Although I am not the patient, I am very, very impressed with the dental care my husband has received from Dr. Reeves. He and everyone in the office are so professional and so nice! I can't stress that enough. Moreover, they do everything in their power to put the patient at ease. Dr. Reeves gave my husband a very thorough dental exam. Dental problems were discussed, and a plan was made to correct my husband's dental problems.

All costs were discussed in detail before any work began. We both liked that very much. The work began and is now all finished. The result: Now my husband has beautiful white teeth to go along with his beautiful smile! I can hardly believe he's the same person! Bottom line, Dr. Reeves is a miracle worker. And I'm not kidding. All work is guaranteed, too. Edit to say that if you don't get your dental cleanings here but rather in your own city 30 miles away, you may as well forget about any guarantees for dental work here because you will NOT receive that guarantee. So be warned.

As a person with anxiety and trauma with dentists, Beyond Exceptional Dentistry eliminated those fears. The staff truly kept me comfortable and talked me through every step of the way. I was handled with care and I got to design my new teeth! Options such as shape and color were given to me. I requested sharper canines and they did just that. Good afternoon! When I first came to see Dr. Reeves for my TMJ issues, I was in SO much pain. I had been dealing with chronic issues with my jaw, neck, shoulders, and I had headaches and migraines very frequently. I also had muscle pain and weakness in my facial muscles. From my very first visit, I felt so welcomed and heard from every person I met!

Most importantly, they understood and cared about me and wanting to help me heal and feel better! Dr. Reeves used the most advanced technology to figure out my issue and I was fitted for an orthotic device that I wear 24/7. It's changed my bite, which has changed my life! I am making so much progress in my overall health, and can't wait to continue my care with Dr. Reeves and all the staff at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry!

My total experience has been more than exceptional from the front door to the back door. I have regained confidence in dentistry. I would recommend without hesitation this practice especially if you have unique issues to be addressed. It means a great deal to sit and not feel rushed and have your questions answered thoroughly. Dr. Strickland has a teaching spirit and in order to teach you have to be able to listen. He explains the procedures in terms you can understand.

Brought my daughter to this wonderful establishment to inquire about fixing her 4 upper front teeth. Upon walking in the door we were greeted by Kate. She was extremely pleasant welcoming. We were offered a beverage and warm chocolate chip cookie. We had an extremely informative consultation. We met with Jenni and Jordan and loved both of them. All questions answered and more.

We decided to go ahead with changing my daughter's teeth and could not be happier with the results. The dentists are phenomenal. Very meticulous and exactly what we were hoping for. Bedside manner was great. Her smile is gorgeous and fits her face. You would never know that they aren't her own teeth. Absolutely gorgeous and natural looking. My only regret is that we waited and didn't come sooner.

Best dental team I have ever had the pleasure of working on me! That's right, I said dental and pleasure in the same sentence! They are a great group!

I never experienced such caring hospitality and honesty at any medical facility so far in my life! The name truly reflects what they do that is beyond dentistry! Doctors spoke with me over an hour, went in details discussing my need and what they can and can't do in my budget and also suggested me what I should do (even though that was not in their best interest).such honesty is expectational.it felt surreal when I walked out of that place but felt confident of myself! I had a wonderful experience! In the beginning I was afraid, angry, but the team here was patient and kind. There were times when I was not happy. My mouth was sore and I felt horribly ugly. But now at the end of the process I'm very happy. I feel pretty and I can smile again.

So last summer we started a process to help with our headaches, teeth grinding, and smile appearance with Beyond Exceptional Dentistry. It was an investment of time and money but we are very happy with our. decision. Brian has such a great set of teeth, they didn't require a whole lot of work. We invested in deep dental cleanings to help with the bone health, updated his old fillings to porcelain, and a good mouth guard.

He has noticed a huge difference in his headaches and overall smile. He sleeps with his custom mouth guard every single night. Oh, and he doesn't gently snore anymore - which didn't bother me. I have had EXTENSIVE dental work over the years. It started with silver filling in.

I can not say anything bad about this place. For many years I have tried to find a dentist that would work with me. I have elhers Danlos and u struggle keeping my mouth open. The Dr was so willing to do what it took to get my teeth health. Thank you so much for the great care!p

I want to thank the wonderful team at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry. I brought my elderly parent to a denture consultation. From the initial phone call I felt they really wanted to help my mother. They were so kind and gentle with her! After our consultation, we went with another practice recommended by them and my mother is being given great care.

Being new to this area, we did not know where to turn and Beyond helped guide us. I can't express how thankful we are for their help. They truly will go above and beyond to do what is best for the patent.

I rarely write reviews but I'm honestly appalled at the way this business is running. At my consultation, I was led to believe that you all were confident that I would be a good candidate. At my second appointment, I met with Jenni who immediately talked down on my place of work and proceeded to violate HIPAA by name dropping one of your patients and also talking down on her.

Completely unprofessional. She called me the next morning leaving me feeling unsure and weird about the whole thing. She didn't seem confident at all and I felt as if she was telling me to go to another office. She also told me that it would be $9000 for just the Invisalign treatment. I've already been quoted for that elsewhere and this seems ridiculously high for the amount of time that I would need it.

There's obviously no issue with funding this type of treatment but when I asked to see a detailed quote I was questioned a few days later via text message by Jordan on why I wanted to see a quote. This seemed bizarre to me. I want to make sure that what I'm getting is fair. I have received a detailed quote at every other office I consulted with. That is the only way I can know exactly what I'm getting and for how much. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

That would be the correct way of going about this type of business. I'm very disappointed in the way this entire experience has gone. They will also push how you may not be the "right fit" but I think the individuals working here need to take a look in the mirror. Overall, they are unprofessional and sketchy. After texting back and fourth and expressing my concerns, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is BEYOND the BEST place EVER for dentistry! I came in extremely nervous about my smile & I left my very 1st consultation visit with my veneer appointment. I just knew that there was no other place that would treat me as kind as ALL of the staff here! Dr. Reeves is AMAZING in his kindness & also his attention to detail! He (Dr. Reeves) called. from his personal cell phone to check on me multiple times.

I'm forever grateful for this type of care. I'm absolutely in love with me new veneers! I will NEVER go anywhere else for any of my dentistry needs. Thanks for everything Dr. Reeves & all of the your sweet & kind employees! I also want to point out that Jenny was AMAZING & Joshua took very good care of me during my procedure. Also, Kate was very assuring & made me fee completely comfortable as soon as she greeted me at the door. This place deserves 5 stars! Best in Savannah hands down!

Extremely disappointed with this place! Waste of my time, thankfully did not waste any money. They don't want to focus on your problem they want to make you believe you have more problems than you can imagine. Yes take care of my current issue I came for and then try to sell me your future services. Their new patient coordinator is a bad sales person that actually need some work done on her teeth before trying to convince patients to do anything with their teeth. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

This the best dentist office anywhere. They are always on time- my time is treated just as importantly as theirs. Everyone is professional and accommodating. They instantly make sure your are comfortable from the waiting area to the dental chair. Dr. Reeves is beyond superb in his knowledge and expertise. The entire staff is always positive, smiling and genuinely happy to see you at each visit.

If you have any hang ups about going to the dentist- this is the place for you. I came here for a special issue, but I am planning on continuing with general maintenance with this Dr and Staff. They are the absolute best at what they do. Thank you for everything!

I have been a patient for about 6 years now, having first sought help for TMJ and severe vertigo. The course of treatment has been very successful in clearing up these issues, and I have remained a general-care patient. I am happy to drive 60 miles for my appointments because everyone-- from patient relations to the dentists-- are professional and welcoming. They see me as a full partner in my own care and work with me to make decisions that I feel are best for me, in my own time.

I have been a patient for several months and came to them for a smile transformation. They advertise painless denistry but I really didn't believe that was possible. However, much to my surprise, even with extensive work, everything was painless. Everyone on the staff is professional, kind, and caring. I am so happy to have found them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. Bonus - They do not over schedule, and you are always seen at the time of your appointment.

Everybody is very friend and knowledgeable. They put you at ease right when you come in the door. The nice this about this office is they are brutally honest, they tell you everything up front and that is a total breath of fresh air. I have an intense fear of the dentist and needed a lot of work due to years of not going to a dentist. I met with the team at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry and explained this. They offered several solutions including acupuncture. I have a small mouth and a bad gag reflex so impressions are my biggest fear. The acupuncture has made this a painless process (for me and the tech). I've made it through implants and crowns with the help of the staff and it's much appreciated. My goal was a healthy mouth and I got that AND a great smile.
