Our office is open Monday through Thursday with time always set aside for emergency appointments. We look forward to being of service to you. Services
The AAE's patient education videos are an excellent resource to help you, our patients, to understand endodontic procedures and the specialists who perform them. These high-quality 3-D animated videos explain what happens during root canal treatment, root canal safety, retreatment and surgery, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of cracked teeth. These videos can be viewed to educate yourself about advancements in endodontic training and technology and the safety of root canal treatment.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact, Dr. Dalzell provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure.
We may be able to accept insurance assignment if your insurance company allows it. That means that you would pay only the copay and deductible at the time of service and we will wait to receive payment from the insurance company for the rest. We participate in a few insurance networks. In that case, we accept a negotiated fee from the company, which is typically lower than our normal fee. We are happy to help you maximize your benefits. We will call the insurance company and get the specific details of your coverage. We will complete all insurance forms, and whenever possible file electronically to get faster processing of your claim. We will send any necessary additional information required by your insurance company, such as x-rays and reports. In order to contact your insurance company for this information, we will require certain information. We need your date of birth and subscriber ID.

Dr. Dalzell and his whole team were amazing! They were able to get me in for an appointment very expeditiously and helped fix my issue. The front office staff were so nice and accommodating and explained everything thoroughly. The back office staff, including the hygienist and Dr. Dalzell himself were extremely nice and listened to my concerns. I would recommend Raleigh Endodontics to anyone and everyone who needs to see an endodontist!

I absolutely love this office and Dr. Dalzell is fantastic. I was referred for an emergency root canal, and Raleigh Endodontics was able to get me in so fast. It was the most comfortable, pain-free dental procedure I've ever experienced - the dental assistant was just as amazing as the doctor. Everything was explained to me so thoroughly and I just felt so confident with having the work done and leaving knowing it was going to be okay. I'm returning to him in a couple of weeks & will continue to return to this office if I need similar work done!

If you have ever had tooth pain then you can totally understand the almost desperate feeling of needing help and for someone to care about taking that pain away so you can go back to normal. Dr. Dalzell and his staff did that! From the person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to Dr. Dalzell and his assistant during my procedure. AWESOME customer service and bedside manner.
Also I called on Monday and someone cancelled and they were able to see me on Tuesday. Miracles do exist! What I liked the most that the appointment was for a consult and treatment so I did not have to go for 2 separate appointments, an office that values your time. My root Canal was painless and I was comfortable, Great Job Team! If you are ever in the need of an Endodontist I highly recommend Dr. Luke Dalzell, DDS.

I had a root canal performed here and the process was easy and efficient. I was able to get an initial consultation quickly thanks to a cancellation, and had the procedure performed less than two weeks later. One big plus was that I could get the root canal done at 7am which is handy for people with busy schedules. Friendly staff, convenient location, and a fast and painless procesure.

I had my first root canal performed by Dr. Dalzell. I had no idea what to expect (other than the horror stories I've heard from others). It was so quick and painless! Dr. Dalzell and his staff were friendly and efficient and explained the procedure every step of the way. I hope not to have to have more root canals, but if I do, I would definitely return to Raleigh Endodontics.

I have had five root canals and this was the most painless root canal I've had! Dr. Dalzell did a excellent job! I had to drive an hour to get to the office, but if I ever need another root canal I would definitely make the drive again. From the front desk to the assistant everybody was very nice and did a great job.

I'm so glad I found this place. I called to schedule an appointment, and I was able to be seen sooner than expected. Once I got to the office for my appointment the staff were really kind. Dr. Dalzell was great. I did not feel any pain at all. He made sure I was ok and showed great care. Pleasant experience, highly recommended this office if you're in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Several years ago I had a root canal done by another dentist in Cary, NC who was also great. Well, just a couple years later, this same root canal had gotten infected to the point I had to take antibiotics to treat the infection before anything could be done to re-treat the root canal. Dr. Dalzell and his staff were wonderful. They were very patient and kind during the entire treatment process, wonderful staff and so informative in explaining everything. Go to Dr. Dalzell if you're having root canal or any dental pain! You won't be sorry, just relieved:-
