Always a good experience! Which for a dentist is saying a lot! Friendly staff greets you promptly, you get taken in for your cleaning on time. Dental Techs are efficient, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dr. Krantz knows her stuff, and I always feel like family when I go there. Fallsgrove Dentistry is actually outside my network but I still won't give them up.
This time I had my first periodontal surgery with Dr. Sfondouris - it was actually painless! I kid you not. Their emphasis is on your comfort. I chose my own music to listen to, and they kept checking on me to make sure I was OK throughout the entire process. And then of course there is Molly at check out. Highly recommend!

Braces came off today! Started this long process with an expander in Nov. 2019. Dr. Chang and his team have been amazing every step of the way. It is a hygienic and comfortable environment with an extremely friendly staff. Everyone has been encouraging a pleasure to see every 6 weeks. I definitely recommend this office for your orthodontic needs.

If you're in search of the BEST dental care in the D.C. metro area, I've got the answer for you - Fallsgrove Center for Dentistry. Reception - 11/10 Nicest squad in the world - make you feel like family the minute you walk through the door. Incredibly helpful. Make the scheduling/billing process a delight. Don't think I've ever spent more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Hygienist Team - 11/10 Absolute top notch. Bless them for putting up with me.
They know I'm lying about how often I floss, yet never blatantly call me out on it. Instead, they power wash my teeth and leave them looking + feeling like a freshly Zamboni-ed ice rink - smooth, shiny, sparkling clean. (Note: they are incredibly knowledgeable and have explained in depth how my bad habits coupled with my soft teeth could/will impact my pearly whites (and bank account) down the road if I don't change.
We've made progress over the years, and with their encouragement and support I recently purchased an electric tooth brush and stepped up my flossing cadence. I'm confident with this recommended equipment & routine, we will see a significant reduction in plaque build-up at my next cleaning.) Dr. Krantz & Dr. Snyder - 15/10 As a serial cavity-ist, I am no dentist's dream.
The hours spent filling my teeth and then refilling my filled teeth would probably drive most physicians up a wall. (I'm wildly talented at getting cavities.) These two, however, are committed to the cause. They always take the time to thoroughly inspect my soft genetically inferior teeth, provide preventive care where possible (we've seen a massive reduction in cavities since switching to their office) and ensure my pearly whites look (and feel) perfect every time I leave their office.
Absolute legends. While I have never personally been in the care of the other doctors at the practice, I have no doubt they would receive a 15/10 as well. In conclusion, Fallsgrove Center for Dentistry = the GOAT practice.

Attentive, relaxed good communication, they flex for patient. They are helpful (proactive) with insurance billing. Techs are gentle and communicative, and coordinate closely with Drs. Dentists engage you at an open, personal level. Options are explained. They don't escalate treatment unless truly necessary or you choose to skip intermediate treatment options. They don't hesitate to recommend dental/oral specialists beyond their practice when needed.

I just love these folks - I had so many dental problems from poor self-care but Dr. Wasserman and his staff were able to correct everything and gave me a new and comfortable life. I was always terrified of going to the Dentist but when i found this Practice that all changed. I now look forward to hearing from Molly at the front desk reminding me of my next appointment and I am happy to sit back in the dental chair and RELAX! knowing I am not going to be hurt, that I am going to be treated with dignity and respect and CARING! Two of my children went to Dr. Chang for braces. Enjoyed Dr. Chang and his staff so much. They exhibited kindness, friendliness and professionalism during the entire duration of their care. The office staff was also very accommodating if I needing to reschedule an appointment. Thank you for everything!

Like many, I too avoid dentists until I no longer can. After years of searching a family dentist with a comforting bedside manner, high level of competence and a convenient location, I not only found it at Fallsgrove Center for Dentistry, but I found my dream doctor; Dr. Michelle Snyder. Doctor Snyder is the ideal dentist for those of us who are anti-dentist. Plus, her amazing staff have literally helped me discover a feeling about dentistry I never thought I would ever admit; NO ANXIETY!
