My first dental cleaning appointment with Alex. I love the way he handle his patient. He is so detail and also inform you of your dental health and some important teachings of my concerns. He is very competent on his expertise! He make sure everything is well taken care, Thanks Alex for checking & cleaning my night guard! And love my dentist as well! Thank you!

Seattle a specialty Dentistry has done several implants on me before 2020, the start of Covid. I was very happy about their work. I needed teeth cleaning. Because of Covid, I didn't visit them for two years till few weeks ago. They did a thorough cleaning and exam. I have no problem with the implants. I think because they have done such good job to start with.

The team is always so friendly and attentive. I'm always impressed how much they know me and my family and how they show they care. Thanks for your hard work. I suffer from extreme anxiety at dentists and this team has always taken care of me.

I wish I could've given a 5 start review. I truly do. Unfortunately in my case my symptoms were not correctly diagnosed and I was forcibly billed for services I could no longer use. I had to haggle with the office to pay down 50% of bill :. I really did like Dr Pavinee, and I completely get all the 5 start reviews she gets; she has a great human touch.

However I'd urge future patients to also get a 2nd opinion before proceeding with her to ensure a misdiagnosis doesn't happen. I don't blame her as anyone can make mistakes and it's up to us to cover our bases. She'll definitely make you happy and keep the process easy. I'd have no hesitation to be served by her once you have a rock solid diagnosis.

I had to get crowns for two of my front teeth. I selected Seattle Specialty Dentistry because their website claimed that they were more than a dentist and an expect in aesthetics. This seemed ideal for crowns, but unfortunately this is not the experience I had. The crowns were uncomfortable and unattractive. Being that they were in the front this is a big, as they are seen often.

On my that one occasion Dr. Pavinee walked out of the room as I was trying to work through these issues. The experience was beyond disappointing. Do not come here for crowns.

Did the hygienist just have a BAD DAY yesterday? I have never in my 90 plus years in a dentist chair had such a bad/rough experience. I understand she only works on Mondays, so no more cleaning on Mondays for me.

I've been coming to Seattle special dentistry for five years. it is the best dental office in Seattle for reconstructive Dentistry. The staff are more like family to me now who care about my well-being and that greet me with consideration and kindness every time I come into the office. Dr. Julien Burchfield

Update from 4 to 5 stars: my initial visit was Jan 11th and they at first said the next cleaning available wasn't for several months but that the schedule changed often. They got back to me within a week and I was able to get a cleaning two weeks later. The cleaning, by Alex, was great, he's very kind, knowledgeable and precise, definitely recommend.

I like the gum measurement, had never had that before. Very, very nice and professional staff. The nicest view you will probably ever have from a dentist's chair. It's pricy. I'm they currently have an incredibly long wait for cleanings - I didn't realize my x rays and exam appointment didn't include a cleaning. The next cleaning appointment is three months out, granted I apparently need a two-hour appointment, but still.

Dr Pavinee is such an amazing cosmetic dentist! She is the best I have ever been to! Thanks to her, people comment on how great my smile looks! She will repair any chipped tooth, even front teeth, and the results are just amazing! People cannot tell there was any work done!
