People always fear dentists for the high costs or feeling like they are trying to swindle you out of your money. Dr. Benca and her team are true professionals! They truly care about their patients and their overall wellbeing. Everything is explained to you in lay terms and they will work with your insurance to get the best possible outcome with the covered treatments then discuss how to proceed after.

Her all girl team is all incredibly nice and professional. If I ever were to move away from the area or the state, the commute to Dr. Benca and her team would be well worth it as I trust no one else. Truly a special gem and a dedicated team. They deserve all the praise.

I have been to several dentist offices over the course of many years and Benca Dentistry is by far the best one! All of the dentists and hygienists are excellent in their practice. They're knowledgeable, friendly, caring and gentle on my teeth and gums. Ive had a a good amount of dental work here including root canals, fillings and cleanings and they've done such nice work every time. I really trust them. After moving I am soo happy I found this office! Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience at Benca Dentistry was. From the time I talked to the front desk with an apt reminder, to the hygienist, to the Dentist. They all helped me to feel so comfortable. This means the world to me as I had a horrible experience with a dentist office who had me in tears the day before. Benca Dentistry gave me treatment options and educated me on what was best and their treatments plans were all 1/3 of the work that another dentist had said that I needed.

They do not try to take advantage of the patient and really have great bedside manner. Also, most importantly during todays time and being that I am a Registered Nurse COVID safety is very serious and Benca went above and beyond. Great work guys and I will be back. Kindra

I had a wonderful experience. The staff is very kind and my cleaning feels great. They praised me often and it felt like all that teeth brushing was worth it.; I also got a sonicare toothbrush. Didn't expect that. I have already scheduled my next appointment.

I was looking for a good dentist and here I found them. I love the place, staff and services. It has been an year or so I have been going to them and they always take care of the patients. She helped plan my implant schedule so I have to pay very less out of pocket cost.

Dr Benca and the staff work hard at having a clean safe environment. They are all, from the front desk to the back room, polite, friendly, efficient, skilled, and knowledgeable. My temporary and permanent crowns were painless and fit perfectly. I love this practice and drive a little further to stay with them. Highly recommend them.

I recently moved here from Southern California and was in need for my check up and a crown replacement. Searched on Google and found this place to be right around the corner from my work and across the street from my home. Very convenient which makes my appointments more flexible with work. The staffs here are very super awesome and friendly! I met Charlene on the day I scheduled my appointment when she dropped off her car for service then found out she worked here. Made me feel more confident about my choice of picking this place as my next go to dentist. Tionna was who first checked me in and she was super nice and friendly with a warm welcoming vibe.

Compare to all e dentist I've gone to back in California, Dr. Laura is by far the best! Very detailed with my check up, took her time to go through my x ray and health. She gave me a better education understanding ofmof teeth and a plan on what to get taken care of step by step. This is my go to dentist now that I live in Washington.

My wife and I are new to the area and definitely over due for dental work/cleanings. We chose this practice based off of Google and Yelp reviews. We are glad we did! From the moment we called they were friendly and incredibly accommodating! My wife had tooth pain and they got her in as soon as her schedule would allow (next day). While I was with her at the office, they asked if I wanted to knock out my new patient exam since they had something open up. Perfect! We both had excellent all around experiences. Highly recommend!

I had been looking for a new dentist after I had out grown my pediatric dentist and I'm so glad to have found this place! Everyone I've met was super nice and the service is probably the best I've had of all other places I've visited. I'm even thinking about recommending my dad here!

Called the day before and luckily they have an opening for me! Such a friendly atmosphere and very clean environment! Im a new patient and will be definitely coming back for my dental services! Dr. Benca answered all my questions and Leena did great job on such a thorough cleaning! Felt like a had brand new teeth again haha Finally found a great dental clinic!

Best Dentist office in WA state. I work next door to their office and it was my first choice. Great staff. Amazing office design and set up. I've had many services provided here. My family comes here, my doctor and boss comes here as well so that Alone tells you they are amazing. Don't second guess yourself. You'll walk in and be amazed!

I enjoyed Dr. Benca and her staff for the first year I was a patient. The following year I switched insurance companies and they assured me they were still covered "in network" It wasn't until the end of the year I was billed for close to $900 that was not covered by insurance. It was frustrating and upsetting to pay for someone else's mistake on top of bills I had for a new baby.

They took $150 off and had the lack of compassion to still charge interest on my monthly payments. It's hard to not be bitter when Dr. Benca talked on end about how many times she's been to Europe and Asia the last time I was in. Looks like she's really hurting for that $750.

I've originally heard about this place from my co-worker who had only good things to say about them. I went in for my first checkup appointment with Dr. Laura Benca a few weeks ago and everything went great! All of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful to me. Throughout the whole time they've explained everything that they were going to do to me.

I wasn't scheduled for a fluoride, but the dental hygienist talked to me about it and made sure that it was covered by my insurance before going ahead with it (which I saw later on that it was fully covered). I have sensitive teeth and the dentist and hygienist both gave me tips on how to deal with it and was extremely careful with my teeth during the exam and cleaning so that I wouldn't have any pain. It's pretty nice of them to send out cards during the holidays with their handwritten signatures and also a handwritten card from the dentist about some of the things that we went over during my 1st appt. I highly recommend them!

Phenomenal dentist office. Received an excellent temporal massage upon arrival. Everyone was very conversant and friendly. Had a few great laughs. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top quality dental experience.

I have only gone to my first appointment for X-rays and cleaning, but so far, I LOVE it! So awesome there. They are a great staff of people and really make their patients feel cared for. The last dentist I went to said I had four cavities. I had none with them so I know my previous dentist was bad! I have an appointment this thursday as well and actually looking forward to it. Would totally recommend them.

Dr. Benca and Dr. Deans have merged. I and my children have been seeing Dr. Deans for many years. Always a good experience and he has saved teeth that were headed to the tooth fairy. The merger is a good one and I will be coming here for all my dental needs.

I am one of those weird people who looks forward to going to the dentist. Even more so after I started going to Dr. Benca. She and her staff are always friendly and do a great job with my teeth. She has helped me with some unique problems I have and set me up with the best surgeon when I had to get gum grafts. Since I moved, it is not as continent of a location, but I will make the drive to some see these ladies!

I'm new to the area and was afraid I would not find a dentist as awesome as my last one. My husband and I just had our new patient exams and cleanings here and we're so pleased with the wonderful attention and service we received. An awesome bonus was the new patient offer of a Sonicare or Zoom whitening!

Wonderful place with nice staff, Dr. Benca is carying and very intelligent. Also, the location and appearance stands out and with great equipment out unlike many other less attractive locations. Beat dentist and staff around.

Stay Away! I had an appointment for an evaluation with the dentist and a cleaning. I mistakenly gave them the wrong insurance card and then two year later was served with a lawsuit. Now the bill has more than doubled. What a nightmare. Suzanne, is the lady I have talked with more than once and she is horrible.
