Had my first visit today and the service was excellent! From the time I walked through the door I was treated with exceptional customer service. The entire staff was warm, personable and extremely professional. It's a friendly environment and very clean. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I wish I had discovered this office years ago. I will definitely refer others to this office!

I was very happy with my visit today it was my second time there and the receptionist and doctors were so nice they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to my next visit. The doctor explained everything to me he was very patient.

I found this dental office through Yelp. My first two experiences with Keyanna and her kind professionalism was nothing but outstanding. I brought my son in today for the first time for a cleaning, and he was blown away. Most teenagers hate going to the dentist, but Christine, Dr. Sam, and the other dental hygienist that greeted us. I'm so sorry that I forgot your name but you were so welcoming to us. I will make sure to get your name and do a shoutout. Thank you to the entire staff!

My old dentist retired so I had to find a new office. I'm so happy I found Diablo Hills Dental. The entire staff is friendly, Dr. Sam is great. He explains what he is doing and what needs to be done. No push for whitening of teeth, braces, etc. (they do offer the services though). They also have Saturday and evening appointments.

I first walked in to Diablo Hills a few years ago with a lot of dental problems and severe anxiety. Now I can't wait to get a checkup and see everyone! All staff are amazing. They literally DISINTEGRATED my fear of the dentist and I couldn't be more thankful.

The staff is always so friendly and amazing! I've been going here for years because great dental offices are hard to find. They have late appointments and even see patients on Saturday's. I'd highly recommend them for any of your dental needs!

I finally found a dentist who helped me get over my fear of dentists. His name is Dr. Nick with Diablo Hills Dentistry Excellence. His staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Can't wait to finish with my dentures and implants.

Always an awesome experience! First time meeting Dr. Sam Palano and he's great! Very thorough with explaining everything. My hygienist Christina is always awesome as well! She's gentle yet making sure the cleaning is efficient. I've recently moved out the area and will continue to be a patient at this office. (Even if it takes 45 mins for me to get there)

Very first visit. Absolutely amazing friendly staff. Christine makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Sam was very thorough and explained very thing. The hygienist Diane was very patient with me explained everything and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. Would differently recommend.
