Complete Care Dental

While looking for a new dentist, I came upon Forever Dental, and wow was I lucky! The Forever Dental Team has made my dental experience the best ever. It just happens that I have dentophobia - sadly the tears start just knowing I have to go to a dentist. Nonetheless, Dr. Reshma Dhake and her amazing staff are simply awesome, to say the least. When I first sat down on the "dental chair", I couldn't believe they asked me if I wanted the relaxing scent of lavender?

I was given the remote control for the TV in my room, and on another visit, I was asked if I wanted to hear my favorite music instead of watching TV. Wow! This was just the beginning of a great experience at Forever Dental. Dr. Dhake was absolutely understanding of my fears and made me feel as comfortable as possible - After all, who wouldn't be comfortable with the scent of lavender lingering in the exam room.

But seriously, Dr. Dhake is awesome, she took her time to explain every and all dental issues I had and will soon have in the future if not taken care off. Let's take care of these small problems now so they won't become major problems later! - I hope she never retires and continues her practice for as long as she can. I don't think I will find this type of service and dedication to patients elsewhere.

As for her staff, they are all equally amazing, caring, and dedicated to making you feel comfortable. They greet you with a smile and they are ever so understanding and so devoted to having you leave with a smile (no pun intended). :) Thank you all for making my first few visits to your office the "Red-Carpet" treatment! I highly recommend Forever Dental! There's so much more I can say but if you are looking for a new dentist, give them a call and see for yourself! You won't regret it!

It had been around 3 to 4 years since I went to the dentist and I usually don't like going but I went in and felt extremely comfortable! Dr. Dhake was super informative about my teeth and when she addressed my concerns, she gave me options as to what we could do. It was easy to follow along and definitely enjoyed my visit!

They always make you feel welcome. The receptionists at the front desk are always friendly and always answer all my questions. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with everything at this office. Dr. Alexander Upwards is very good at what he does. The entire staff is amazing and this office has great communication. I got a deep cleaning and a filling recently. I seriously cannot remember when was the last time my teeth felt and looked this good. I've received compliments too but the most important part is I finally have a dentist I can trust. If you're like me and it's been a while, just go! You'll be so glad you did.

Dr Daisy and her team are awesome. Everyone is friendly, patience, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they remember little things about me like how the mold trays are difficult for me and always asking about my child. I did my Invisalign with them. Although it took longer than expected, I am very happy with my result. Dr Daisy checked up on me via phone call when the office was closed due to the pandemic. She kept me updated on what I should expect. She is always keeping me in the loop about my care. I am grateful of her and the team very much.

Both the staff and providers are professional and efficient and I never wait long for my appt times. Dr. Daisy is great with my toddlers

I went to this office about 3 years ago because one of my tooth fillings had fallen out. I did not have insurance at the time and was going to pay out of pocket for the filling. After initial evaluation, the dentist I saw wanted to do a cleaning and have me come back the following week for the filling. I said no and asked her to only do the filling that day as it was much more urgent to fill the hole in my tooth than to clean my teeth.

Why would she expect me to wait a week for the very issue I was there for? This itself made me uneasy and uncomfortable. Then when she checked my gums she hurt me with something sharp and did not apologize or even acknowledge my obvious discomfort. To this day on occasion my gums bleed from the same spot where she hurt me and this had never happened before.

And the filling she gave me was of terrible quality as it gradually deteriorated with time and today the last bit came off completely. This has never happened with any other filling. Yes the previous one fell off but that was due to me chewing something sticky and I have since completely avoided foods like that. I normally do not write reviews for anything but I feel people should be warned of the terrible treatment you get from this place even paying in cash. I felt like they just wanted my money and did not care for me at all as a patient.

Our family loves forever dental! It has been our dental home for more than a decade, serving my whole family from cleanings, whitening, and braces. The whole experience, from phone calls to check ins and the work in the back, is easy, friendly, and quick. ALL the staff are pleasant and easy to work with. I appreciate the knowledgeable professionals that help keep our teeth healthy. Thank you so much!

I've been coming to dr Daisy I believe since 2011. She is a great welcoming gentle dentist. She always has a strategic plan, she remembers details about patients. The office has gone above and beyond for covid measures, like air purifiers, it has always been clean! But now very spotless. Her staff is always very friendly team they genuinely care and am very happy with this office.

I just love them! I've been going here for at least 6 years now! All the staff is so friendly, and helpful! Dr. Dhake is so nice. They help me keep my mouth nice and healthy

My 4 year old daughter was a tad bit hesitant about going to the dentist. well it's safe to say she no longer will ever be scared of going! She had a wonderful experience, and ALL the staff was kind, and sincere! Waiting time was absolutely reasonable, and her dentist was super friendly and allowed her to touch the different tools he would be using.

She loved being able to be super involved in the process and guarantee you will not be disappointed in bringing your child here! Thank you guys for being so friendly towards us, but especially my little girl. We look forward to returning in 6 months!

They do a great job at Forever Dental. They send reminders to keep you up to date on your appointment and they make you feel comfortable even when you hear the drill! I like this place, I feel very comfortable here. Going to the dentist Usually makes me nervous. You should try Forever Dental!

Always a good visit! I have had several appointments there and all the staff that have assisted me have been pleasant and professional. The office is always clean and there is never a hassle to get an appointment. I have already and will continue to recommend this dental office! They are also excellent with children! My daughter has been going there for treatment and she always leave happy!

I recently took my 9 and 7 year old for their routine dental check ups. We're pretty new to the practice and their Dad has been taking them due to our schedules but I finally had the time and I was able to see what their service was like. I was so impressed by their dentist, Daisy and her supporting staff! The entire process of updating forms, checking in and the service itself was seamless!

So easy and super quick! It turned out that both of my kids needed fillings and the way that the dentists approached them and put them at ease was so nice to see! She educated us along the way and made sure the kids also understood how to prevent future cavities. What a sweet staff. I'm happy to see that my children are in great hands when it comes to their dental health and so happy to see how well organized they are. Now I understand why they actually seemed happy for their appts. They've had nothing but positive experiences.

My forever dentist is at Forever Dental I've been coming here for years and always such a pleasant and welcoming experience. Dr. Dhake and her staff are amazing! We have been fortunate to have them oversee our dental care for many years now. They continue to uphold a safe and professional environment, which is very crucial and reassuring, as we learn to deal with COVID virus.

Great experience I believe her name was Amelia she attended me brushes my teeth and all she helped me gain information about my teeth a better brushing and flossing. She is super nice and sweet. My actual dentist wasn't today I was a little nervous but I think she might be an assistant, Amelia she made me feel comfortable. Great place everytime I go everyone is very nice.

Forever Dental, has met all of our Dental needs for my husband and I. Since we moved to Chicago 13 years ago. We love the staff there. They are very friendly and care about their patients. Thank you ladies for the great work.

This is the best dental office I've ever visited! Everyone I met was really kind, knowledgeable, and super efficient. They really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening. I usually get really nervous about going to the dentist but that feeling quickly went away once I got there. They broke down my treatment plan and were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the procedures and costs my insurance would cover.

Forever Dental has been my dental home for nearly a decade. I love the staff, they are so engaging, personable, professional and remember you as an individual. I referred my family and a few friends. They take care of my family, children included, and all of our needs between cleaning, whitening, and braces. I love that they are located in a nonchalant spot in Brighton Park, so conveniently located to my home and work.

Very friendly staff and dentists. My dental work is always thorough and pain-free. They always make sure you are comfortable and they work with your schedule which is always a bonus!

As a new patient at Forever Dental, I can't be anymore happy with the way I've been treated! On my first visit, I got my consultation as to what work I needed done on my teeth. The receptionist helped me set up a dental plan/visits and explained everything to detail about what I needed done on my teeth. I even got a thank you card in the mail a week later! I couldn't be anymore happier!

I have been coming to this place for a few years, it's hard to find a dentist! I have been a patient of dr jackies, she is very thorough and straight to the point which I like. She is probably the most fastest dentist I have had that's filled my teeth! She wasn't very rough either. The staff and assistants are very friendly and welcoming, they will try their best to accommodate you. In my recent visit there was a guy talking inappropriately and the staff member shut the conversation down! Very positive experience

Hate the dentist? You will love these professionals. Cable while you wait, friendly nice environment. I cried at my first visit, I was so afraid. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else!

THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS AWESOME SAUCE! Ive never had a regular dentist, very dentist phobic! I got the referral from 1800 dentist, so i didnt have very high expectations. My first visit was the intial consult with xrays. I got DrAnna. I love this woman. As a dentist she rocks! She communicates what she is doing, there were no surprises. i was honest with her about my history and my fears, and she really stepped up.

She made my 1st experience after years of dental neglect, dare i say amazing. My next two visits were a deep cleaning for each side of my mouth, lets face it somethings are just gonna hurt. Dr Anna was patient and didnt rush. I really liked how they called and checked up on me the day after. They answered all my questions no matter how stupid they seemed. very accomadating. The staff is very friendly. I have referred all my friends. Highly reccomend this dental office.

I just finished a mouthful of work over a long period of time and couldn't be happier with my dentist Dr. Varughese and everyone else at Complete Care Dental.

My experience there was great! Everyone was friendly and answered any question I had. It was super-smooth. Dr. Reshma Dhake was exceedingly friendly. After she had finished with me, she heard me asking additional questions from the hall and came back in to help! I was shown a couple options for my repairs to my mouth, including a much cheaper version. No pressure to do the more expensive one, just all of my options. I liked that. Great hours, great service!
