Shady service. Hidden fees. I have call multiple times asking to speak to the supervisor for the last 5 months but no one returns my calls. Don't go there.

This was unexpected. They really care about you and not grabbing your dollar. Raves to dr wong, edi, Ray and day. Going back in two weeks for some more dental care.

Poor service, disorganized, I would not trust with your personal health information.

I used to love my doctor here, Lindsay Marr im not sure what happened with her but my experience with Staywell has been awful since i lost my favorite primary. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago because I thought i had bronchitis and I needed more rescue inhalers for my asthma. I went to my appointment just to be turmed away because of my symptoms which are some of the same symptoms seen in covid patients they never let me know previously that I needed a negative covid test to visit my doctor.

My symptoms line up with me being athsmatic I have no other symptoms of covid nor do i have a fever. I will be switching my primary because this is crazy. Its unbelievable that I couldnt even be prescribed more rescue inhalers even though this office knows I have asthma. My overall experience with this place has been awful. Theyd let you die on their steps.

I myself and my son go there and we love the doctor that we have nurses and staff are very good so my experience with them excellent amazing excellent amazing

Just now I spoke to nurse Staywell south main st she was very rude hang up the phone like slap in face.

The service is not good they don't see you as a patient they only saw you as a number that's horrible

Unprofessional. Doctors refuse to help even though it's the literal oath they take. Minimum care and even when you try to go up the chain to get resolutions, they knock you down and prolong the situations until you are over it. After a certain age Doctors lose their care & commitment, I wish the company assisted in these situations instead of ignoring and passing the message back down to someone who says only they can help you

Getting vaccinated to feel better but we have to be at least 30 yrs old or 21 I'm not barely sure.

Needed to get bloodwork done, which i always dread & postpone as long as i could because it is so hard to get blood from me. it usually hurts so bad & leaves me bruised. today i had to finally deal with it. Staywell uses Quest labs & the person that drew my blood is named Terriance (sorry if spelling is wrong). I need to tell anyone that has a hard time getting bloodwork done, you need to go here.

He was the most personable, helpful, understanding, perfect person while also being very professional. he took his time, found the perfect spot. one time, 1 needle & only 1 band aid & all done so fast. This will always be my go to place. Thank you so much to Terriance! I hope you will see my review because I appreciate you so much!

Dentists assistant was very rude (Maria), I asked for a good dentist and she said if I didn't like it i can leave. Unorganized, somehow they didn't have my files from last visits. She read my information all incorrect. She was saying I had to remove this and that to fix my issue but she was way off, my pain was not on that spot.then The actual dentist came in and showed me the correct information to fix my issue. The assistant was very unprofessional, something is wrong with her.

I love Staywell at times clinic is busy but its not the employees fault you can tell their overworked. I'm rating my last experience at the clinic with Keith Taylor. He handles the paperwork for Prep. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. Rosette at the front desk is a sweetheart.

First and foremost let me say my kids enjoy going to their doctor here. I have never had a bad experience with this location. The only complaint i have is you HAVE to call people back when they leave a message. Ive left about 4 messages over the course of a week and have not gotten a call back and nobody ever answers the phone. I had to call S. Main st location to make an appointment because i couldnt get ahold of anyone. Come on yall can do better!

Very friendly, good service, but strange, inconvenient hours. They do have many locations, however. Dental services are also available.

The nurse who weighed me and collected my urine and stuff was really nice. The secretary however gave me an appointment and when I came in for my appointment I sat there for about an hour and eventually was told that I never showed up for my scheduled appointment. I then showed the secretary the appointment card that SHE Filled out with that day on there and all she had to say was "oh".

She scheduled me in the computer 2 weeks earlier than the date she gave me! So after waiting over an hour I was called in by the nurse and after she finished I was told to go into a room for the actual obgyn to do her check up and she asked me a few questions about birth control and my sexual activity and such and when I answered them she had such an attitude I didn't say anything because I wasn't going to make a scene in the office but all I could think was " lady, I am here for you to do a check up not for you to voice your opinion on how I'm living my life and what I am doing with myself so mind your damn business and finish doing your job!" It just seemed like her and the secretary were very uptight and need to find a job elsewhere because obviously they don't like there jobs.
