I have had numerous positive experiences here and figured it was high time to write a review. Both the doctor and staff are EXCELLENT. Each one is friendly, informative, and helpful when you ask questions. I have always actively hated going to the dentist but Dr. Gordon and Dr. Reyes and staff have totally changed that. They provide excellent care including: making sure you aren't in pain during procedures, clearly detailing out and explaining (multiple times sometimes) plan of care, providing itemized financial costs for different procedures so you can plan and understand, letting you know the how and why of what they are doing, easy to schedule with and sends text reminders if you want them for upcoming visits.

Also every single person I have spoken with, met, or been treated by has been so good natured, patient, and friendly. I understand that sometimes people who are good at a specialized job are not amiable in that way so it isn't a necessity for me but at this office everyone has offered excellent care AND excellent service. All to say, they are great, and I can't recommend them more!

Staff very caring and courteous. Excellent Service. Always on time and staff goes above and beyond to answer all your questions. Dr. Gordon is absolutely wonderful. The entire team is extremely professional and highly trained. From the moment we walk in to the time we leave, we receive the best experience. I can't speak more highly of a business. Dr. Gordon and his team have been taking care of my family for years. They will treat you like family! The facilities are always clean. The staff is very friendly and performs your cleanings with great care. The scheduling is easy and love the text message reminders. Great job!

Excellent experience! Came in for a regular cleaning and check up. Had some specific issues I needed to address and they did a great job! I have had a lot of experience with different dentists and I'm very impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, bedside manner, and overall patient care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gordon and his colleagues are concerned about your comfort and making sure you are aware of what procedure is done. I had one of the best cleanings by Teresa, she is very gentle. Joey, makes sure if you do have insurance, you get the most out of it for the year. The company culture starts at the top and reflects in the attitudes and practices of all.

I have been coming to Dr. Gordon for years, never had a more professional and family feeling dental office. The ladies in the front make me feel very welcomed and all the staff has become my dental family. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

I love coming to Dr. Gordon. He's fast, and explains everything. Gina is my hygienist and she is great! She is always friendly and asks for life updates.

Dr Gordon is always thorough and tries less invasive approaches first. My technician is more like a friend. Always makes me feel comfortable when I'm in for my cleaning and offers great advice to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

Dr. Gordon is always honest, professional and caring. I have been going to his practice for over 20 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental health and he never try's to sell you care you don't absolutely need.

Good work with friendly staff that make you feel comfortable there. Also prompt with appointments. They were great in easing anxiety of going to a new dentist & making it less stressful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon's for over a decade and the service has been the same, excellent! I have had many things done on my teeth and they have lasted a long time. Dr. Gordon is also proactive and takes care of issue before they become a problem later.

I highly recommend dental hygentist, Teresa. She gave me by far the best cleaning I have ever had plus a wealth of knowledge. Her approach is professional, most thorough and caring. I look forward to my future care with Teresa. +

They had the BEST girls in the office! Why I stayed. But, I had a small piece of a molar break off wirh zero pain. Saw Dr. Gordon. He did a crown. (Had to be redone by a very prominent dentist in my home town). Had to have a root canal by Dr Gordon's partner. Ended up wirh trigeminal nerve injury and SHINGLES! came back THREE times. UNBELIEVABLE pain! saw a prominent oral surgeon who agreed that this all was negligent.

I am now on gabapentin for life due to permanent nerve injury. I do not recommend this dentist. The least he could have done was called. Also, when they wrote a shingles prescription I got someone else's prescription. all I can say is the out of town dentist said my crown was incredibly poorly done and he wanted me to file wirh dental board. I didn't. But, as I deal with all this pain, I sometimes wonder if I should have done that. Oh--I got it in writing that I was injured. And, they dropped the remaining 1800 off my Bill. Therefore, I cannot sue them, which is not my way.

Dr. David Gordon and his staff are friendly and highly professional. I get my cleaning there every six months. They have taken very good care of my feisty mother, too. Their treatment of her is first class. She leaves their office in a very good mood - and I have the peace of mind knowing that's one less thing about her that I need to worry about. Dr. Gordon has also helped me in other matters over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon - and will continue going to him for decades to come.

I've never had such a thorough cleaning. The dental hygienist was AMAZING! Everyone there was so nice and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon since the nineties. Would not go anywhere else. He and his office staff are warm and friendly.

I went in for a Root Canal and a Crown. I have to say that I will never go anywhere else. The Staff are great people. The Dentists and staff made me feel like I was visiting family. The skill level was also excellent. Everyone I came in contact with were very knowledgeable and I knew I was getting the proper care. I actually went to a different. place to compare prices for a root canal and I was told the dentist can't do root canals in certain cases.

You get what you pay for so Gordon Dentistry is the place to go even if you have to spend a little more. I also got a same day appointment which I'm truly grateful for since I was in pain. Refreshing to go to a place where everyone was friendly and in a good mood.

Dr Gordon and his staff provided personalized care with true compassion about handling my dental issues. I highly recommend them.

It is real hard to communicate with this dental office, office won't answer their E mail, Dr. Gordon's yahoo E mail is undeliverable when I try to use and sent an E mail. Called the office to forward my Xray's to my periodontist and 2 days after it was not done by the office staff, have to call them to send it again. Ask for Dr. Gordon to talk to me and was told too busy, so I left my cell number to call to voice my concern directly to Dr. Gordon as of this writing/moment have not received any call back. Periodontist scheduled to show up at this dental office only once a month, so if you need immediate attention good luck.

I have been going to Dr. Gordon for 10 years. Dr. G and his staff are always caring, professional, and spot-on. I just completed Invisalign treatment with him and I am very pleased with the results. He also threw in complimentary whitening with the Invisalign package. I recently moved 2 hours away but I continue to come to Dr. Gordon for my dentistry needs because they are that good. Special shout out to Lori and Rochelle-yall are amazing!

Dr. Gordon's staff and office are wonderful. My family has been going to see Dr. Gordon for years. The staff is always polite and friendly and the office/appointments are run efficiently. We never have to wait and we are in/out for our cleanings quickly. And of course, Dr. Dave is great!

I love Dr. Gordon. Fantastic staff. They told me about dental insurance to get so it is really affordable. They explain everything to you as you have your dental work done. Very relaxed laid back atmosphere. Am getting crown work done they are very affordable. I am really happy with them. Thank y'all so much.

Dr. Gordon' s office was very friendly and professional. I got a regular cleaning and also took advantage of their teeth whitening service. Within less than an hour I had teeth that were several shades whiter. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon for all your dental needs.

The woman who worked on my teeth was really kind, knowledgeable, and polite, and did a thorough job. She had answers for all of my questions, which is always nice (and hard to find, IMHO). I barely had time to sit down before they took me in for my appointment. I'm always apprehensive about going to a new dentist, but Dr. Gordon and his staff made it such a pleasant experience.

Dr. Gordon is truly a fabulous dentist! Very kind and takes the time to explain exactly what is needed and what can wait. He will talk to you personally on the phone if you have a question or issue after hours. He is friendly and personable and keeps up with the latest in dental care and treatments. I live an hour away and do not mind the drive just to see him.

Best dentist I have EVER encountered by far. Takes the time to truly do what's best for you and your smile. It's very rare to meet people like Dr David. A very genuine and selfless man. I definitely recommend having him as your dentist even if your not in the clear lake/Webster area!

Dr. Gordon is a highly qualified and very efficient dentist. He is a very nice person as well as his staff. He genuinely cares for his patients and treats them with respect and kindness. He takes his time with you and makes you feel like you are his only appointment. This is a very happy office and you feel it when you are there. Cindy Davis, one of his hygenists, is absolutly the best of the best! I highly recommend this office if you need a family dentist.
