This office has been sold to a new doctor so maybe things will change but in case it's important to you they do not believe that COVID is real. They removed their surgical masks (not KN95 or N95) over my open mouth. The sign on the door and their newsletter confirmed that this was the case.

I've been seeing Dr. Cole and his staff (including Cynthia, dental assistant) for close to 10 years. I just had my teeth cleaned today, in fact! And I feel compelled to write about how happy and relaxed I always am when at his office. Everyone working there is very kind. I highly respect Dr. Cole's passion for helping and educating others in the field of biological dentistry.

And I am very happy that his service offerings have expanded into other related fields! (I just wish that I lived closer than Round Rock to take advantage.) Long story short -- I highly recommend!

I've been a patient with Dr. Cole for over 10 years. If you want the best dentist in town, someone who knows about natural health but also embraces cutting edge technology and research, go to Dr. Cole. On top of that, he is accesible and truly cares about every patient. I'm so glad I found him. You cannot find better both for cosmetic dentistry and general health.

This is a wonderful, progressive, holistic, patient-centered dental practice! My hygienist is simply lovely, the front desk staff is super professional and kind, and Dr. Cole is one of the best dentists I've ever seen. The only complaint is that it can take a while to get an appointment, but that's simply because they are so great and Austin's not a small town anymore. Trust me, they're worth the wait!

Best dentist yet! (and I've had a lot) All around 5 stars. From the holistic approach to dentistry, to the very detailed approach to all details (chairs, tools, materials, etc.), to the extremely short wait times and very friendly and welcoming staff, this is a great facility and a great dentist. The office doesn't smell like a dentist office.

The approach to dentistry is very minimal, and holistic. The explanation and full detail analysis of images, 3d scans, and an exam is very thorough. Even getting numbing shots is strangely very easy and painless (they use a solution warmer to make it more gentle). During one of my procedures the conversation was about how a product wasn't up to par with quality, so they decided to use something else, but they'd like to reach out to the company to address this.

I mean, honestly, it's incredible that a place like this exists. I wish I didn't have to wait over a month to get in as a new patient, but the wait was definitely worth it! Thank you!

Dr. Cole is very caring and extremely knowledgeable of safe dentistry practices. I was really nervous about removing my mercury fillings, but he was so patient with me and provided ample time for questions and information on safe removal. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair! He talked me through the procedure and it was over in a flash.

I seriously had zero concerns after. They didn't let me go until they were certain the mercury was completely gone and my bite was just right with the new fillings. Love, love, love him, the office, and the staff. My experience could not have been better and I'm NOT a brave soul when it comes to the dentist! I may or may not have thought up a couple reasons as to why I needed to cancel the appointment. So thankful I didn't! The mercury is out and I'm a patient for life.

Dr. Cole, fixed my broken fill - by another dentist's shotty job. My fill was broken, and it had been shotty 'repaired' by another dentist 3 times. A dentist I had been with for more than 7 years. I will never leave Dr. Cole. He was professional and talked to me every step of the way. Then, he took his time getting my 'bite' to perfection. Then, I was followed up with me that evening as well. I met Dr. Cole a few months ago and in a short time, he resolved a twenty-year old dental issue. I just completed some extensive work that included an extraction, root canal and bridge replacement. I did not experience one second of pain during or after the procedure. Dr. Cole and Brandy were a fantastic team and I left with a temporary bridge that looks perfect. The entire team is incredibly warm and helpful. My best dental experience ever!

I've not had the best experience with dentists (another post for another time), but I am so glad to have found Dr. Cole! I appreciate his approach to biological dentistry and he seems to really care about his patients. I first got started with him when another dentist wanted to work on an old mercury filling when I was nursing my daughter. I was not comfortable with this and got a second opinion from Dr. Cole who took the time to consult with me, and he had much more knowledge and respect for nursing.

My tooth was fine for the time being, and Dr. Cole fixed it when I was ready after weaning my daughter. There were several times he could've seen me as an opportunity to make cash, but he was honest and helpful. I've since had him replace my old fillings. I truly appreciate his attention to detail, plus he and his staff worked to make things right when I needed adjustments. So grateful to have found Dr. Cole!

I consulted Dr. Cole about an ongoing issue that I haven't been able to resolve with other dentists or orthodontists. He has been very generous with his time and has been incredibly thoughtful and helpful in exploring options for me. He also took the time to consult other experts to be sure he was offering me the best options. I am so impressed and grateful for my experience with him and his office staff.

I couldn't be happier with my experiences so far. I have never been comfortable in a dentist office and have been embarrassed about how poorly I've taken care of my teeth. I have felt like a family friend with everyone in the office since I first showed up at their door. Their bedside manner is a 10! I love the fact that they are holistic and do everything they can to ensure I get the best and safest treatments possible. I will likely continue to go to them even if I relocate out of the state. I want to start this review explaining how I feel about going to the dentist. This is as enjoyable to me as I imagine swimming in a tank with sharks would be. I suffered mouth trauma as a child and would say that I have extreme anxiety about having people involved in my mouth. That said, if there is such a thing as elegance in dentistry, Dr. Griffin Cole is it.

He is simply the best of the best. He specializes in toxic free dentistry, his offices are immaculate and his staff top rate. He has the warmest bed side manner of any Dr. I have ever worked with and even calls me in the evenings to be sure I am okay. Dr. Cole compassionately nurtures you through the procedures while providing what I have been told is some of the best dentistry in the country.

If we ever move, I will come to Austin for the sole purpose of having Dr. Cole be my dentist. He exceeds every expectation I have ever had for a dentist and has made going to the dentist one of my daughter's favorite days of the year. A child who LOVES going to the dentist. I truly appreciate Dr. Cole's integrative approach to dentistry and overall well being. His standards on mercury removal are unrivaled. With special vacuums and filters and a unique aftercare protocol (personal phone calls afterward and activated charcoal capsules for cleansing) I feel confident that I'm dealing with someone who has my whole health in mind.

He was also instrumental in sending me to a similarly-minded endodontist who did ozone treatment with my root canal. I've gained improved wellness after two different mercury removal experiences and I highly recommend him and his staff. The services are a little pricey, but my health is worth it.

My experience with Dr Cole and his fabulous staff was well worth the months of waiting time to get in. I felt completely comfortable, in expert hands who didn't judge me for not having been to the dentist in over 7 years! And I love his holistic approach to dentistry. I'd recommend Dr Cole to anyone conscious of how what we put in our bodies affects our whole self and life.

I agree with all other 5 Star reviews here. Dr. Cole and his staff are the cream of the crop in Austin. The work might be more expensive than some other dentists but it is like comparing apples and oranges.

I have to agree with everything in the other 5 star reviews here. Dr Cole is the best dentist my wife and I have ever been to. He has helped her deal with issues from titanium implants (she was alergic to titanium and no one tested her prior to installing the implants - very bad decision for us). He just helped me with a chipped tooth that probably needs a root canal. And he and his staff have been excellent to work with for the past 6 years.

After reading these other reviews, I had high hopes for Dr. Cole. We wanted to have a discussion with him about removing my mom's mercury fillings since he is specially trained in that area. She recently had a full exam, cleaning, and xrays with another dentist; so she didn't need any of that. We simply wanted to make an appointment to discuss the process and what our options were.

I was told she would have to come in for a full workup at a cost of $365. That's one very expensive conversation. Especially for a senior citizen on a fixed income. It's a real shame.

Best ever! Put simply-Griffin cares about your health. Everyone who works there is professional and pleasant. I have been going to them for years, along with my entire family, How refreshing to see such a well run dental practice that consistently reflects the very high standards of the owner.

Dr Cole and his staff are bar none - the best in the business! I should know I've had lots of work done. What I love about them. 1, They stand on principal and deal with teeth they way they see fit. No insurance companies telling these guys how to run their business. 2, They care 3, They don't upsell 4, They believe in what they are doing 5, They don't mind giving me laughing gas and 6, They are the dentist office thats not so scary. If you getting work done - get it done by the best.

Wow, first review? Surprising but I guess dentists are not the first thing you want to yelp about. This review will be pretty short: After you visit Griffin Cole, you wish that all your other medical appointments were like this. He's something like the character of Wayne Jarvis on Arrested Developement - PROFESSIONAL. He's so professional it's almost funny.

Before you go sit in "the chair" you sit down in a nice office and talk about what's going on. He listens and gets all the details and lays out what needs to be done. Then he does it, and he's always PROFESSIONAL. Seriously. Great dentist. If you are having complicated or "scary" work done, he is especially the guy you want to see.
