Dr. Chris Hall and Mikayla did an excellent job on my teeth. They both are so talented at their profession. No doubt Hays Dental is the #1 dental center in Gallatin County. I highly recommend their services. Everyone on the Hays team really cares.

Vanessa very personable & professional. Great hygienist! Dr Max W took time to discuss carefully a concern I had re: a crown and possible replacement. Only drawback: the cost. gulp! Great office setting. even had a heating pad for my back while I was getting my teeth cleaned. Nice winter touch!

I needed to see a dentist due to high tooth pain I had bean in all day at work, I called and told them what was happening and they got me in within the hour. A route canal is in the near future, and some antibiotics has brought down the pain drastically for the time being. They were quick informative and affordable. I dont know what i would've done without you guys, thanks you.

I have dental care anxiety and broke a tooth that needed assessment and care. Not only was I scheduled immediately but dental assistant Courtney was helpful, confident and reassuring. She put my fears at ease before the dentist came into the room. Dr. Schwieterman and Courtney are a very deep team, like a choreographed routine, they painlessly dealt with my tooth, and because they have a cerec system, I was able to leave their office 2 hours later with a brand new, perfectly fitting crown. The cleaning was great but when I went to the front desk they told me how much I owed and I paid it. They made no mention of insurance at all. I assumed it was my portion to pay before they bill insurance as that is what they have asked for in the past. Ends up it was the total amount. When we called them and asked about it they said I should've known because there were signs everywhere about how they bill, never mind the fact that it was totally different than every other time I've been there. Very defensive and less than stellar service for sure. Disappointing.

I went to Hays Dental group to have a crown cemented which had popped off the night before. The office is exceptional and has a very relaxing feel for a dentist office. The support staff were welcoming and efficient. The dental hygienist was exceptional in explaining the process and taking the X-rays. Dr Max quickly went to work in explaining the X-rays and preparing the area for re-cementing the crown. I was on vacation from California and I must say Bozeman is fortunate to have such an excellent dental group.

I had a yearly cleaning with Cerise today! She was such a delight and very proficient! I would recommend this Dental Group for all of your future needs! Thank you:))

I had the most amazing experience with Hays Dental. After moving from out of state, I found Dr. Hall online based on a specific cosmetic certification he has that my previous dentist had told me to search for since I needed to get two old composite veneers removed and add porcelain veneers and a permanent retainer that had popped out during COVID. Dr.

Hall is super nice and always explains everything really well. Ben and Michaela also helped out throughout the entire process and were patient-centric and very kind. Karina at the front desk is such a star--she helped me from the first phone call and fought my insurance to get them to cover the majority of the treatment. I cannot say enough good things about this practice, it's clearly a place where they value their patients and want to keep them for life. I loved my experience so much that I changed my dental insurance so I can go back to them for my routine cleanings because I want to give them as much business as possible.

Amazing dentist office. Know what they are doing and do it very well. Best dentist I've ever been to. They make you comfortable and take great care of you here. Never had this level of care before it's so nice to be taken care of both in the office and after hours. They also work some saturdays. How CONVENIENT! Love this place highly recommend.

Good practice, the hygienist's and dentists are top notch. The equipment and tech seem brand new. I've been a customer for 2 years now and have had to call to correct my bill twice. On both occasions the billing dept acknowledged the mistake and fixed the bill. Once is a mistake twice is the beginning of a pattern. If you go with Hayes keep an eye on your bill they seem to have very ambitious billing policies.

Dr. Wasserburger and his staff are absolutely wonderful! No one LOVES going to the dentist, but this crew made all 3 of my appointments today enjoyable. Thank you all! I'll definitely be seeing you in 6 months

I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciate their care and support! I struggle with anxiety related to dentistry procedures. Happy to report I got my teeth cleaned today by the wonderful Vanessa with no nitrous and just a little lidocaine numbing gel!

Hays Dental Group is by far the best experience I've had at a Dentist office.yes, it can happen! The staff is always very pleasant and concerned about you as a person not just a patient. The office environment is inviting and relaxing. While all of the Doctor's in this office are great, I see Dr. Hall. I have high praises for Dr. Hall. He is a perfectionist and believe me when it comes to cosmetic dentistry you want a perfectionist!

He is not satisfied until you are satisfied! Dr. Hall has a very calming demeanor which in turn helps to calm and relax the patient. Sufficed to say. Hays Dental Group is the only office I will do business!

I recently went to Hays Dental Group for a new patient comprehensive exam and this was by far the best dental appointment that I have had. The staff at Hays Dental Group were super friendly and thorough. From the receptionists, to the dental assistant, Amy, and the rest of the staff, everyone made the visit comforting and a fun experience. Using state-of-the-art technology, Dr.

Hall was able to show me everything that he was talking about and I found that this was very effective when it came to patient education. As a hockey player, I have had my fair share of dental office encounters and this visit was by far the best one yet. I would highly recommend Hays Dental Group to anyone!

Rude staff. Would not visit again -- not sure if it was a fluke it if this is a regular occurrence, but I'll plan on taking my business elsewhere next time. Otherwise, there are plenty of other dental options in the Valley.
