Great dentist! Excellent hygienists! Excellent staff! They have nice equipment, clean facility, very prompt and orderly! They send you reminders via text for your appointments, if you already have an appointment and they have an earlier appointment become available they let you know. I have a good experience every time I go here.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to! Everyone there is super friendly and professional. Even the receptionist was on top of it! I've been there several times, and I always leave there muttering to myself about how good they are.

Thank you, Dr. Franklin for being responsive even with phone call queries. Got my endo appointment set up even without stepping foot in your office. You truly are awesome!

The office was so pretty with fresh flowers and very inviting. That's where the positives stop. I had treatment with Dr. Franklin over 10 years ago. He broke most of the post on a front tooth and placed a huge crown that dug into my gums for years. He also planned to pull my back tooth without even consulting me. There was nothing wrong with it! Horrible dentist. There are other dentists. Make Dr. Franklin your very last desperate choice. And then look in Sacramento before settling.

The staff are so pleasure, caring and helpful. Very professional. Dr. Franklin is so kind and listens to you about your concerns. Over all wonderful experience. I highly recommend him and his office. I am always nervous and tense, but was so relax here.

Going to the dentist was always a trip I would dread until finding Dr Franklin's office. Love the whole staff. There is no better in Lodi.

I was recommended this place by a friend. I had just chipped my tooth and also had a cavity on the same tooth. I called to see when they could get me in and they got me in the same day, even though I told them I wasn't in pain. This is also the first time I ever got a filling and had no discomfort, and I had always felt the drilling no matter how much I was numbed at my previous dentist.

On top of that, the place was very clean and all the staff and Dr. Franklin was very friendly and made me feel welcome. A truly amazing experience, and I will definitely continue going to Todd Franklin for my future dental needs!

Let me start out by saying I've worked for a lot of Dentists and so I've seen some things. Due to this, I have a very hard time trusting any Dentist now. Dr. Franklin is one of those high quality Dentists that is not only skilled, but honest as well. I trust him with myself and my family. I highly recommend Dr Franklin for your dental needs!

I have bad anxiety and I hate cleaning but they made it the best experience ever

Out of all the years of going to different dental practices Todd Franklin dds is the best I've ever experienced. The staff is very professional and have very good people skills. The environment is clean and pleasant. Most of all the dental work of all the staff is top of the line.

Summer cleaned my teeth and was very pleasant and did a great job making me comfortable.

The staff is pleasant and courteous. The dental hygienist does a great good especially after an extended interval because of COVID and tender gums. They make the visit comfortable.

I have gone to Dr Franklin off and on for 20 years. The 2 star is for the unprofessional practices of this offices sending you fauly/phony bills. I paid the cash difference for what the insurance didnt cover that same day, and all a sudden weeks later I received a bill. I don't owe this office ANYTHING, but yet they are sending me bills. Unprofessional. I will be finding another dentist for this reason.

I had a wisdom tooth come in and they were able to get me in right away and get it taken care of. Staff is super friendly and Dr Franklin is wonderful. They explain everything clearly before they do anything.

He was the best dentist I have ever been to as an adult! I've been beyond traumatized by other dentists when I was younger. Knowing that there is a place that isn't like those other places I have been to in the past, is super reassuring! I have the biggest fear of dentists, I came in to this office today with major fears, the staff was very professional and caring, normally I walk out ( it's been 3+ yrs) of a dentists thinking of ways to cancel appointment I just made to come back this time I am looking forward to coming back.

Very clean office, bl staff friendly. Dr. seems Very carring BUT! VERY EXPENSIVE. I mean lots of Thousands dollars for service to be done. I don't mean 10,000 thousand I mean +++++++++ before he could do the job. If you've got the funds he is the Dentist to go too.

After coming here, you will not want to go anywhere else! My mother and I both come here and she used to be terrified of the dentist but not anymore. Dr.franklin and his team are very gentle and always make sure you're comfortable. The office is very clean and all staff members are amazing! They've never had me pay a crazy copay either, as other places have.

I've always been one to avoid the dentist just because. well they're the dentist! However. Dr Franklin & his staff are absolutely a delight and have always put me at ease. Melissa usually takes care of my cleanings & she is super efficient and an absolute pleasure to chat with. I look forward to coming here for all my family's dental needs for years to come!

Wonderful dentist, wonderful staff! I was in need of a new dentist after moving into Stockton. I searched for lots of reviews to make sure I found somebody good! My search led me to Dr. Franklin and I'm so glad I found him! I actually enjoy coming in, the staff is always so nice, and Dr. Franklin has always been such a pleasure to deal with! I drive 20 mins from Stockton to come to his office and I will continue to do so as long as I live here!

I have been a patient here for over 10 years and have gotten consistently outstanding service. Dr. Franklin is fair and meticulous and truly cares about his patients. He also ensures that those that work for him make you feel just as welcome and important. It is rare to go anywhere in this day and age that you leave truly satisfied, let alone your dentist, but I can honestly say that I have been every single time.

Dr. Franklin and his staff are absolutely amazing! They welcome you as soon as you walk through the door and explain everything in full detail so you know exactly what's going on. I had Mandy as my dental assistant and she made my treatment super comfortable and always kept me calm through conversation. The energy and vibe in this office make it easy to go to the dentist. I don't mind the 3 hour drive to get to this office, I found the perfect dentist!

If ANYONE even slightly hints that they are searching for a new dentist or speak of being freaked out about going to the dentist I immediately mention Dr. Franklin. I have NEVER been so at ease about going to my check ups. I used to make excuses and not go in for at least 2 years. His staff has phenomenal customer service skills and so does Dr. Franklin.

Its shocking to me everytime he or his staff follow up on a conversation we had SIX MONTHS AGO! They also show major apprecation to their clients with a annual BBQ. I haven't made it to one yet, but its always nice to be celebrated.

I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from we travel all the way from Southern California to get our dental work done. Best dentist ever!

I have been going to Dr. Franklin's for at least 10 years and completely disagree with the first review. Part of the reason I like his office is that I don't feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed with a bunch of different procedures and/or recommended procedures. I don't know very many people that actually like to go to the dentist so, knowing a dentist that does everything he can to make sure you are comfortable and gives you as much or little information you want about your visit is a good thing. The staffs from the front desk to the hygienist to the assistants are all consistently very professional and kind. I highly recommend this office.
