This year will mark the 33rd year I have been active in the practice of dentistry. Though I am whelmed with how fast that time has passed, I am overwhelmed with what has stayed the same and with what has changed. I was honored in the beginning and am honored now to have gained your trust.

My first appointment here was by far the best dental experience I've had to date. This office is staffed with the sweetest people.literally everyone from front desk to Dr. Francis himself were kind, welcoming and caring. I came from another holistic dental office and was blown away by the service I received here. I have generalized and dental specific anxiety and everyone in the office saw to my needs, from start to finish.
Some of the items I was offered were blankets, a neck pillow, headphones and a homeopathic anxiety remedy. Dr. Francis takes an actual holistic approach and is incredibly thorough. Overall I'm grateful to have found this practice.

I was looking for a biological dentist to remove my old amalgam fillings, I had several and a root connale was also removed. One tooth needed an inlay onlay and due to sensitivity to certain materials the crown had to be made at lab.the crown and thepartial were a terrible color match and I am not happy with them. I am disappointed that Dr Francis didn't recommend a redo of the crown as well as th partial, needless to say these were expensive procedures. I had this work done not even a year now and the crown is showing some gaps. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the staff was wonderful.

I don't normally post reviews but I have to say I had excellent service and I just called to inquire about biological dentistry. Beverly (? Not sure of spelling) was just awesome! A few weeks ago I called to ask some questions. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking for a dentist to do a lot of corrective work for my elderly mother.
She even called us back the next day to see if we had any further questions! Such a great listener and such a positive person. I did not feel like she was pressuring us at all, but rather assisting us. I feel very at ease using them to help our mom. We are on quarantine due to COVID but we will be making the long trip once we are in the clear. You just can't find that level of customer service everywhere.

I have been going to Dr. Francis' office for several years. Dr. Francis and his staff are always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients, and I have been pleased with the work they have done on my teeth. Dr. Francis also found an airway problem that I had which had never been diagnosed before. He helped me get a device to wear at night, and that improved my sleep. I HIGHLY recommend this office!

What a pleasant experience we had yesterday with Dr. Francis and the entire staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Although the wait was less than 5 minutes, I was very happy to see that they did not have a tv in the waiting room. As a bonus, the treatment rooms have a great view of nature!

Professional & very smart! They stay current on research (like me) & know that sometimes pulling a tooth isn't needed when natural treatments will fix it! My MD sent me here years ago to remove mercury (metal) fillings without exposing me to more mercury in the process. Then my MD said to pull my root canals and take them straight to her lab - the lab found several bacteria & 2 rare ones keeping me sick. I am much better now! I feel safe, which is rare. They actually do care. Friends forever!

Though I did not actually receive services from Dr Glaros, he comes extremely highly rated with a level of expertise often unheard of in dentistry. He is a biological dentist & practices in an effort to provide care that keeps the whole body well, not just the mouth & teeth. I received a recommendation for how to find biological dentists in California. They responded to my request for a referral quickly & pleasantly. Too bad I don't live in Houston. Dr Glaros would be the ONLY guy I would entrust my teeth to!

I had been researching and studying removal of amalgam for several months when I found Dr. Glaros. I knew Bill and his wife, Joanne, because I had gone to church with them, so I was excited to find someone who is honest and that I could trust. From the first phone call, through the removal of mercury from two teeth, removal of a root canal that had developed infection, to my follow up visits, I was treated like royalty.
Everyone there was professional, and I could tell that they truly cared about me and the health of my teeth. I was there for several hours for the proceedure, and the entire time, his staff keep asking me if I was all right or if I needed anything. I was treated with courtesy and respect. They even called the day before my appointment to tell me that my appointment needed to be moved to 15 minutes later.
Most dentists wouldn't have bothered for just 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was taken in at my appointed time. Dr. Francis, who did the proceedures, called me that evening to be sure that I was all right. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Glaros, Dr. Francis and their staff! I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants a high level of care.

My journey w/ Dr. Glaros' office took about 4-5 months to complete. The process for my needs seemed to be never ending (at first). I was concerned about the price after reading the reviews. Sometimes I felt like I was put on the back burner but I kept on top of my process to make sure it happened here; I didn't trust any other doctor. After finally starting the process and meeting Dr. Glaros I was sold!
The staff is AMAZING. I almost thought at one point they were too nice. The Dr. just lights up a room when he enters it; something about him you just know he will take good care of you. The finances made sense after looking back on the amount of time that was spent on my case. He was worth every penny. side note: there were other options that were offered to me after the removal process that I chose not to proceed w/ since I felt I could find somewhere cheaper to get those options; I was never questioned about it - they just accepted my request. I do not in any way find this to be a practice after your dollar. This doctor is one of the best and you will get what you pay for.

Where to begin? The downhill slide in my health began 7 years ago after a dental visit where I had one new filling put in and then a few months later had a metallic crown pit in over a broken molar. My health issues were mainly gut issues which made my life miserable. Then two years ago my regular dentist told me I needed two additional crowns. Two amalgam fillings were removed and crown buildups were put in ($800) and I was to come back in a month for the crowns (2x$2300).
I never made it back and ended up spending 5 days in ICU with severe pneumonia ($78,000 - $3,900 out of my pocket). I was tested for ever bacteria and virus and the doctors could not determine the cause for my severe lung inflammation. I later came to the conclusion that is was due to unsafe amalgam removal. As far as the cost, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the two unfinished teeth did not require crowns as my regular dentist insisted, but one a composite filling and the other an inlay.
The best part is he can prepare the crown or inlay while you are there, no need to come back and pay for another visit. I was able to get those two teeth fixed with compatible materials for a fraction of the cost that my original dentist was charging. I have had just the first of 3 visits to remove all amalgams. They started with the teeth they determined were most problematic, in my case a metallic crown over an amalgam.
I can honestly say it was the most pleasant dental visit ever, even though it lasted nearly 4 hours. The staff is amazing. I am actually looking forward to my remaining two visits.

I will never go back to that office. They are only interested in making money with a lot of unecessary testing! Furthermore, they insist that patients come in often for cleanings and full x-rays which I didn't want because I had cancer. Dr. Glaros wife told me " we aren't a one tooth dentist" and won't just treat problems. Oh and the tooth they did fix broke several months after the procedure. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have!

I have gone to Dr. Glaros for over 4 years now for my cleanings and any dental work that is needed. I have had the experience of a full exam (x-rays and all), cleaning, Cereamic inlay and composit filling being placed by Dr. Glaros. I had the option of doing a composit filling or Ceramic inlay for an upper cuspid and I chose the inlay. The reason for my choice for a more expensive restoration (the inlay) is due to the fact that I want my restoration to be as strong or as close as it can get as my virgin teeth and to last as long as it can.
No reason to have the same tooth worked on a few times over a lifetime if it can be done just once (fingers crossed). Really, if you think about it. it ends up being cheaper in the long run to do an inlay than having a composit done a few times over in a life span. The tooth I had the inlay placed on over 3 years ago I use quite a bit. I chew on that side all the time and have had a history of grinding my teeth (usually stress, and who doesn't have that. lol). Everytime I visit my VERY informative hygienist, she checks the work that Dr. Glaros has done in the past and any areas that were a concern to be watched from my initial exam and findings from coming regularly for my cleanings.
That makes me feel at ease that they are so prepared to have my history of work that has been done and the care that they want it to last as long as I do. I feel as though Dr. Glaros and his staff has my best interests at heart and that is the reason why I will never see another dentist. Everytime I visit the office for a routine cleaning or have any dental work done, I leave knowing exactly what has been done, what needs to be done to improve my dental health and the only question I have before I leave is "When do I get to come back?" If you hadn't had the experience of Dr. Glaros and his staff, then you are Missing Out on the best dental experience I think anyone could ever experience. I am not exaggerating either. Try it out for yourself! I am sure you will agree.
