Dr Bracker and staff made me feel very at ease on my first visit to the dentist in probably 15 years, on Friday June 10, 2022. My two problem teeth were refilled, the very, very old fillings were taken out. They explained all my dental issues and how we can fix the issues and prevent further deterioration of my teeth, gums and bone moving forward. Thank you for a super pleasant visit. You were all very personable and did an excellent job taking care of my teeth.

I was nervous but immediately felt more relaxed with the funny waiting room statues (the dog is amazing) and welcoming staff! Everyone was super nice, non judgemental, and I had no doubts about anyone's knowledge or skills, and I'm actually excited to go back and have my teeth fixed now!

The NICEST and friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me before anything was done which I appreciate!

Very pleasant atmosphere very pleasant people, Dr Bracker is a ray of sunshine, if there is a negative it would be the wait for Dr Bracker once the tech are done, but she can only give her attention to one patient at a time

I was just to see Dr Bracker for a filling she took me early and she even did my cleaning because her hygienist call in so that I wouldn't have to make another trip. Been going to her for several year she's great

I'm leaving this review because a job posting listed for a receptionist at this practice was unprofessional and borderline insulting. The job listing was rife with spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors while at the same time saying things like "leave personal issues at home" and that pay would be dependent on the "maturity" of the candidate. The job listing also says they are "urgently hiring".

It's obvious how this employer feels about their employees before they're even hired so it doesn't surprise me that they are having trouble staffing. And if they don't respect their employees, I'm willing to bet they don't respect their patients either. Especially after reading other reviews.

The staff is always very friendly. I love that I never have to wait for my appointment and feel confidental that all my dental needs are being taken care of.

She scheduled me for a filling and we went on our way. I waited 1.5hr before the filling even started. I have no idea how all these 5 star reviewers are okay with spending 3 hours waiting on and off for one procedure. She books 4 chairs at a time. Absolutely insane. I ended up getting 5 Novacaine shots since I waited so long. Cassie was super kind and my cleaning went well besides waiting forever for an exam.

The best way to get seen sooner is to literally just leave. Apparently, other patients who referred me told me to just leave if she takes too long. She won't make you wait the next time since she wants your $40 for the exam.

Everyone was very friendly and kind. Office is clean and they adhere to safety measures for those concerned. I have severe anxiety and Cassie; my hygienist! was very kind; gentle and compassionate. The Dr was a great people person and made me feel relaxed. I have my next appointment already and would highly recommend them.

I've been a patient here for almost 3 decades and they are always accommodating, friendly, and painless. It is an almost laughably busy office; which says a lot -- it says so many people want to experience this style of dentistry.

Dr. Susan Bracker is incredibly talented, knowledgeable and shows care towards her patients. I would highly recommend.

Amazing dentist office and they make you VERY comfortable. Today was my first apt as a new patient and I can't wait to go back! The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bracker was very kind and addressed any concerns. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, always feel welcomed while I'm there. Dr. Bracker is fast and efficient so I'm in and out even when they are busy.

Dr. Bracker and staff are 5 stars all the way. From convenient scheduling, friendly welcome as you walk in, to good service. Her staff is particularly great with my 5 y/o son who is not too fond of the dentist. They make it a lot easier.

From the minute I was able to get a last minute appointment to when I walked in, the staff was so polite, friendly, and helpful. My teeth cleaning did not feel rushed and they checked on me often during to make sure I was not uncomfortable. Any questions I had there were able to answer and provide additional information. So happy I chose this place!

Everyone at this office is so welcoming and nice. The office is comfortable and warm. It is easy to book an appointment. They are thorough and make sure you are comfortable. I wish I had come here years ago.

Very organized office. I've needed an emergency procedure and I was impressed how accessible Dr. Bracker is, and how easily I was able to get in and have the procedure to relieve my tooth pain. They do excellent work and I trust them to work on me, and also on my kids.

She's a scam artist she told me I needed fillings did the fillings then I needed a root canal and then it was antibiotics antibiotics antibiotics.(I'm allergic to penicillin so I didn't have many choices she put me on 4 different antibiotics I was severely sick with stomach pains because I was on so many antibiotics it killed all my good bacteria )She never told me that the wisdom tooth was the main problem and she just kept stringing me along and charging me for visits.

She used all my insurance fixing a problem that was second priority. I went to an emergency dentist after experiencing so much tooth pain I was on the bed crying she wouldn't do anything about it. Had to go get my wisdom tooth removed and the problem was solved. I found another dentist and tried to get my x-rays sent over she wouldn't send them over it took me three months to get my x-rays.

The dentist I go to now said I have no problems no filllings needed and after hearing this I realized how much she screwed me out of my money. She made it seem like I needed five more fillings when I didn't need any! The dentist I go to now says he has a lot of her patients and she has been doing this to everyone. DO NOT GO TO HER!

Use to go to her. Every cleaning I had "cavities" go somewhere else and I have yet to have any cavities. worst patient etiquette I have ever seen in a professional setting!

It had been a few years since I went to the dentist. I had broken a tooth and was referred to Dr Bracker by a coworker. The appt was setup quickly and the service was great - had to do a crown. But then I was told I have 6 other cavities and probably 2 of them will ALSO have to be crowns. I am looking for a second opinion on that - sounds like a money grab.

Do not go to Dr. Bracker. I never had a cavity before visiting Dr. Bracker. All of a sudden I had cavities every 6 months. I would arrive for my appointment, get numbed, wait 30 min, get numbed again and then still could feel the drill but she didn't care. Charged me extra for extra novocaine! On my 3rd cavity diagnosis, I got a second opinion. Surprise!

No cavity. It has been over a year and I still don't have that cavity. She is shady, unethical and untalented. I do not understand how she still has a license to practice dentistry.
