Best Orthodontist office you can go to! Friendliest staff, and Dr. Anderson has been amazing with me. The place is always clean and beautiful looking, I would recommend for anyone to go there.

I've been going here for about a year and some change now. They are kind, courteous and have a welcoming atmosphere despite Covid. I get reminders via text and email. They are helping me with my overbite and my TMJ issue. I can't wait to get these braces off though! Highly recommend.

I scheduled an ortho visit for my son, are dentis suggested he needed braces. Went yesterday for are consultation and was blown away with the friendliness and time they spent explaining the procedures needed for my son. The use of technology blew me away from back when I had braces. I would highly recommend this place.

On my first complimentary consultation x-rays and dental scans were taken and were explained in detail by Dr. Anderson. I felt that my first visit with Dr. Anderson was extremely positive and I was given expensive information in order to make a wise decision about my dental needs. I was very please with their customer service from his staff. They were very courtesy and made my visit enjoyable. Dr. Anderson's staff were very knowledgeable. I left the visit feeling confident that I would receive the best care. Any questions that I had after my visit were answered by his staff in a timely manner.

Excellent orthodontics! Answered every question I had (and a few I didn't know I had) on my daughter's journey through braces. Very friendly staff that are always smiling and very helpful. Sometimes I feel like going there when my daughter doesn't have an appointment just to be around happy people in a super friendly place!

My Creekside experience has been outstanding. I have been attempting to get started with Invisiline and they have made the process very streamlined. At the first appointment they promptly took my scans and went over everything within about 30-40 minutes. There was no waiting! They were kind and very thorough. Though it looks like my situation may require me to start at a later date and in another city, Cassy was excellent in communicating options for me and finding answers on the spot, which took coordination with multiple employees and Dr. Anderson. Creekside Ortho seems very organized and customer focused. I would highly recommend them for your needs!

Doctors and staff have been great throughout my son's entire treatment. The office has a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Not only did they seek my input as far as satisfaction of the treatment, they also wanted to make sure my son was happy with his new straight smile.

I could never say enough good things about Creekside Orthodontics. The staff is amazing! So kind and sweet they make you feel like you're a part of their family. Dr. Anderson is professional and so nice. I love the office, I love the staff and I'm so happy we chose to use Creekside!

Everyone who works at Creekside Orthodontics are super nice and friendly. I've only gone in for a free consultation so far, but they did X-rays and the dentist was able to answer all of my questions, and I won't be charged anything if I change my mind about the treatment. Their prices seem fair and they do all the work with my insurance. Also, they have a 24 month interest-free/no finance feeds loan for the remaining amount., amazing!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Portalupi and all of the staff are wonderful! My daughter was SO afraid of going into a dentist's office, she would sweat, feel sick and cry on the way in, after becoming a patient at Creekside, she is no longer afraid and enjoys going to see them. Her teeth look beautiful! I would highly recommend Creekside Orthodontics, their customer service, knowledge, dedication is beyond measure.
