Long time patients of the practice. Good dentists, hygenists. BUT, the billing department is lacking big time. The office did not explain how much an out of pocket service would cost, the bill went into collectors and we reached out to the office twice and they said we didn't. After this experience they lost 4 patients. Refused to take any responsibility what so ever. Sad.

So grateful for this office. Everyone is so professional and caring. Had to take my elderly father in law there for an emergency, and they were accommodating and able to help him quickly. The office is clean, and the prices are especially fair for someone without insurance. I really can't thank them enough. Five star dental care!

This is an amazing office! Our family has been with this office for over 9 yrs. Tmg is hard for my appointment for limited space for the Dr to work with. They have always been very caring n sensitive with my needs. My children see this office as well, we r very pleased with the whole staff. I recommend this office for Everyone! Adults n children! Very calm n compassionate staff!

I have yet to receive better medical care than I do each and every time I walk in the door of Waterbury Smiles. Each and EVERY individual of this team has made a lasting impression. They treat me as a patient with exceptional professionalism and provide the absolute best care. I have moved quite far from this office, but wouldn’t dare to ever switch providers. I have had numerous devices including cleanings, fillings, Invisalign, and just check ups. 100% of my experiences have been positive. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I reached out via email for information they advise the dentist will give you a call. That did not happen. A woman called very polite and explained that I should make an appointment. She asked my insurance I told her Aetna. She said they are not in partnership with Aetna but can bill them. I accept the appointment take the day off of work go there and was advised no we do not take Aetna and I would have to pay out of pocket. Don't waste people's time to get them in the door, explain during the initial call and give the patient the fair opportunity to say no thank you.

I am so very glad I found Dr. Mancini. If you are like me and I know many people are, she is very very patient and understanding my fears. She is very gentle and makes me feel very comfortable when she is working on me. It means a lot to know that when you have to go to the dentist they will do their most to make the procedure painless. I also go to Katie who is one of the dental hygenists at the practice.
She is also very caring and understanding and makes sure that I do not feel her working on my teeth. I was in the office last week in the waiting room - she saw me sitting there and she came right out to me to say hello and assure me that everything would be OK with a big hug - something she certainly did not need to do - she and Dr. Mancini both are very caring.
The receptionists in the office also are very friendly and helpful and take the time to answer your questions. Your appointment is met on time, there is plenty of parking and very convenient. While I still have my fear of the dentist everyone does everything to reassure me so that I can have the work done that needs to be done without pain.
