Everyone that I met are very friendly. Tina, the hygienist is so nice and gentle. Dr. Rontal did something to my tooth that had been bothering me since January and I'm new to this office. They all seem to care for their patients. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

VERY disappointed. My son is a minor & his dad pays for his insurance. My son was approached about a bill in which my son ended up paying because he was embarrassed. They should have called his dad or charged his dad insurance. SO unprofessional.

New office is beautiful! Everyone is always so friendly! Ally is the absolute best she makes me feel comfortable and the is my cleanings are always quick and painless.

1st appt went great. From X-rays to meeting Dr Rontal to my cleaning. So far so good and I recommend. 2nd appt was great! Super thorough cleaning immaculate facility.

The entire staff at Delta Bay works as a cohesive team, all the way to the gals at the front desk. Dr. Joseph and Dr. Tone have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to take care of all my dental needs. We are fortune to have a dental office such as this, tight here in Brentwood.

So incompetent. Sadly, they only care about money and not their patients. It's lovely to receive a bill six months after the fact; conveniently after I stopped being a patient there. Also, if you have to miss an appointment even for an emergency they love to charge you $50. They are in the business of making money. The lack of customer service speaks volumes.

The new office for Delta bay Dental Group is a very nice place, beautiful surroundings and new dental equipment, had a wonderful teeth cleaning with friendly employees, office is still under some construction but very nice dental office. recommended!

The staff was courteous, skillful and highly responsive to my needs. I also really like the new office. I have never seen a dentist's office with such a nice floor and decorative design. I almost forgot why I was there :-

I LOVE everyone at Delta Bay Dental. They make me feel welcome and are interested in me as a person. They are professional and very qualified. Dr. Joseph is the best dentist I have ever had and Allie I love cleaning my teeth. When I moved to Walnut Creek 2 years ago I never even gave a thought to changing to a closer office! The extra drive is nothing in comparison to the quality of care I get and the quality of their "caring" about me. Now after a third year of driving I still choose Delta Dental as the best place to go for dental care! The drive is nothing compared to the 5 star Plus service!

I was so very thrilled with Tane and her entire staff. They were kind, gentle, happy and totally professional. I have gone to another dentist and would cry when they gave the shots. It was nothing like that there. They treat you with respect and caring. It's not just a patient, it feels more like they are treating their family. The staff in the back that works for Dr. Joseph and Dr. Rontal are wonderful. Both Dr.s are amazing and very gentle. I hate going to the Dentist but if you have to go this is the place you want to go to. Allie the hygienist does a really good job and is super sweet. Would not hesitate to recommend the staff that works on your teeth and both Doctors. I have tried 2 other Dentists here in town and both ripped me off of a lot of money. So be careful in Brentwood whom you choose. These two are worth it.

Every experience I have here is so positive. All staff members are so kind and accommodating, especially, Dr. Joseph. She makes you feel so comfortable with her demeanor and skills.

It's a great place to go for your dental needs. The staff are friendly and the dentists don't cut corners. My crown hasn't been fitting right thus they keep sending it back until it's right. I highly recommend Delta Dental!

My wife and I just switched dentists after moving out here 2 years ago. We didn't want to switch because we love our old office so much, but it became a hassle, so we decided to switch. It look about a month or so to get our first visit appointments scheduled, but it was worth the wait. Everyone was so amazing that we encountered. Everyone went into detail as to what they were doing and why and even talked us through a lot and showed pictures, it was great. We definitely enjoy this office so far!

Delta Bay Dental Group is awesome! I've had a really traumatic dental experience in the past from another Dental office. I'm now a huge baby when it comes to going to the Dentist. Tina is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She does a great job, and makes going so much easier! Dr. Rontal is fabulous as well!

I have only received dental services from Dr. Joseph (at Delta Bay Dental group) but she is most certainly my all time favorite of any dentist I have had in my 50+ years of dentists. She will continue to be my GO TO dentist until one of us no longer needs or provides the service. LOVE HER!

I took my 4 year old here for her first dentist appointment. I can't reccomend them enough! Allie helped her feel so relaxed and special. It was fun to see her stubbornness turn into excitement. 5 stars all the way!

I've been putting off a crown and filling for over a year! Due to a horrible experience at a previous dentist a couple years ago where I couldn't get numb. They Continued to give me shots over and over and over. Never explained side effects, like racing heart beat! And sweating! Just kept Giving me more shots until I told Them to stop And just complete the procedure while I endured the pain to Get it over with. Dr. Joseph was amazing!

I didn't get numb after the initial numbing shot I let her know. And she knew what to do! Got me numb! Explained it all to me! And made it an experience of no pain! highly recommend her! We are moving out of state in the next few months. And I will definitely be flying back here for my dentist needs!

Have been using Delta Bay Dental for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. I love my hygienist and both Dr Rontal and Dr Joseph are gentle and thorough with their explanations and their work. Plus, it's so close to home and easy parking. What more could I ask for?

I'm usually nervous before my dental appointments having had some bad experiences getting my teeth cleaned at another dentist. My experience was no pain with all the staff members being very professional. The work I had to have done was also without pain. Glad I found them!

Dr. Joseph is the best dentist I have ever had. She is so calm, kind and great at what she does! She has never made me feel rushed and I am so happy with how my smile has turned out. I even enjoy the local photos on the walls. just those kind of little details that gives me confidence that the people around me are grounded to the local scene and are interested in the community. it's also fun seeing Dr. Rontel's smile showing up in 110 degree magazine, then in the grocery store carts then sponsoring a hole at a local golf tourney. makes me feel connected to a local success story who invests into the local economy. it just reinforces my belief that they care about me inside and outside the office: They have convenience of text reminders too that have come on handy too! This is the best dental office I have been to. I was scared to find out what my exam showed. Everything was explained so well by Dr. Rontal. The staff is very nice and the office very clean. I have been hopping from dentist to dentist but I don't have to anymore. When I went back for my fillings I didn't feel any pain and now that I'm not numb anymore it feels like nothing happened. I definitely recommend Dr. Rontal for all your dental work!

Poor customer service, rude office staff and in general a gang of money grubbers. They specialize in setting appointments far in the future, and then hit you with a $50 missed appointment fee. I asked them on numerous occasions to notify me of appointments, but they never call. They also tried to convince me to have my old reliable silver fillings removed and replaced with ceramic, which is a scam I had already wised up to after finding out the hard way that the white ceramic replacements almost invariably lead to broken teeth.
