Lincoln Dental Care

TLDR: They invented fake cavities to try to charge me + my insurance to fill them. Three other dentists confirmed that I did not have any cavities. I'm not normally one to write a bad review, but just feel like I have to share my experience as a warning so the same thing doesn't happen to you. During my first appointment at this dental practice, the dentist told me that I had 5 cavities.

Since I've never had a cavity in my entire life and had been practicing healthier habits than ever (less drinking, less sugar etc.), this felt off and I decided to get a second opinion (I actually reached out to 3 other dentists since I don't want to take risks and let a cavity fester). All three other dentists confirmed that there were no cavities at all. Zero.

Six months later I decided to get some more x-rays just to double check nothing has developed and still I do not have a single cavity. They literally invented fake cavities to try to charge me and my insurance so they could drill into my perfectly fine teeth for their own profit. Be warned. They are after your money and your teeth.

If you're anything like me, then going to a dentist you know and trust is important. I experienced a painful situation where one of my wisdom tooth pretty much cracked, causing searing pain. I called my dentist and they were not able to see me for at least 3 days. I then found Chicago Dental Design and they were so kind and educational about my situation. Vivien was truly a great asset in getting me to calm down and the Doctors were phenomenal in the education and operation of the wisdom tooth extraction. I would highly recommend them if you need a dental extraction or just need to get a teeth cleaning! Thanks for making a super stressful situation better.

I've been coming to this office for a few years now, and always feel comfortable and relaxed when I go. Dr. Bicakci and her staff have all been quite wonderful over the years. Everyone from the Vivien at the front desk, Christine and the other hygienists, as well as the dentists themselves are all very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to dentistry. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!

A few years ago I came I. because I had a small chip on my # 8 tooth and dentist recommended a paste the same color as my teeth! I've been here 3 times and they still don't have the correct color! I literally begged them to just remove the paste because it's too yellow but they stated if they remove it it'll be bad for my teeth and dentist wants me to pay out of pocket even though they don't have the correct color! I regret even bothering my tooth because I'm even more self conscious! I don't recommend them at all!

I've seen both Dr. Nihal and Dr. Alkan. Going to the dentist makes me nervous and they're very welcoming and explain everything. The hygenists have been very good too. As long as they stay in my insurance network I'll keep coming here.

I can't believe I found this amazing dental practice by accident. My spouse and I started with the amazing staff almost 3 years ago (maybe 4). They have always treated us with respect, kindness, and provided us the highest level of care we have ever received.

Dr. Nihal Bicakci is amazing! The staff are also very responsive, friendly and helpful! I went in for a consult to fix bad bonding on my front teeth. I decided to do 6 front porcelain veneers (one crown), crown lengthening, and needed a root canal. She made me feel comfortable along the way and did a great job explaining everything. She is very thorough, never rushes, and wants to make sure they are perfect! Veneers are expensive and a very scary process but I am so happy I did them and am very happy with the results. Also, there was no better time than while wearing a mask for COVID through the process! I would highly recommend Chicago Dental Solutions to friends and family!

I've been going here for years. got two shiny new veneers after a bike accident and they look amazing. very gentle cleanings every time. incredibly skilled dentists who have saved me thousands of dollars with their attention to detail.

Very professional and friendly. Clean facility with state of the art equipment. Front office kept me informed of cancellation, so I could get an earlier appointment. Low wait time to be seen. Dentists and techs were thorough and knowledgeable. Kept me informed of what they were doing. Spoke professionally and clearly about results and options for procedures.

There are no words in the English dictionary that can help me express how amazing Dr. Niahal is at her job. She is the first dentist that I have ever met that was meant to be in the role. She is very honest and transparent. She is also a perfectionist, which I highly admire. I had been wanting to get veneers for a while now, but wasn't sure if I'd move forward with doing so. Then, late last year I got engaged (yay) and the idea once again sparked my memory - I needed perfect teeth for my perfect day.

I made the appointment and I couldn't of been happier. Dr. Nihal explained the whole process to me throughout. Even when I had my mocks put it, she put so much attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything. I finally have my actual veneers and I can't stop smiling - I may have to find a Dr. Nihal that specializes in botox because I'm starting to get wrinkles from too much smiling!

She's the best and will not go to a different dentist while I'm living in Chicago! P.S. The front desk ladies at the Lincoln location are the sweetest. They always make me feel welcomed :)

This place is over the top outstanding. From the time I walked in the front door, the entire staff was sensitive, caring and friendly. I hate going to the dentist and at Chicago Dental Design I was relaxed and comfortable. The doctor was up to date on the latest research and I didn't feel pressured into having any of the work done. I was told all of my options and cost before the work was started. I am referring my friends and my kids will be going to Chicago Dental Design.

I am so thankful for this dental office! I have never met staff that is more friendly and welcoming. The environment is warm and inviting, and everyone was able to answer all of my questions. I typically hate going to the dentist, but coming to this office has definitely quelled those fears. Justine helped answer all of my questions over the phone, and was extremely kind and patient with me! 10/10 recommend :

I absolutely love this place. The staff are more than helpful, willing to assist me with the numerous questions that I asked. I had my first appointment at Chicago Dental Design in October 2017. Dr. Ciullo and her team provided excellent care and made the trip to the dentist enjoyable. Their Michigan office is immaculate, up-to-date with the latest technology, and the views of downtown Chicago are tough to beat. I had a wonderful experience and my teeth have never looked so clean!

Chicago Dental Design is great! I moved here a year ago looking for a dentist and found Chicago Dental Design based on location and insurance acceptance. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, the entire team is extremely professional and caring. I'm very picky when it comes to finding a dentist and could not be happier. This is a great place!

I recently was seen at Chicago Dental Design and I have nothing but good things to say. First off, I'm terrified of dental work! It just makes me nervous to think about it but thanks to Dr. Bicakci I managed to get through it without freaking out. She is a great dentist! All the staff was very caring and polite. The young lady at the front desk, Lissa, was awesome! She made me feel welcomed as she greeted me when I came in. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to others. I love this place. Christine is the dental hygienist and she's very nice and does a great job. She spent time explaining what and why things went wrong and gave me really good advice that improved my teeth health and appearance. The location is perfect for me and they have an awesome view. The receptionist, Lissa is very cooperative, helpful, and always smiling!

I see Dr. Nihal as well from time to time to give and exam and she's a great dentist. Very professional. No one offered me stuff I don't need and they were honest with me. My experience with this place is very positive and I come here regularly. I enjoy my visit actually. My teeth now has a healthy, natural white appearance. I highly recommend Chicago Dental Design.

Hands down the best dental office I've been to. I have had my wisdom teeth removed here and have had several cleanings. They do amazing work. The front desk is always kind and friendly. Justine is professional as well as personable, she has made every experience seamless and it's always nice chatting it up with her :-

The service was Amazing! I was a few minutes late for my appointment and they did not rush me at all, and still managed to let me out on time. Lissa was at the front desk and she helped me with all of my questions and concerns. I had a teeth cleaning done here. The hygienist was very careful with all the procedures. It was truly great! My teeth felt so clean afterwards and i did not get hurt, nor was I sensitive afterwards.

The dentist came in after everything was done to give me her recommendations and she was very nice and attentive, as the whole staff. From the reception to the dentist, the service was top of the line. I will be coming back again. They only accept PPO plan though. If you're in the area this is worth your time and your buck!
