Extremely deceptive! They quoted me a significantly less amount for out of pocket than what the insurance was actually covering. They will not check with your insurance and they will give you a random number to swindle you in doing work with them. Over a thousand dollars extra from what they quoted me! Unbelievable how is this even legal!

They are misleading and deceptive! So disappointed! They swindle patients into doing treatments with inaccurate out of pocket charges. I had an estimate of $300 out of pocket after my insurance covered the main portion and it turns out that they never reached out to my insurance for accurate numbers in coverage and they are now charging me with $1200 extra after they submitted the claim to the insurance and realized the insurance is not covering the main portion.

Never been told by any dentist office that they can not disclose their costs or even price range of a cleaning for a cash paying patient. New to the area and looking for a new dentist, I saw the good reviews so I called, they could not give me prices as a cash paying patient for anything until I paid the $300 for an exam, she claims they do not give out that info as it varies-that is understandable, but when I asked how much a cleaning could cost she started to look for the price, put me on hold, came back and told me she could not give me that info (not even any kind of price range or at least the most a cleaning COULD cost) but rather told me I could apply for CareCredit and something else to make payments if needed. Really weird and unfortunate.

The wonderful people at Bauer Dental Center are the ultimate pros when it comes to state-of-the-art dental care. I love the fact that both Dr. Bauer and the staff take extra care to explain all procedures, after-care and future care instructions and are just super-communicative when it come to the health and support of my dental needs. I'm SO happy that I discovered Bauer Dental Center and I'm actually excited and looking forward to my next visit!

Usually would not take the time to write a review, but each appointment at Bauer Dental Center runs so smoothly and efficient. The girls and Juan are always so accommodating making sure I am comfortable. From the moment you're greeted at the door by an assistant, to the walk out with the ladies up front, you feel taken care of.

Just had the most incredible dental cleaning experience! Liz, dental hygienist at Dr Bauer's, had such a skilled approach and touch. Not only was she gentle and effective, she also provided me with options to help with various portions of my gum disease such as precision flossing/ cleaning tools that we ordered from Amazon while I was in the chair. Such a great addition to an already fantastic practice.

Paid $6000 for Invisalign and they won't even return my phone calls, text messages or emails. it's been 7 months of trying to be contacted back and they haven't responded. had to file a complaint with the BBB. very unprofessional company

Dr. Bauer and her staff are amazing. The dental work is excellent and the atmosphere is awesome! Dr Bauer has all of the current high-tech technology. They saw me twice in a one week period for emergency services. They truly care about their patients. I would recommend them to anybody.

I love the happy feeling when I walk in. All the ladies are friendly and professional. Dr. Bauer doesn't disappoint. She is bubbly, knowledgeable and professional. They all seem to know who is getting what kind of procedures and are concerned for each patient. I'm enjoying my appointments at Bauer Dental Center!

Wiyh years of traumatic dental visits in other places, it is so peaceful walking into Creekside Dental where I'm greeted by first name by multiple staff members. Today was getting the brackets for the Invisalign and Brittany was gentle, fast, and efficient. She also took time to answer questions and strategize how to make this as painfree as possible. Thank you Creekside Dental!

Another successful visit to DDS Today. Good news - bad news. Good news. Always great service and professionalism. Bad news. I need need a Dentist. But at least I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Bauer is an excellent dentist. What a relief. There are so many bad ones out there. Also, she does it all. She makes her own crowns while you wait. No need for temp crowns and a return visit for the final fitting. And she does root canals so you don't need to go to a separate endodontist. Her staff is very professional and friendly which. is a reflection of Dr. Bauer's personality. However, she does tend to multitask.

This bugs me because when she's working on my teeth, I want her full attention. Nevertheless, I recommend her for all your dental needs. Just make sure she accepts your insurance plan.
