I've been going to Winery Estate Dental Group for over 15 years and have always received excellent treatment from everyone. Dr. Juliet Apin has been my primary dentist and is absolutely wonderful! She is pleasant and always informative about what is going on with my oral health so that I can take the steps to optimize oral hygiene. Her hygienist Ana is great and and very thoughtful about any sensitivity while cleaning. Highly recommend this dental office for your oral health needs!

I come and see Dr. Juliet Apin every 6 months and she is so great at what she does. She cleans my teeth really well but gets me out of there quickly, and the hygienists are all friendly and personable! I am definitely glad I close them as my regular dentist; they are fast, effective, and kind at Winery Estate.

I have an extreme amount of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Dr. Apin and Ana (the hygienist) were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Would highly recommend them if you are in the area!

Apin, Caesar, Robin and the entire staff are super friendly. I normally hate the dentist. This place is amazing! I feel at ease, they care about me and how I look. Dr. Apin is an excellent dentist, who does her work confidently and thoroughly. She and her assistant Robyn always keep my comfort level a top priority and have genuinely nice energies about them. All this while maintaining the exceptionally high level of quality that I have become accustom to. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and helpful. My experience was wonderful. The communication in the office between staff and patients is amazing. My comfort was checked constantly and the staff are eager to make sure you are taken care of. Dr. Yu answered all my questions and has exceptional interpersonal skills. I felt no pain the entire procedure. Kesia and Kelly are not only friendly, but they ease any stress you may have by bringing laughter and compassion to your side. Really great experience! Highly recommend this office

My family & I have been coming to Winery Estate Dental for several years. I have never been so pleased with their service as I was with this past visit. All of the staff were amazing. Dr. Apin has always been pleasant, but when you have staff that are just as pleasant, it makes the visit that much greater. We were seen at our scheduled times & didn't spend all day at the dentist (like we have done in the past).
New management has made a difference. The office is newly remodeled & we will definitely not be switching Dentist office any time soon. I highly recommend Winery Estate Dental! Very pleased with their service!

I usually DRED going to this office and only stay because of the hygienist. BUT this visit was completely different! They not only updated the office but the manager as well. It was a great experience. I was shocked! Everything was so great! I will no longer hate going to see my dentist. I highly recommend making an appointment.

The one star is pushing it. Anytime you call, you will get placed on hold by a receptionist that is rude and bothered that she's having to work. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes, 4 minutes and another 9 minutes in one day. I guess there might be only one person making appointments. Scheduling an actual appointment to see a doctor is a nightmare.
No appointments for people with working hours for over 2 months, with any doctor in the practice. The times I have been in to see Dr Apin, she is pushy to get you to do things that you don't need or aren't necessary. For example, she wanted me to get braces even though I had braces as a child. My teeth are straight abs there's no need. Yet, she brings it up over and over again. Wanting a procedure just for the mere fact of "finding out" if further work needs to be done. Seems to me it's more about money than actual patient care. They've lost myself and family as a patient there. Don't bother calling and find another dentist.

Made an appointment for this location and took the day off. Came in at 7:15am and they said their system was down. Though I know they can't help that, I asked them if they had my phone number and the lady recited it off to me. I would just like to know why they couldn't call me before I got up, and got ready so early on a day off and drove all the way there.
She said she was just waiting to see who came in so they could reschedule. Umm, what!? If your system is down and you can't see people, call them and tell them. What a waste of time

Updated review: 7/15/2021 9:45am visit Let me first begin by saying I've been coming here since 2007 with my family. This update has nothing to do with my experience with our dentist, nor hygienist. This is about the worst customer service experience with management, Bonnie! Let me explain, I drove up and yes a sign is on the door about mask required. However, enlight of lifting restrictions and because I've been vaccinated it didn't dawn on me to wear a mask. Anyway, I entered and the young lady Mersalles says, we require a mask even with vaccination.
My reply: sure no problem. That should have left the conversation alone! Then this Bonnie, "didn't you see the sign", now why was that comment needed! She went on and on.blah blah. I told her to watch her tone! I'm feeling disrespected with her Tone. She went on being even more rude! I asked who was her manager, she replies "I Am the Manager".
Ok I'll just call Corp. my response. Then her response, "we are private, no Corporate". In other words, no one to hold her accountable! After all these years, to see this place go down like this is sad. The front desk is the first impression to any business. Is this atmosphere this company now represents! No apology was provided, and she needs to stop! Excuse any errors in my writing, this is one of emotion.

What a great experience at winery estate dental. Bonnie in the office staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy. And Aliyah the RDA is efficient and friendly. Dr John Hsieh is awesome! I have been in pain for an entire year and he listened to my concerns fixed my problems and educated me as well. I would recommend this dental office!

I have very high expectations and have been lucky to have great dentists in the past. When I changed jobs and my insurance changed, I was very hesitant to start over. I had very low expectations of the team at Winery Estate because let's be honest, how could they beat my past dentists? To my surprise, I had to have a crown put on for the first time so I was extra anxious of the service and product I was going to receive at my new dentist.
Fast forward, Julie and the team were great! When the crown was on, I had to have x-rays to ensure it fit, and we had challenges getting it set up properly which led to some discomfort. The entire team was so careful and patient with me. Julie was knowledgeable, caring, kind, listened and was open to my feedback when my crown was feeling different. I am now a week out, feeling great and super happy with my crown. I am confident that future work by the team will be great! Thanks W.E. Team! -April V.

I have been a patient of this office for nearly 15 years and over the last year have experienced the WORSE service ever! The front office manager (Bonnie), who worked today (4/2/21), was the last straw for me. She was extremely rude, dismissive & hung up twice on me. After it took me (5) times of calling via business hours to get an answer. My inquiry was, to ask for assistance with the new patient portal, that I was having issues with.
This paperwork needed to be completed prior to my appointment. As a result (of her rudeness), I drove to the office to speak to a manager (after waiting for someone to approach the desk), she tells me she is the manager (Bonnie). I asked if I could again leave a message for my doctor to call me (Dr. Hsieh). I also stated that I felt she was rude and I was just calling for some help). She, never giving eye contact (says I'm sorry you feel that way); never acknowledging my discomfort.
As a result, I asked for my paperwork and will now look for a new dentist. At this point, I'm not only looking for a provider because of the AWFUL customer service. As I entered the office (waiting for someone to come to the front desk); in the midst of COVID, the office was dusty, trash was full, and there was what appeared to be spit on the wall (above the trash at the appointment desk).
I rather travel 40miles to a dentist then to deal with the awful service of Winery Estate Dental. I will also let my insurance know. They shouldn't be an option to choose from the network. Terrible, terrible service!

I've been coming to this office for about 5 years now and have always had a good experience. From the front to the back office everyone is so nice. Bonnie, the manager, always seems to know everyone and has always been amazingly helpful. Dr Apin is the most caring dentist I've ever had. She doesn't just care about my teeth but also me. She always asks about my boys. Dr Hsieh and Dr Shah are also just as equally amazing. Kelly is the funniest assistant as she makes the dental visit fun.
She will also make sure I'm comfortable if the doctor is running behind which rarely has happened. I love that the office also has specialists so I don't have to go anywhere else if I needed to see someone

What ever you do, do not go here. They are thieving criminals. They ripped me off by doing work they did it need to and have cost me over $2000 in additional dental work which I have had done else where. The staff is rude and condescending. And the dentist obviously does not know how to do their job. Do your family a favor and never go to them. They are criminals and should be put out of business!

I've been coming here for over 11 years! I waited several weeks before posting because I was so offended. At this point I wish there was a "no star" rating. Super clean office. The doctors are wonderful but the front office has horrible customer service. Not only did they cancel my appointment and lie to me that they called me to notify me of the cancellation, they made me wait 2 hours before getting my insurance cleared to attend my appointment.
And even at that point my husband had to step in. Neither of the girls have customer service orientation. All three of them decided to talk about my husbands insurance company in a derogatory way in front of the entire waiting room. They were very contentious towards me and told me that our insurance company wasn't making their payments! NO sir-e that was not the case they were going to the wrong department. This is not customer service.
And even at that point my husband had to step in. Neither of the girls have customer service orientation. All three of them decided to talk about my husbands insurance company in a derogatory way in front of the entire waiting room. They were very contentious towards me and told me that our insurance company wasn't making their payments! NO sir-e that was not the case they were going to the wrong department. Do not trust these people! I went to Winery Estate Dental Group because my previous dentist of 10 years had closed his practice. I wanted a basic exam and cleaning. But they told me I had serious dental problems that would require expensive treatments. I had to ask myself, why had my previous dentist never identified any of these supposed problems?
So two days later I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion. This second-opinion dentist was unable to find the serious dental problems that Winery Estate Dental Group claimed I had! So I've decided that either the second-opinion dentist, and my previous dentist, are both incompetent, or else the people at Winery Estate Dental Group were telling me a bunch of lies in order to make money. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Winery Estate.

I had a change of insurance so I needed to change dental offices after going to an amazing dentist for 20 years. I was offered "needed" proceedures mounting to over 3k. I knew these were not needed because I had been under the care of an exceptional dentist. Beware. Get a second opinion. In addition, the office was dirty. The floors needed vacuuming, walls needed painting, and a general good scrubbing everywhere. Makes me wonder how clean the autoclaving process is.
I also got cheek bruising from a deep cleaning that lasted a week. I did like the hygienist and office staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they also pushed procedures not covered by my insurance. Like a 3 month next visit for cleaning, a crown that wasn't needed, and periodontal solutions. I can say no to all the pushing. But I wont be returning because of the uncleanliness.

They do not have compassionate patient care at this office, in emergency situations (not even for children). My son has been going there since he was about 6 years old and everything was fine until he had a "dental" emergency (at age 14 now) and had to be hospitalized for almost 5 days because of it. The dentist, Dr. Hsieh, saw the distress (swelling/pain) and did not refer us to a medical doctor.
In fact, he didn't even follow up until I had to call his office, several days later. We are now going to a Dentist in Upland that provides follow up care and does not treat his patients like a number. Winery Estates worked for us as long as there wasn't a dental emergency. Problem is, you never know when an emergency will happen. Very disappointed.

Beware of this dentist. She looked at my teeth for a total of 5 min and told me that I needed 8 fillings. She just kept pointing to a bunch of different spots on my molars and said "this one, this one, this one". She also recommended that all four wisdom teeth be removed (which is true) and the total bill that they gave me was $7000 (insurance doesn't cover all).
So I decided to go back to the dentist that my entire family has gone to for over 20 years (Forrest Stowells in Upland) I even changed my insurance just so I could go to them again. I told him what the dentist at Winery Estate told me and he said no way would he do that many fillings. I ended up with just ONE filling out of the EIGHT that winery estate recommended. BE AWARE of these kinds of dentists that don't have your best interest at heart and are just trying to make a buck off of you!
I would highly recommend Dr. Forrest Stowell In Upland. He is an outstanding dentist and extremely honest. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and will be filing one with the BBB.

This place is great. Every single staff member here is very kind and friendly. I was tossed around a lot at my last dentist and could not wait another two months for an emergency. Dr. Malik is fantastic. She fixed me. She spent so much time with me giving me Comfort and information. Very gentle in her exams and procedures. I wasn't too happy about oral surgery last week, but thanks to her staff and(Jacob), they did a great job at keeping me calm since I was anxious about the procedure. No one ever looks forward to going to the dentist. But here I do.

I've been coming here for a few months now and I leave very happy each time my Boss' husband comes here so thought I'd try (my previos dentist retired.). I love Dr Apin she and the entire staff are super nice and have helped me replace old / missing crowns, fillings, cleaning and whitening my teeth. What I love about Winery Estate Dental is they're open Saturdays, interest-free 18 month financing, and they fit you in for appointments ASAP. I also appreciate Dr Apins and Staff's patience with me as I ask many questions.

Like most people, I do NOT like going to the dentist. I'm a kid being dragged when I need to go. However, from check-in to deep cleaning AND then having 2 (not 1) root canals. I love this place. I met with the general Dr., Dr. Park who went over every procedure I would need. Upon noticing how nervous I was, he calmed me and assured me that I would be ok. Marcella was ABSOLUTELY wonderful.
She went over the cost and all of my availability options. Guys, this was a person giving me the ridiculous cost of my procedures but I left there feeling like she was my friend. I can't forget Ana. Ana is so gentle and soft spoken. She was very emphatic to my stress level and nervousness. There's no way I could even get angry because it seemed like she felt my pain (you know that needle to numb you) right along with me. Ok. now the root canal. serious stuff. 2 of them!
In comes the team Dr. Bagheri, Dr. Rami and their assistants Cheyanne and Tony. IT WAS A BREEZE. serious! I was chilled and relaxed listening to my music. I was so pent up with stress and nervousness that at some point I asked myself "what the heck are you worried about. there's no pain" And then it was over. everyone was professional, soothing and they always, always talked to me letting me know what they were doing. Yes, going to the dentist is never something I would willing volunteer for, however, after my experience today, I have no worries when it's with this team at Winery Estate Dental Group!
