If you can, do deep research on the dentists before coming in! Dr Gurjote isn't very helpful or informative. She was quick to move me out and I felt like just a number. They got me in same day although I had to wait 3 hours.to assess, and had a painful tooth pulled the next day. The dental hygienist, assistants, and other staff answered my questions extensively, better than the Dr. Definitely overpriced services. Overall clean place, and reception staff is helpful and friendly.

Terrible service and hygienist is so rude! Go somewhere else! Dr Neal is not that great. Overpriced and they try to make multiple appts to make more money. Trust me there are way better dentists in the area don't waste you're time being treated like you are ignorant.

I've been seen by both Dr. Neal and Dr. Kalapsa and have received excellent care from both. The office's dental hygienists are exceptional and make your experience as comfortable as possible. Follow up calls are made to check on patients after procedures. Beth and the other front office staff are easy to work with and make check-in and billing painless.

Wait times are almost non-existent because the office does not overbook patients. Long story short, The Lodi Dentist is the best dental office in the region, and I highly recommend them.

I have had the extreme displeasure of crossing paths with this office. Dr. David Neal bonded a front tooth and I was not happy with it. I voiced this a day later and went to office. Dr. Kalapsa tried to smooth it out and she knew I was very unhappy. I continued to really not like what almost 600$ got me. I discovered a chip where it was fixed. Wait, was this temporary? Beth promised it would be fixed and Instead I got a certified " Dear John " letter with a partial refund.

Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Dr. Neal lacks the skill that his partner, Dr. Kalapsa, possess's. Dr Kalapsa has had more schooling and it shows. I think she is an MD as well as a Dentist. Thank you Dr. Kalapsa & I am so sorry that you decided NOT to fix my tooth. Danielle, hygienist, is one nasty women. She lacks self esteem and tries to make others feel stupid. *Make sure you know your tooth numbers? Are you flippin' kidding? Danielle is the one that started my troubles and is the subject of other poor reviews.

Hey Danielle, I have a MSN in Nursing and they do not teach us tooth numbers. We do not want your job. Danielle seems to be a trouble maker and an antagonist. Dr. Neal is married to Beth (sounds like a Soap Opera) and she sits up front. Do not complain as she feels everything her husband does is perfect. She is like a watch DOG. Do not get too close as she may " BITE ". Beth, do not insult patient's teeth or my perfectly great bonded tooth by my Massachusetts dentist.

I go to Harvard and Tuft's grads, which makes a difference. Beth straight up lied to as I had an appt for the tooth to be redone. She then insulted another Dentist's work. Come on, Beth. Doesn't it matter that the patient is happy? You are too busy defending and worshipping your husband to realize that you cannot accept criticism regarding his lack of skills.

He should back his own work up and want it to be great. Instead I got the BOOT and must have another Dentist clean up his mess. I had an ominous feeling of what was coming. I would have say " Bye Bye " to this office after my tooth was fixed this month, but I was dumped. First Dentist to ever " break up with me ". Lol In the end? Not worth your trouble, money and sanity. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Here is the review that you did not want written, Beth. Happy New Year!

I had a toothache on a Friday and called them since they had emergency services listed. They couldn't see me because it was after hours on Friday. I had left a voicemail and one of the doctors called me back with a voicemail and told me to take some combination of ibuprofen and Tylenol until they could see me. I needed some immediate help and I had called my current dental office and left 2 voice mails but they never returned my calls.

I got through the weekend and then called my regular dentist first thing Monday morning. I asked if I could come in soon and they said that if I could come in within 45 minutes then they could see me. They are about 25 miles from me so I had to move fast and get up the the highway quickly to make it on time. They brought me in, but were unable to do anything for me as what I needed was a "deep cleaning" and the assistant doing that work could not do a complete cleaning on me as she only had 30 minutes on her schedule.

I had gone to them originally because they were known for implants. I had not been able to work out terms with them on work done in prep for my implant before this, which turned out to cost about 3 times more than I was originally quoted. They said that they could rush me in and get a "partial" deep cleaning on my lower right because that was where my gum irritation and pain was and I could pay half of the money for this procedure at this time.

I felt like I had been through what I call "assembly line dentistry"at this point and said I'll pass on this work this day and that I would call them. I made a payment on the prior work done and after talking to my wife, she said go to the dentist who bothered to call you back and see what they could do. I was able to come in right away with them and was impressed by their professionalism and my feeling of comfort as soon as I had my exam.

They said that I needed a deep cleaning and Beth and Jocelyn called my insurance before my full exam and told me that it was covered quite a bit by my insurance. Working with me on payment options for my upcoming deep cleaning which Beth scheduled for me as soon as possible. I was very happy with my visit and told my wife when I got home that I'm glad I took her advice. Brittany and doctor K took care of me in the chair and Beth and Jocelyn took care of me in the office and I'm so glad that they know how to work with my insurance, unlike my other dentist, who had not been able to so.

I've been going to Dr. Neal for a few years now and I absolutely love this place! Everyone is very friendly, professional, and caring. They care for you as if you are family. Just started with Invisalign and can't wait for the final result! Would recommend Dr. Neal for everyone!

I have been going to Dr. Neal at the Lodi dentist for several years now. He and his staff have always been very welcoming and professional, and I have had the best experiences. I had to make an appointment during the COVID-19 Quarantine and I was welcomed by a hygienist and Dr. Neal. They had taken extraordinary measures to be sure the office was sterile and safe.

As always, they were friendly and professional, and I got my dental work done quickly. I have never been disappointed, and I don't think anyone who goes to the Lodi Dentist will regret their decision. 5 stars!

Dr. Cassandra Kalapsa, D.D.S., Jessica and Beth are awsome, everyone in the office is so nice. I am such a chicken and have a crazy needle phobia, but all the shots I've had by dr Kalapsa have been completely painless.she has a magic touch. This office has completely changes my feelings about dentist and dental work. They have there work cut out for them with me.but they have been absolutely phenomenal! I recommend them to everyone.also they have nitrous if you need it.

I went to this dental office back in April and although Dr. Khan was very nice and through I did not care for the hygienist. While she was doing my cleaning it seemed like everything was distracting her and every five minutes she kept stopping for some reason or other. When I'm going in for a clean up I would like a halfway decent cleaning where my teeth feels a little cleaner and some attention on me while this is happening but this is not what happened here. I will continue my search for a new dental office

Let me just say this. WOW. I was super impressed with this office. From the person who answered my first call, to the insurance specialist to the dentist and others including the assistant, I was amazed by my experience. It ended up being no shock to me that this office was voted best in Lodi for 7 years! I was not shamed, I was not pressured, and I felt totally in control of my choices moving forward in my smile makeover. I actually cried in my car after the appointment. There is so much more I could say but seriously they are amazing. I am so happy I found this office.

Always professional and always a delight. Some of the stars here are Tonya, Brittany and Dr. Khan. Top notch care, top notch equipment, you are in great hands at the Lodi dentist!

Great staff very sweet and accommodating! The girls in the front office are so nice and really made me feel safe and secure. Dr. Khan was very kind and comforting during the procedure. I also appreciate the staff for taking me on such short notice for such an emergency procedure. I will definitely recommend this office to anybody needing quality dental care!

My favorite dentist! Clean, friendly, and extremely thorough, they explain what they are looking at and exactly what they see. No pressure for extra treatment, but pretty much whatever you want in terms of your tooth health or appearance can be found here. Great, positive, and straightforward staff that found issues other dentists missed. The new family doc, two thumbs up!

My husband and I have been going to The Lodi Dentist for over 30 years. I was looking for a new dentist and chose his name out of the phone book (back when we had them) and have been going to him ever since. The whole crew there is outstanding including Coree, the hygienist to Kami and to Beth who is Dr. Neal's wife. They have all the latest equipment and the atmosphere is very soothing and calm.

They don't force any procedures on you, they just give you the facts and let you decide. After 30 years, there is no way I am changing dentists, DR. DAVID NEAL IS THE BEST!

01/30/2018 Today I went in for a filling and a replacement filling. Dr. Neal took the time to order special anesthetic that does not contain Epinephrine and that is purer than other anesthetics. He did this for me because I have an adrenal response problem where I have bad reactions to anesthetics. I was so comfortable during the procedure that I actually fell asleep at one point.

I would recommend Dr. Neal and his staff to anyone. Some of the best customer service and hands down the best health care I have ever received. My family and I have been going to Dr. Neal's office for 10+ years and plan to use him throughout the rest of his career. 11/06/2017 My family and I have been going to Dr. Neal for years and we could not be happier.

Their office uses all of the latest and greatest tools and technology while providing some of the best healthcare customer service I have ever seen. Brittainy, their hygienist, is also amazing. My tonsils make it hard for me to seal off the back of my throat when getting my teeth cleaned so I choke on water a lot. She is the first one to do this technique with suction and tilting my head that completely removes that issue. She is also very gentle and causes no pain. I would recommend Dr. Neal to anyone.

Dr. Neal is an extremely patient dentist. He's very knowledgeable in all that he does and will diligently find a solution for even the most difficult treatment plan. I have always been afraid and extremely anxious about going to the dentist, but with Dr. Neal I feel relaxed and no more anxiety! His very calm manner and consideration for his patients really made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Neal also fine tuned my dosage and type of anesthesia in a way that doesn't give me adverse side effects.

Something no other dentist has been able or willing to do. Dr. Neal sat down and listened to my concerns, without judgement, and consoled me when I was in doubt about work he was about to do on my teeth, or any recommendations he has had. Dr. Neal has done extensive work on me and my family's teeth and we couldn't be any more happy with the results.

The staff at Dr. Neal's office are OUTSTANDING! I can't say enough good things about Beth, Kami, and all the hygienist's and employees who work there. Just a magnificent group of people. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend The Lodi Dentist, Dr. Neal & Dr. Hoff! You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Neal and his staff are amazing! Prior to going to The Lodi Dentist I have not had any formal dental care or routine. I found The Lodi Dentist through a positive referral through a good friend and decided to finally get a dental routine going. My RDH Brittainy is beyond GREAT! She greets me with a warm smile and is very thorough but gentle during my cleanings.

She goes above and beyond, ensuring I have a solid care program and sets up my needs with the front end folks in regards to my insurance. Great service all around. The office and dental areas are spotless and very warm feeling with comfortable bright lighting and nice decorative accents throughout. The office is across the street from Lodi Memorial.

There is a small parking lot for patients or you can park along the street for easier in and out access. The Lodi Dentist will have me as a patient for life as long as Dr. Neal and Brittainy are there to take care of my gums and teeth :
