Dr. Fialkoff and his team are great. I'm a patient who has had terrible experiences with dentist from an early age throughout adulthood. Came to the office and my worries, anxiety and issues were all treated with time, care and extreme amount of patience. All work was done timely and very professionally, the office is run great, appointments and follow ups were always up to date. My only disappointment is that I didn't find them sooner. If you need a GREAT dentist Dr. Fialkoff and his staff are the way to go, trust me you won't be disappointed.

My dad was very pleased with Dr. Failkoff's professionalism and consideration for his patients. He paid attentions to his patients' physical comfort. His competency and genial approach to patient care brought peace of mind. The staff is attentive, the clinic is well equipped and immaculately sterile. Dr. Failkoff is considered highly qualified for complicated implant procedure by his regular dentist who referred to Dr. Failkoff.

Dr. Fialkoff and his staff did an outstanding job helping me with a dental implant. They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout and I emphatically recommend them if you need an implant.

I went to Dr. Fialkoff from a friends recommendation. Now, if your reading my review I suggest you make an appointment immediately. Over a 4 month period I had every tooth in my mouth extracted. Dr Fialkoff gave me 4 implants. After a few months healing my dentist took a few impressions and the final result from the lab made my upper and lower denture.

They clip in, beautiful pearly whites, brought my confidence level Ten fold. Corn on the cob, peanuts, I can eat again, chew my food instead of swallowing it whole. Again I want to thank Dr. Fialkoff for all he has done for me. YOU DA MAN!

Dr. Fialkoff is a wonderful dentist as well as his team. From the moment you arrive, the receptionist is very welcoming and his assistants make you feel at ease. I was extremely happy with his work. Dr. Fialkoff and his staff are amazing! The doctor is really knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and educate you on what is going on with your teeth and what to do to improve your situation. He not only explains but also goes into what it actually means so you can really relate on a practical level as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Fialkoff is fantastic at what he does. The X-ray on the left is when in 2015 the bone wore away in the space between my two teeth. Dr. Fialkoff then opened my gums and put bone in for my teeth to recover. The X-ray on the right is when in 2019 the bone had healed and I now have a healthier looking mouth.

Dr. Fialkoff is, without any doubt, a highly skilled dental surgeon, placed on earth for mankind's benefit. Surgical posts could not be any more articulately placed for dental implants. He takes great pride in his work and will never let you down.

I have had five appointments with Dr. Fialkoff's office.(and seen three different doctors) The first was an initial exam, three of them were extractions (I thought I was having ONE tooth removed) and one follow up. Twice, my appointment was not logged into the computer. The first time, I showed up, full of anxiety about my looming extraction, only to be told the appointment was not in the system and I would have to reschedule.

The second time, I waited forty minutes and had to leave without seeing anyone. (I rescheduled but will not return) My appointment times were regularly changed, without my knowledge. I would find out when the office called to confirm. At first, I thought it was me (even though I had an appointment card) but others in the waiting room have said the same has happened to them. I feel I've given this office enough chances. I will not be returning. My time is just as important as theirs!

Dr Fialkoff is one of the best in his industry. I been getting work done at his office and it's just amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional, the office is clean, and the doc is the best. He puts you at ease and explains each procedure and what options you have. They work with you when it comes to appointments and They have different options to help you financially. Would highly recommend this office for dental work.

This is a great place. Friendly staff, they know how to do their work, very professional and clean workplace. You literally go home with a smile on your face. I'm glad that I was recommended to Dr. Fialkoff. I plan to come back every time there's a problem with my teeth.

Excellent periodontist! Dr. Fialkoff saw my dad as an emergency patient, he was in a lot of pain and Dr. Fialkoff gave an appointment to see my dad with in 4 hours. He is very knowledgeable and extremely caring. I also love the staff because they are very caring. Thank you to Dr. Fialkoff and his staff.

Worst Doctor ever. Be aware. Dr. Fialkoff will sell you a dream. I took my then 75 year old mother to examine her for implants so she won't need to worry about her teeth falling off. Well after he was done and promised everything will be good, my mother today has no teeth and has settled for a crappy set of cheap dentures. My mother paid more than $10,000 for implants and Mr. Fialkoff said he had a team of great doctors that work with him.

Little that I knew, he uses his students to practice and they know nothing. You would think you paid so much your implants that the teeth would be a perfect fitting. Well, after Mr. Fialkoff was paid in full he never followed up even though we had complained about a bad job. Because it was so bad, another dentist couldn't do much to comfort my mother.

Do not trust this doctor and his staff. All is a lie. He just wants money and because we sign a clause, we cannot even sue. Hope he is happy for taking the teeth and money of a 75 year old women.

I've been serviced by Dr. Fialkoff and his staff at various times over the years for routine and on occasion emergency care. His office is very professional and they care for you as an individual. Dr. Fialkoff and his staff are superbly proficient. I completely feel at ease and trust them fully and am willing to go out of my way to make the trip there when I need to. Dr Fialkoff is an excellent Periodontist, and his staff is great; when I got to his office, I felt welcome and Dr. Fialkoff main concern and for his staff also, was my well- being. I was treated with great care, respect and professionalism. My dental procedure was a wonderful and painless.

I have been a patient of Doctor Bernard Fialkoff since 2009, and when I first arrived I was impressed with the many authentic and hand written testimonials he had in his office. I came in for a dental implant and was actually refer to him by another dentist in Queens. His service is great, he treats his patients with care and it's very friendly.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his type of services. The only con is that if you are not driving to him, you'll have to take a bus from the E train which is the closest to him, otherwise I would walk there if I had to!

Dr. Fialkoff and his staff are friendly, caring and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during uncomfortable procedures. This doctor is a conartist! BEWARE! When I went to his office I was pushed to write a story about my dental experience so he could brag to all of his new patients of how good of a dentist he was. Everytime I came in for a post op appointment he would reiterate over and over how I should go online and write a review. These reviews are all fake or written by patients that are forced to write it in order to stay on his good side.

Since I am self employed and he was aware of my buisness he automatically raised my dental implant fee compared to a friend who i referred there. To make matters worse he would come into the room to treat me with his breath stinking of onions and food in between his teeth! completly unprofessional! He treats his staff like slaves and idiots! Good luck on your waiting time!

This is even more of a reason why he lost me as a patient. I would sit in the waiting room for hours meanwhile he paced back and fourth and took his employees in for his small talks to scold them like children. You will never be able to keep your appointment time as he always moves your appointment time around and claims that nobody moved it. Realize that he edits all of his reviews and automatically deletes the negative reviews to make him look like a magnificent doctor. HA what a joke!

Dr Fialkoff is a dentist that dentists go to for answers - no kidding, Dr Fialkoff runs a study group for Dentists. He's conscientious, caring, state of the art technically and a friendly affable guy. Dr Fialkoff is an Oral Surgeon and Periodontist and, in my humble opinion, he's the best. Highly highly recommended.

I had a dental implant done with Dr. Fialkoff. The experience was wonderful. Dr. Fialkoff is at the top of his field. It's now 10 years later and the tooth is perfect. Thank you Ben for your great work.

The worst dentist. He sugar coated how bad the pain would be. I had soft tissue grafting done. It felt like someone kicked me in the mouth. I was on pain killers for 3 days. Also, the job wasn't done correctly. He was supposed to cover the gum line with tissue. It still looks like my gums are receding. I've looked at before and after pics and have done research online. I've also spoke with another dentist about it.

It was not done correctly. I have to go get reconstructive surgery. In addition, the office told me I would have to pay a certain amount and then after surgery, the payment amount was completely off by a thousand dollars. Nothing was explained thoroughly until after surgery. The wait time was ridiculous. My first visit was 2 and a half hours. During my soft tissue grafting surgery, the dentist kept walking in and out of my room to talk with other patients because it was so busy.

I was so angry, but didn't speak up. I'm supposed to go back and have a second surgery, but will never go back to this dentist. All he cares about is making his money. He will talk about he doesn't and that he only cares about a patients well being. He's only a good talker. I regret doing my surgery. Horrible experience! Very depressed about my results. Now I have to spend more money in the end trying to fix what he did. This is all based on my experience with this dentist. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
