Hands down the best Dentist I have ever been to. Kind, compassionate and hardworking. So I had to leave work because randomly a tooth chipped away. Balled my eyes out because I'm in the middle of finding an apartment with the inflation and big dentist work isn't financially good timing right now. They were helpful in working around the financial aspect. Also, I'm in entertainment and get judged on how I look.

A few people I work with recommended Venetian Dentistry and I'm grateful they did. From walking in Sara and Rebecca were so kind and helpful. Dr. Palmer took time from his lunch break to look at my tooth and even squeezed me in on a booked day. Also, I am horrible with going to the dentist. I get panic attacks and Dr. Palmer and his nurse Maria were super helpful on calming me and helping me get through the procedure.

I also like that they didn't make me feel like a bad person for not having the best teeth. Thank you so much to all of them and I can't wait to continue making my smile even better with these amazing people!

All the staff are so kind and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Katina did my cleaning on my last visit. She was awesome! She took her time cleaning my teeth and explained to me the best ways to keep my teeth healthy and clean in between visits. You can tell Katina really likes her job how she treats people.

Simply, they. are. the. best. My wife and I have been going here a couple years now and have never had a better experience at a dentist office. They take their time and answer all your questions. I had an accident in my home and broke my front tooth and 3 stitches in my lip. I had gone to Venetian Pointe Dentistry about 2 yrs ago before I moved here permanently. I called the office and was told Dr. Palmer would be so kind to see me the same day. I can't tell you how that made me feel! I am grateful for Dr Palmer & staff! Venetian Pointe Dentistry has taken care of our family for the past 15 years. Drs Rampi, Palmer, and Rick as well as all of the staff are phenomenal. I recently finished Invisalign treatment with Dr Rick, and, am thrilled with my results. I am a physician with high expectations for medical care, and, this practice has exceeded all of my expectations!

Once I started coming to this practice, I couldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is kind and honest. It's the opposite of the stereotypical "scary" visit to the dentist. On our latest visit, Dr. Palmer was able to get all our work done in a single morning. I also can't forget Shay. She put so much time and effort into explaining to my child what each part of the procedure would be like.

She even showed the instruments and explained why they would not hurt. It was absolutely amazing. One final note: Dr. Rampi has been my dentist for 34 years. I refer everyone here because I want my friends to have the same great experiences I've had. Even though he is semi-retired, I trust his judgement about any of his staff. Thank you all for everything over the years.

I enjoyed my first visit with Dr Palmer. The staff there was and is very friendly and helpful . Great atmosphere. The dental hygienist Katina was excellent, She really took great care of cleaning my teeth.

First off, let me start by saying that going there was one of the best decisions I've made in my adult life considering i haven't been to a dentist in maybe 8-9 years (terrible), so the fear and anxiety was already there. However, EVERYONE on the staff provided the best best possible service that anyone could possibly imagine. Special thanks to Dr. Richard A Rampi and Dr. Palmer for the amazing work they have provided with more work coming ahead.

I've actually recommended friends and family. Also, all of this couldn't have been accomplished without the help of the ENTIRE staff from Ms. Laura, Heyam, Gabby, Sara, and everyone in between (im sorry if i missed anyone). That being said, if ANYONE is nervous or on the ropes because of a bad experience from a different office, check them out.

I absolutely love this office and the staff especially ( Heyam). She is second to none. Her knowledge and passion is beyond any dental assistant I've previously seen. You can tell the level of knowledge, passion, and care when she performs her job. 5 stars, tow thumbs up across the board. very highly recommended.

Venetian Pointe Dentistry is a terrific practice! I can't recommend them highly enough! I've been going there for years and transitioned from Dr. Rampi to Dr. Palmer and both are truly excellent. There's a pronounced emphasis on patient comfort, and the procedures are well-explained and are performed very efficiently and with minimum discomfort. There seems to be a great culture among the staff, and everyone seems very happy to be there. That translates into friendly, personalized care. Because I'm a patient at this practice, I really don't worry about any dental issues that might arise.

Loved the entire experience at Venetian Pointe! The front desk is fantastic with answering procedure or billing questions. Dr. Palmer is thorough but gentle dentist, and always explains what's happening during the appointment. Primerose is a wonderful assistant, very attentive and sets a positive tone for the room. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Venetian point dentistry. I am truly blessed that I have found this amazing place. I was very apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr. Rick and his assistant Heyam were very calming and very friendly from my very first visit. Heyam is genuinely THE most comforting and gentle dental assistant I have ever seen. She is the best! I will never go to another dental practice again. Venetian point dentistry is simply the best. very highly recommended.

Solid Quality Dentist and Staff. Dr. Palmer and Heyam replaced a filling that had come out. Excellent Results Always. Been going here for years, the only dentists office I am not fearful of; happy to see the folks there when I go. Best dentist group in Orlando.

I'm so glad I found Venetian Pointe Dentistry! I've had unfortunate dental experiences in the past, and am a very nervous patient. Dr. Palmer is so compassionate and reassuring. He explains every step of the procedure, which is so helpful. His staff is fantastic- every single person I've come in contact with. I tell everyone about Venetian Pointe Dentistry- can't say enough! Oh, and my dental work came out beautifully!

I first started going to Venetian Pointe because it came so highly recommended through Next Door. They didn't disappoint. Dr. Palmer and his whole team are fantastic! This place is a rear find. Doctors are excellent. They care about their patients. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly tech Heyam. I can't say enough about her. She is friendly, Professional, warm, and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure I remained comfortable throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this place. There is no better dentist in the greater Orlando area.

Dr. Rampi and his entire staff is amazing. Honestly I was terrified to go to the dentist and he made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions and explained to me everything. I already made follow up appointments because I was so impressed. Thank you all so much, you guys are amazing!

Started going to Dr. Palmer after my wife went to him for a broken molar. She liked him because he was concerned but did not try to "up-sell" her. After I had a dental drama out of state where the dentist told me I needed various crowns, I went to Dr. Palmer. He thoroughly examined my teeth and the X-rays. He took his time to explain what he saw which was very comforting. Turned out I needed a lot less work done than I had been told by the previous dentist. His work was efficient. I feel very confident with my new found "go to" dentist.

My third time here. They are all very polite and nice. I don't know why people are so afraid of dentists. I like to go and leave with clean and healthy teeth. I never had to wait more the. 10 minutes to seen and go in side to start. And I already have my appointment for next year.

Been coming here since I was kid. Kimberly has always been the best. The office is beautiful and the employees are super friendly and professional. The office had a unique beach theme and Italian theme. They have a cute toy chest for kids and room for them to play while they wait. I remember playing old school Nintendo coming here as a kid. It's always nice to come back and catch up and get a cleaning.

Dr. Rampi and his staff are always a pleasure to see! Super professional and friendly staff. They are very efficient and everyone in the office clearly enjoys working there, which makes it a pleasant place to be! Such a great staff - I highly recommend them as your regular dentist. My front tooth and crown broke while I was on the plane enroute to California. As this was a short trip, I decided to wait to get it fixed when I get back home. Dr Justin Palmer replaced my crown. Throughout the whole process, he was very kind and gentle and very aware of what his patient is going thru. I am quite pleased with the outcome. I can truly say that since he became my dentist, I find him to be honest, personable and most importantly, does not recommend unnecessary procedures. If you are looking for a great dentist, you should certainly give him a try.

Dr. Rampi was our family dentist when we lived in Orlando. He and his entire staff are amazing. They go above and beyond what you might expect from a dental office. Dr. Rampi is very knowledgeable and gentle with his patients. He communicates in detail any work that needs to be done. He makes sure you are happy with his work before you leave. He has the friendliest and most personable staff.

My children even looked forward to their dental check ups. My family moved out of state a couple of years ago and we are still trying to find a dentist we are happy with. I believe it will be impossible to find another dental office who can match the quality service of Venetian Pointe Family Dentistry.

I've been coming to Venetian Pointe Dentistry for years. As I moved out of the area, I tried other practices. They would sell me on services I didn't need. Dr. Rampi is knowledgable and honest. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Venetian Pointe Dentistry is incredible. The dentist Dr. Rampi is such a nice person, like scary nice and the staff clearly has a really good time and enjoys their jobs. I have been going to Dr. Rampi for 25 years and he also cleans the teeth of my mom and sister. I have been in the waiting room and talked to people from NC who came down just to get their teeth cleaning and visit with family when they're down here (in that order) haha! I would recommend him, because I trust him entirely with my mouth. and that's saying something!
