Took my mother in to establish care after moving her from California. He was very calm and gentle in his approach with her yet demonstrated and explained his expertise in order for her to make an informed decision.

We all have a choice on who we go to for our dental care. It did not take me much research to choose this dentist. After my first visit, my belief was confirmed. Dr. Williams' staff is AAAA+.

Talking about losing teeth is never a good starting point for a conversation, but Dr. Williams made it a good experience. He Listens! He is extremely accomplished and explained options so that I could understand. I'm glad I was referred to him and would highly recommend him.

I recently moved to the Scottsdale area. My boyfriend and I found Dr. Williams through some tennis friends. He is by far, the best dentist I have ever dealt with. The staff are all world class and extremely professional and responsive. Dr. Williams truly cares and takes a lot of time and interest in each of his patients. I had to have a filling redone and based on bad past experiences I was scared to death. OK, this office, dentist and staff are ridiculously good. No waiting more than 1-2 minutes, go right in to a perfectly clean and sanitary basically private space. Equipment is all modern and clean. Dr Williams is the perfect dentist. If you are the anxious type, then he will put you perfectly at ease. He does this by telling you every single thing that he is going to do, before he does it.

Then during each step, how much longer the step is going to take. Then afterwards what else possibly to expect. He did a tooth removal and a filling replacement, and it was so utterly painless and fast, I was very satisfied. This practice is literally almost too good. Never had a dentist this good in my whole life, not even close.

If you're looking for an amazing dentist in North Scottsdale. Its been two years and I'm still chucking away all the work that needs to be done. Dr. Williams and his staff have treated me like family. I went from being traumatized as a child going to the dentist and now almost falling asleep in the chair! Talk about therapeutic communication, he walks you through every step of the way.

I have had many procedures done by Dr. Williams and his staff, he even brought in an endodontist TO HIS OFFICE to do my root canal. I recommend you stop looking and go to his office immediately. They even have a great referral program that has saved me lots of money!

Brian has been taking care of my teeth for nearly fifteen years. He is a master with novocaine and I typically fall asleep when he is working on my teeth. Gentle touch, excellent work on my teeth that has lasted the test of time. And an all around great guy and great staff. Go see him!

The doctor and his staff were very nice and helpful. The doctor took time to explain what I needed done and why. The assistant, office manager and hygienist were all very nice and helpful. They were all very patient as I am usually uncomfortable at the dentist. They calmed me down and the work ended up being painless (even when the doctor applied the lidocaine if you could believe that!) I am a retired Dentist. I was looking for a Dentist for my wife and myself when I returned to Scottsdale in 2012. I had limited dental work done at two local Scottsdale dental offices. My wife had extensive dental work completed at one of these previous dental offices. I was extremely disappointed with the level of dental care that we received. Most all of the dental work had to be redone since it failed immediately or was done poorly. Dr Brian Williams and his staff redid the necessary dental work in a professional and exacting manner.

Brian Williams is my new favorite dentist! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 7 years because of lack of dental insurance. The entire staff made me feel warm, welcome and most importantly comfortable. I have a lot of work to get done for dental work but they are helping me with taking my time. Because of most dental insurance packages are so so with coverage. Dr. Williams is helping me with tackling each treatment one by one until the entire job is done. The most impressive thing is all of your x-rays and pictures are put on to disc that you can take with you to review at home. Impressive! I love you guys! You are the best!
