I am SHOCKED to see the negative reviews. Dr Todd AND his staff were amazing with my daughter for the entire 19 years she was able to go there. She never complained and always said she wasn't treated any way but awesome. She loved the staff and especially going there for anything including getting a filling! Any dentist who can make a kid love going, should be applauded

Best dentist ever! Dr. Steinmetz and his staff are always so friendly, and my kids love going to his office. Highly recommend any parent taking their kids to his clinic

My daughter has been very fortunate to have Dr. Todd as her dentist. His receptionist, however, could use a refresher course on her people skills. She made an error when I scheduled our appointment and when we arrived at 8:30am she informed us we weren't on the schedule. I understand that she couldn't create time that didn't exist to fit us us in, but not once did she offer an apology for the inconvenience. She was quite rude. And honestly, if we didn't appreciate Dr. Todd so much, we would not go back.

All five of my children have loved going to see Dr Todd! Three of my kids have outgrown a pediatric dentist but they never had anything but good to say about their visits. My two younger kids continue to love their dental visits and actually look forward to them. I have always had positive interactions with Dr. Todd and his staff and wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else!

Grabbed my THREE YEAR OLD son by the chin and told him to, "Stop crying!" Entirely unexcusable! I was broken hearted when my little guy told me what he had been through, I still regret not making a bigger stink about it. I talked to another mom shortly after this that had recently found out (after taking her kids there for years) how rude he was to her kids as well.

Dr. Todd is great with kids and we like him as a dentist. However, his office staff lacks the ability to provide quality costumer service. We provided updated insurance information during our visit, and they billed the wrong insurance for months. All the while, I contacted the office on multiple occasions to explain their error. Finally, we decided to submit the claim ourselves, and the insurance company paid their portion, but the dental office had added a $5 re-billing fee every week. $100 later in re-billing fees, we will not be returning to see Dr. Todd.

Their secretary had the nerve to state that they had made attempts to contact me on multiple occasions, when in fact I had contacted THEM to sort through the issue, left messages and not once did I receive a call back. I hope everyone else has a much better experience, and that we were just the family that slipped through the cracks. We will miss you, Dr. Todd.

We had just gotten dental coverage after not having it for a few years, so my son's teeth were in terrible condition. I was expecting a long lecture about taking care of his teeth, I didn't receive that at all. He just told me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. It was surprisingly pleasant.

Couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Steinmetz and his team. We had a very young child need dental surgery and the whole experience was just about as smooth as it could go under the circumstances. The staff is also very attentive and helpful when it comes to billing, insurance, etc. The text based reminders are a huge plus that all medical professionals should be using these days. Great choice for your kids.

I have 4 children, one is now 19, and the youngest is now 11. They all love Dr. Todd and love to go to the dentist. For most procedures my children have fallen asleep during them. We have had everything from Braces to teeth being pulled to fillings to caps. Never a negative experience.
