In 1971, Hospitality Dental started as a private practice dental office in Riverside, California, then went on to become Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics. At Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics, our mission is "to promote dental health with Hospitality" - so much so that we use the pineapple, the traditional symbol of hospitality, in our logo.
To be kind, courteous and concerned for our patients, while continually striving to provide our patients with the highest level of dental health professionally possible. Our most important asset is our patients. Our dental services are designed, our hours are set, and our employees are hired to meet the needs of our patients.
Serving the Inland Empire including Hesperia, San Bernardino, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Children have different dentistry needs than adults. That's why pediatric dentistry specializes in the dental care of children. The team at Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics provides expert care in dental health and prevention to the children of Southern California's Inland Empire and high and low deserts.

I will give this office some credit, the costumer service was pretty good. I was able to get my daughter in pretty quick which was great. The initial visit seemed pretty good up until check out. She gave me an explanation of what seemed to be benefits of my daughters insurance. She claimed my responsibility would be under $20. For a preventative check up it seemed pretty accurate.
I asked should I pay everything since she didn't get the cleaning done, she had to schedule that another day because they were running behind.( it wasn't a problem then I know things can get hectic so I agreed on coming back for the cleaning) the front desk lady said "yes you can pay upfront for everything" so I did. I asked are you sure they won't charge me again when we come back and she assured me NO, that will be my only responsibility.
Funny how soon after the first visit I received multiple texts asking for a review and I decided to wait for her cleaning to even think about reviewing their office. So we come back for her cleaning about a week later and I scheduled for a future appointment for her next cleaning. Before leaving I asked if that was everything like I always do at all our appointments everywhere and she said you are good.
Fast forward I get a statement bill today saying we owe $45 which isn't much BUT if God forbid I was in a financial struggle this would be A LOT! I called and spoke with Miranda and she couldn't confidently explain why I was getting charged so she decided to review her account and call me back. I just got off the phone with her not too long ago and she wants to give me a BS explanation saying it's due to the 10% deductible which I was initially told was what I had already paid at her first visit!
I just don't understand how they can work this way and not inform their patients before servicing them! She was quick to tell me I could be sent to collections after 120 days of non-payment which was even more insulting! *****update 5/10/22******* I received a call from Gisela I believe she's in the billing/claims department and she was very informative and she explained the process of my daughters claim and why they had quoted me differently. I appreciated the call and the concern. I will be keeping my daughters future appointment since their customer service has surpassed my expectations at the moment.

I appreciate the honesty of the dentist, he was very through he told me what needed to be done and he had a plan for for me. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I look forward to plan we discussed for my treatment. UPDATE: This dental office went from five stars down to one star. From my initial visit I have been waiting for work to be done and approval by the insurance company and that isn't their fault, however come to find out it was their fault.
But before I go into that issue I had a dental emergency and their office is closed on Friday and since they didn't do the work they REFUSED! to help me. I was told by the office to go to CVS/Walgreens to get a dental cement to fix the issue and guess what?! it didn't work. So now I have been dealing with this issue for at least two weeks.
So I was on the phone with the insurance company trying to get this straightened out and come to find out they (dental office) incorrectly put the information in wrong. So the estimated cost of the dental work is in excess of $19,000 of which I would have to pay all of it. Now since there have been recent dental issues so the original plan is out the window.
Fast forward to today I called the office and the phone rang for about a minute or so before someone picked it up and when someone did (Evelyn) I asked to speak to the office manager and then they hung up on me and I tried calling back numerous times and it just went to voicemail. So honestly this isn't a good way to treat a patient especially a new one

I had been to this dentist regularly, before COVID. Everything was fine and I was always treated well. So finally today I got the courage to get my check up and I found out: They Stepped Up Their Game! New equipment, terrific staff and Dr. Lee is a very skilled and professional dentist, Loma Linda University Trained (the BEST). They offered to fill my cavity same day so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. I did not feel anything and he told me what he was going to do as we went so there were no surprises. Overall it was a great experience.

Horrible to do business with. My family has gone here for several years. The last 6 months to a year the office has been in decline as far as customer service. The employees have all changed; never the same doctor or hygienist. The office staff is terrible. I called on Tuesday about a bill I received that I had questions about and was told no one could help me, call back on Wednesday.
I called on Wednesday and spoke to Miranda. She could not figure it out and said her manager's computer was not working. I was told the office manager would call me back. Guess what? She never did. Just another example of poor customer service. We are done going there.

I have used the Hospitality Dental offices for over 30 years while I worked for the County of San Bernardino and now in retirement. I moved to using the Hesperia office when I retired since I live in Hesperia. Nicolette the hygienist did a great job today. Dr. Lee is very nice and the receptionist Myrna helped me with an insurance question. Thank you.

I've been coming to them for a little over a year now, and the staff is excellent. They pay close attention to patients' needs, and they try to accommodate you as much as possible. The Dr (I don't remember her name) is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what is going on every visit. Today I had a late appointment with them, and I called to see if they could squeeze me in (I live on the other side of town, and I drive by the office on my way home). Cristina was gracious and was able to have the doctor see me a bit sooner.
She was the jack of all trades, and after helping me on the desk with checking in, she also helped me during the entirety of my visit. None of the staff is afraid to jump in if they need to help out, which I think is rare. They work very well as a team. Highly recommend them. Just take the time and speak with them. You will see and feel the difference in how they address you and all your concerns.

I love Hospitality Dental and all of the ladies that work there. My son is the patient and they are so great with his anxiety and chattiness. We never wait more than about 5 minutes and are in and out. It is a very friendly place with knowledgeable people. I found it through online recommendations and I hope that someone sees this one and chooses to try them out!

This place is wonderful! The doctors are thorough, gentle, friendly and honest. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and Covid cautious. I've been here twice and will be returning for a permanent crown. I will drive from Long Beach to come here until I find a dentist down there that I enjoy as much as this one; if not. I will be taking the drive because it is worth it. Thank you! I highly recommend.

My experience has been a pleasure so far. I have been a patient for about a year give or take. I originally came in to do a braces consult. I have had all my dental prep work done here and I am currently on month 4 of my braces. The staff is always friendly. It's like cheers when you walk in.everybody knows your name. I typically get in and out without a problem, and I am made aware when things might take some extra time. I am very pleased with my experience thus far and would definitely recommend them as a dentist office and for orthodontics.

It was my first time there to Hospitality Dental and it was great! Arlene, Lindsey and Dr Liew we're phenomenal! From the get go when I walked through the door the office was very inviting and those three young ladies were very professional and courteous. The wait time was short and I was very happy with that. The service was excellent and everything was explained to me clearly. Unfortunately I have to go back for some dental work but I am looking forward to it. Hospitality lives up to its name because it's very inviting

Love this dentist office. All the girls in the office were very nice. Lindsey the office manager is very helpful and informative. They were very quick to verify our benefits and let's us know what would be our of pocket costs. The dr was also very sweet and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them. My husband and I both enjoyed our visit today and will be going back!

Due to past experiences, for years I've been hesitant going to the Dentist. I've piled up the work I've been needing for years. Dr. Liew and Arlene along with the rest of the staff changed my mindset completely. They've ensured that I'm comfortable and free of pain every visit, I can be at ease when I know I have an appointment coming up.
Thus far Dr. Liew has crowned 7 teeth, just took impressions for my final 3 today. I've had a cleaning and whitening done, my smile is looking great. I can honestly say Hospitality Dental is the best dental clinic in the high desert.

First visit today and I am so glad I switched dental offices! The office is organized/clean and the staff is beyond kind. I was helped by Arlene and Yvette, who were just amazing! I did not have to wait a long period of time to be helped and the dentist was very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my future visits with them :

Took my boys here for the first time and I was throughly impressed. I've been trying to find a dentist in this area for a couple years now because I am tired of always driving down to our family dentist and haven't had luck until now. This dentist will now be our new go to. They are extremely accommodating to your schedule, very clean, fast and most importantly friendly.

This was my 3rd visit and the staff is always smiling when I walk in. My hygienist is amazing. Gentle hands & very understanding when it comes to teeth cleaning. I really appreciated class & respect they have for the customers. I got a call from them and they needed to cancel my appointment the day before it was scheduled (Boy was I mad at first) but when she explained to me that the Dr. had a cold & did not want to share it, I was Extremely happy with the plan change. Simple things like this makes them first class. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a great dentist office.

I am not a big fan of the dentist but who is? I will say this office is always welcoming and patient. I am a difficult patient I have anxiety horrible when it comes to dental procedures. Not because I was traumatized as a patient but for other reasons and the dentist is patient and quick which helped. I can only sit in the chair for maybe 40 mins and he makes it happen. If I have to go 5 timee for 5 fillings they make it happen. Ty hospitality dental.

Reason I'm giving 4 stars is because *more future visits will climb up to 5 stars*, I'm a new patient & just 2 visits so far (new xrays and cleaning). I gotta say the experience was good though & very friendly. All staff, the dental doctor & hygienist seemed so kind & honest. That is the kind of Dental office/staff you want to come across.
I would definitely recommend my family and friends here. Only thing is my down fall on what I would like in an office, is an Ortho at same location. So hopefully they bring one back #theygaveoutfreeoranges

Another great visit at Hospitality Dental! I can't begin to express how much I love the dentist and staff at Hospitality Dental. I had a cracked broken tooth and was slightly nervous about having the remaining piece rremoved but Dr. Choi Took great care in making sure that I was comfortable and in no pain. The staff, Rachel, Yvette, ( and my apologies for forgetting the names of the few others there) who are also so great with myself and as well as my children.
I really love that the office follows up with you on aftercare and not just in the office after the procedure is done. The facilities are clean and very comfortable. Please, if you were on the fence about a dentist up here in the high desert, please give Hospitality Dental a call.
