A longtime resident of Montgomery County, Dr. Tong graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery with his D.D.S. degree, after receiving his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland at College Park. Dr. Tong is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a gentle and comfortable manner.
Digital X-Rays - up to 90% less radiation than standard dental office X-rays, more accurate, available instantly, no need to dispose toxic chemicals used when developing conventional film. Laser Cavity Scanner - finds super small cavities years earlier so they can be removed and replaced with a small invisible filling.
Parking in Downtown Rockville can be a challenge at certain times of the day. We provide complimentary validated parking to our patients to help ensure your visit to our office is as stress-free as possible. Free validated parking is available at the Public Parking garage located at intersection of East Middle Lane and Gibbs Street. Take the elevator to the first floor which will lead you to Courthouse Square. Our office is immediately on your right as you exit the elevator.

The office staff is good about calling you regarding appointments and they will put you on a waitlist if you'd like to get in sooner. The hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr. Tong is very nice and professional. There is parking in the garage connected to the building behind the office and they will validate for you.

Dr. Tong is the best doctor I have ever met. He is skilled, patient, and always considerate of his patients. Unlike the doctors I have seen before who only know how to make patients pay more. Ms. Hai, who is in charge of teeth cleaning, is very kind and helpful, and she washes teeth very cleanly and without pain. I was very lucky to know them and their kindness made me love going to see the dentist: God bless them!

Always a 5 star experience. Everyone is nice, professional, experienced. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable, all questions answered. Today was for a cleaning. My dental hygienist did a great job. The office is very clean. Front office very friendly. I've been going to Dr Tong for about 15 years, maybe more. You won't be disappointed.
