining any questions you have, They even offer vaseline for your lips because your lips can quickly dry up and crack. I absolutely LOVE these dentists! We've been patients there since my kids were little, which was like 25 years ago! There is NO other dentist I would go to. Yes, they are THAT good!

One of the most friendly and professional dental offices I've ever been to and that is quite a few over the past 75 years.

After a mixup with the location (they have another in Green Valley), we trekked here for our first visit. I was initially hesitant because the area isn't the safest. But when you walk in the facility, they are truly a diamond in the rough. The lobby is clean and updated, as is the entire facility. The receptionists, dental assistants, and doctors are all friendly and very accommodating.

We were a tribe of four and in spite of being late, they still managed to take care of my husband and kids. My babies were seen by Dr. Mary Lou Gaerlan, whom I adore for being patient and playful with them during the visit. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make my kids comfortable, the staff kept checking in to see how they could help me (Dr. Lourdes Gaerlan even rushed out with ice for my daughter when she fell from her chair and bumped her head). They truly care about their patients, and I admire them for having such a superb and cohesive team. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Everyone here is super nice and welcoming. the Dr.'S are great and gentle and the place is really clean! Highly recommend this for just you for the whole family!

If you are looking for a great dentist, this is the place. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted warmly through the entire appointment with a very professional and gentle dentist, you will be treated with respect and genuine care. You owe it to yourself to check them out for your dental needs. You will definitely not regret it.

Only reason this place is getting any stars is because the dental assistants are really nice. Had 7 cavities and they tried making me 4 different appointments to get them filled. The last appointment they screwed up my crown and was in pain on and off for weeks. I'll never go back to this place. And one of receptionist needs to work on her interpersonal skills. She has a rude tone and look to her.

Place is clean, people are professionals. They made me feel like a VIP. I am happy to have chosen this place as my regular dental place.

I've been going to military dentists for the longest time, so perhaps my standards have been lowered, but all I can say is: Wow. This place immediately gives you the comfortable family feeling that isn't usually prevalent at a dentist's office. From the decor to the staff, it is a warm, welcoming environment wall-to-wall. I decided upon this office because they accept TriCare (good new for my fellow military dependents).

They were able to get me in the next day for a preliminary exam, then again a next day appointment for fillings. The front desk staff explained at length any questions I had about my insurance coverage, because I'm new to TriCare Dental. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I don't remember the name of the dentist who performed my exam, but he was friendly and professional.

I had Dr. "Melow" for my fillings and she was wonderful as well. I'm the kind of person that asks every question that pops into my head, and she was eager to answer them with a smile. I'm extremely pleased with this office and will continue to schedule my routine exams here. Thank you to everyone at Windsmile!

I absolutely love love love this place. I travel from the boondocks of Vacaville just to see these good folks. I love the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. I've had plenty of work done of my teeth to last a lifetime and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Sam. Thank you Dr. Santos for all the amazing magic you've done for me. I hate going to the dentist but going here makes the experience very tolerable. The staff are comforting and like to joke around with me about my fears of the dentist. They know it puts me at ease! Oh and when u have to get shots, it doesn't really hurt, even for a scary cat like me!

I have been coming to Windsmile dental for the last year and have had nothing but positive experiences and now my whole family comes here! They are always willing to go above and beyond and make things work for you! I have been to both the suisun and fairfield locations. Both offices are beautifully made up, comfortable, and extremely clean. I would and do reccomend this office and group of doctors, and assistants, to all of my friends and family! Great work everyone! Finding a dentist can be difficult, but they make your decision so easy!

I get anxiety just thinking about going to the dentist. This place is great the staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Seem to really care about their work. I don't have insurance and they let u make payments. I am so happy I decided to check out this place. They are remodeling the office so doesn't look the best but it's clean. I recently moved to the Suisun area, and was in need of a dentist that was close, and accepted my insurance. Came in for a cleaning and check up with Dr. Samaniego and I had three cavities! She addressed all my concern and also gave me recommendations to care for my TMJ. She was very patient, attentive, and nice. So later I followed up and had my cavities filled with Dr. Santos, because Dr. Samaniego was running a little behind, and he was equally as great! Thank you Windsmile!

The doctors here are great! Their staff is just as awesome. The office is overall friendly and accommodating. I've been with this dental clinic for years! I love the new Green Valley office! : I absolutely adore this office!
