I have been going to New Hope Dental Care at least a decade and have NEVER had a bad experience. From the welcoming smiles at the front desk to the service provided by the dentist and dental hygienists in the back, my experience has always been top notch!

I've been going to New Hope Dental for a long time because they deliver the highest quality services and are all kind, friendly and capable. I think they care for their patients with the same level of care they would treat family. You'll feel it the minute you walk in the door. I would highly recommend them.

This review is years over due. Our family absolutely love New Hope Dental! Everyone is so kind and friendly. The office staff is always smiling. (We absolutely love Tonya!) They treat everyone the same regardless of your socioeconomic background or race. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. They go above and beyond what you would expect from a dentist office.

I always look forward to receiving my goodie bag full of "dental bliss" at end of the visit. Also, everything is clean and organized from the lobby all the way down to the bathroom. I love to come around the holidays because they always have cute decorations and it's just very inviting. They send birthday and holiday cards. You will definitely feel like you are a part of a family along with receiving the best dental care.

This is a great place! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. The staff always takes the time to sit and talk with me about any concerns I may have and I never feel rushed off. I am not the kind of person that likes going to the dentist AT ALL, but everyone at New Hope Dental Care makes the experience a million times easier. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this practice for years. Carol has been my hygienist since she graduated from college. She helps me keep my teeth pearly white! I live in the NC Mountains and visit as often as I can. Tonya, Karea, and Pam always help with an appointment. Dr. Ladimer gave me a good report, at my appointment, in December. As a first time visitor, I was impressed. Dental visits always make me anxious, but they made me feel at ease. We talked and laughed. I absolutely loved the way everyone explained what they were going to do, what I may hear them say, and what it all meant just before it happened.from beginning to end including the bill (and potential costs). I would definitely recommend them.

Dr Ladimer and his staff are very helpful and truly care about their patients. I recently had a dental emergency and his Office Manager Pam helped coordinate my appointments and I received treatment right away. Dr Ladimer and his assistant Karea provided excellent dental care. Never in my life has a business booked an appointment over the appointment I had. They filled the spot with the excuse after 150 phone calls to confirm, they had to fill the spot. This is not the first time the administration team has done things not to par. The office manager is extremely mean not only to actual patients but the staff themselves.

After many years, I've decided that this is not a normalway to run a business. Love the dentist and hygengenist, but am not willing to put up with how the business is being run. There are many better places that will actually take care of the patients in all ways, not to just get

After being a good paying and loyal customer for many years I am taking my family elsewhere. After being harrassed and threatened multiple times over an appointment confirmation Im done with this place. I should have left last year after they messed up my bill and threatened me with collections. I always paid my bills and made my appointments.

I've been coming here ever since I was 15 and on June 29th I'll be 21. When I tell y'all that I never use to like the dentist I mean it especially because I have Bad anxiety. They have just been so caring and understanding and mindful of your feelings. They want you to be comfortable they have made me feel relaxed while getting my tooth extraction. You much go here all the staff is polite.

I've been a patient at New Hope Dental Care for 5 years. So of course when I decided I wanted cosmetic work done I knew that New Hope Dental Care would be the place. I received four top Labial Veneers and couldn't be more happier with my new smile! The overall procedure was painless, however a little soreness afterwards, but Ibuprofen was able to ease the pain.

I'm a new patient here and everyone that I came in contact with was super friendly! Carol was very kind, did an amazing job with my cleaning and explained everything that she was doing as she went through the process. Kay was also very helpful with getting me situated for my next appointment. I will definitely continue to come here for my dental care!

I had a hard time finding a dentist that was in network with my insurance. New Hope Dental was recommended to me by some good friends. I called an was able to make my appointment with no hassle. The staff was friendly and made me feel so welcome. They are definitely my dentist forever!

Carol is the best hygienist ever! She did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was a few months a few months behind on my appointment due to COVID-19. She assured me not to worry that everybody was running behind but that she would take care of me. My teeth feel wonderful! She also educated me on a few things to work on. We will check on my progress next time. Dr. Ladimer gave me a great report and said that everything looked good!

He was glad that I was able to come. Their office has always been impeccable and their staff are amazing. My family of 7 have been going to the New Hope Dental practice for over 8 years. I can honestly say with each visit the customer service has always been top notch! With a family the size of mine finding time to get all appointments organized was a challenge but the staff at New Hope provided the reminder calls and timing for each appointment to fit the need of my family's ever changing schedule!
