I've been going here for about 9 years now. I've had a lot of work done to my teeth in that time and many cleanings. I absolutely love my dentists and the rest of the staff. My hygienist have always been really friendly and the receptionist are quick to address everyone by name once they walk in the door. I moved up to Waco recently and I will try to continue coming here because finding a good dentist like Balcones Dental can be hard to come by. Thank you!

Best dental office ever! They know what great customer service is and they put it into practice every single day. The staff is so friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. Even when I've had issues with insurance, they've always found a way to help/fix the issue. I moved to another state for a few years and I hated not being able to come to this office for my dental care.

I was a candidate for the tooth implant training program for dentists. I had a really great experience! The dentists took great care of me, keeping my comfort a priority while learning/brushing up their skills at the same time. The procedure was a great success at a muuuch cheaper price than normal. I'd recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a professional private practice.

I've been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Lindsay and his team for several years. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but if you are wise enough to care for your teeth on a regular basis you won't find a more compassionate, honest, trustworthy, clean and competent dental practice than Balcones Dental. They have always treated me and my entire family with the utmost respect and in a very personable manner.

They truly care about you. your health, your needs versus wants, your schedule, your budget, everything that goes into making treatment decisions. Each one on the treatment team is the very best, most gentle and caring professional you will find, or else they wouldn't be working in that office. Update 8-1-21. As a patient, I recently participated in a dental implant seminar sponsored by Dr. Lindsay and was very impressed with the overall experience it offered to myself as well as the professional dental community.

Dr. Lindsay and his staff have gone out of their way to follow up with me and resolve any issues after every procedure performed in their office.

I absolutely love the staff and both dentists here. They go far above and beyond what I have ever experienced at any other doctor's office. My father was my dentist my whole life and so after he passed I was very particular about choosing a new dentist. I found Dr. Johnson here and have been with this practice every since. I also love the hygienists and the front staff is the most warm and friendly group of ladies that you will ever encounter. I highly recommend this practice.

I only had a consultation exam so far, so I can't speak for the actual work yet. Everyone is so amazing, from the front desk staff to Dr. Lindsay. I have extreme fear of all things dental related but they were so patient and talked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable. They are caring and courteous. I am waiting for Dr. Lindsey to come up with a treatment plan for me right now so also can't speak to the pricing. However, this is the first time in my life I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist. I never thought I would say that after having 40 years of bad experiences. Highly recommend this practice!

Office staff is friendly and maintain a very cheerful environment. Waiting time Once I arrived was less than 5 minutes. Dental hygienist was very professional and explained the procedure in detail. It was the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Lindsey was very thorough and easy to talk to. Balcones Dental is our new family dentist!

I cannot sing the praises louder than this: they are AMAZING! From the moment you enter the office you will know you are in a very welcoming place. This is no cold, white, sterile office. This is a warm, welcoming practice. The gals at reception/check out are friendly, cheerful, efficient, and caring. Hygienists are invested in your dental health and strive to establish a rapport with their patients. Dental assistants are kind and ensure you are ready for your procedures and are helpful after procedures are over. BUT.no review would be complete without discussing Dr. Larry Lindsay.

I wish I knew what took me so long to move completely to this office! He has a very kind chair side manner, is not judgmental of any poor dental choices you may have made in your youth, and very patiently and clearly explains what your dental issues are and the treatment options. He has never pushed me into expensive treatments--I've always had treatment plans with options and solid recommendations.

Like much of the population, I don't look forward to going to the dentist, but when I go here, even if I'm getting a filling or root canal, my blood pressure stays low. They have such a calm, peaceful (well, except for dental sounds!), environment. I'm greeted so warmly it disarms any apprehension. I highly recommend Balcones Dental!
