Dr King and his team are amazing. I moved here from Florida about 5 years ago seeking a dentist. I landed here and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. My dental hygienist, Elizabeth is the best. I'm always shocked when I see her because she always remember all pertinent details and she established a good rapport from the very beginning.

The work dr. King did on my teeth was appropriate however the comfort level was a nightmare. If I could give less than one star I would. The staff Yana and the other staff members were great however when Dr. King loses his patience LOOK OUT! he loses all levels of professionalism. He heard me crying because the assistant was having difficulty replacing a temporary crown for my permanent one.
My tooth was very sensitive. Whatever she was doing caused me extreme pain. Dr. King left the patient he was with and came in and stuck a needle in the back of my mouth and when I screamed he pulled it out and stuck me again as he pulled out the needle. I was in excruciating pain and my lip and mouth swoll up impairing my speech for at least three hours.
He told the assistant to reschedule me because he didn't want to put up with my nonsense. Then he returned to the other patient ignoring me as I called out to him. I went to the front desk and the girls were kind enough to schedule me for the next day. The only reason I returned was because Dr. King had my permanent tooth replacement that I had already paid for, Costing over 2500.00 for all the work, and I knew no one else would continue on with what he had started. This nightmare happened over five months ago but I am just now able to talk about it.

Don't bother going there unless you want to have dental work done that is not needed. My daughter was told he had 11 cavities to be done and we went to another dentist only to find out that she has only two. Same thing happened to me and I was told that my crowns needed to be redone and they did not. Also, if they owe you credit on your account, it will take weeks of calls to get your money back with all lame excuses for not sending a check.
When you ask why they overcharged knowing the insurance fee schedule, you get no answer! Go figure! Happy to end this business relationship and switch to another honest professional.

I was a former patient at this dental clinic until my insurance coverage lapsed. At the end of my care with them, I was told I had 11 cavities. Since receiving that news, I began saving to pay for this tremendous amount of treatment out of pocket. I have relocated and recently began treatment at a new dental office, and their x-rays and analysis found that I only have 2 cavities instead of 11.
The actual care done by Dr. Christopher King is excellent; however, the predatory billing practices I experienced can only be considered misguided at best, and absolutely negligent and fraudulent at worst. I would not recommend this dental office to my worst enemy.

My name is Ethan and I have been coming to Dr. Kings Dental office for several years now. They are all very caring and always make me feel comfortable during difficult procedures especially Ms. Elizabeth. She always talks to me and she makes me laugh.
