Kids Dental Center

Scheduled my daughter for a dental appointment, and they conveniently scheduled her for when their office would be closed for a holiday. How annoying. I will not attempt to reschedule since I made this appointment in March & waited until May as this was their first available. Thanks for wasting my time.

Such an amazing pediatric dentist office. I take my 3 kids here and they are always so sweet and friendly. We have had kamiah help a few times and she was always very patient, friendly, and took such good care of my kids! She always knew how to calm my kids down when they are feeling upset or scared. Definitely recommend!

My two boys have been Dr. V's patients for several years now. Dr. V has a great rapport with the children helping reduce the anxiety of going to the dentist. I'm writing this review today to shout-out the reception staff. I needed to change an appointment and they were able to work with me to find something that worked for us. They didn't give me the attitude I've felt at other medical offices and were both kind and responsive to my needs. Another reason to keep coming back to Kids Dental Center!

We have a great experience every time. The whole staff is very friendly and is always very patient with my two kids. Dr. Venezuela Answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information about the treatments and was also very kind and patient with us.

Great Dentist fabulous anesthesiologist by far the Best great staff

You will find a Professional office staff of amazing nurses, doctors and crew at Kids Dental Center. Dr. Farr was the anesthesiologist who treated my son during his dental surgery. He made us feel comfortable with the process and procedure and executed his job with the upmost care and consideration. If you're looking for a great dental center for your kiddo I recommend this facility.

The Dentist refused to do the work after he had already numbed and prepped my son who was more than compliant. He was not crying or a making a fuss yet the doctor did not continue, he did not seem like he wanted to do the work from the beginning. Fortunately I was able to find a real Pediatric dental office that completed the work with no issue, they actually knew how to handle children and are more than willing to work with kids. This place has gone downhill after the original dentist/owner handed it over, we have been going for years and now the office staff and dental staff are sub par.

We love Kids Dental! They are always kind and their office is super clean. We referred family members and we all love it.

I spent 4 hours total getting my grandson here only to find out they cancelled our appointment at the last minute cause we didn't confirm. This was made 6 months ago and now they can't get us in for 2 months. Watch out for them make sure you confirm appointments, we didn't know about this policy been going here for many years. This was a huge hassle for us. He's aged out of kids dental very soon anyways. We found a adult dentist for him.

My oldest is 23 yrs old and my youngest is 15 months. I been with them for 9 years and the customer reps at the front desk are so insensitive and rude. I watch my teenagers roll their eyes but from an adult in a professional environment is damaging to this company. I put the pen back in the cup and the rep says to me " I just told you to keep your pen cuz u need to sign more papers" my response: blank stare.

Apparently she having a bad day. At this point I'm bringing my 16 year old for a crown and two fill ins. To be honest, this appt was scheduled by the manager two weeks ago because on my son last visit the dentist did a different service than what I confirmed prior to the visit. Communication is horrible here so make sure you pay attention. So to come back and experience another bad experience, my son has a treatment plan to complete but after he done, I won't be back.

This is so unfortunate because all 5 of my kids love it here. I've never been irate or nasty with them but this is the treatment they offer. Having amazing customer service and security is way more important.

Been going here since my teens were 5 & 7 years old now they're 14 and 16 years old. All the staffs including the manager is RUDE & unprofessional. They seem to be impatient and I dislike the comments they have said. From my experience with this office I no longer take my kids here. I do NOT recommend this office.

Dr. Valenzuela never disappoints! The extra time and care he along with his staff give to my children is above and beyond. Also, Victoria is AMAZING! What's great addition to your team. Thank you all for caring for my kids.

Kids dental care is amazing. Dr V is wonderful and helps me so much with my daughter when getting her teeth all taken care of. I originally went to kidtastic and had a terrible experience. I than went to google and found the amazing reviews and said let's give this a try and I'm so glad I did. The staff up front the girls are so helpful and generous: the dental assistants are just as patient and kind: they will answer any question and make sure you are taken care of as well as your children.

Which as a parent we need that validation that are children will be taken care of and in good hands. I am recommending them to all my friends with kids. I appreciate you all so so much. My daughter loves coming to the dentist now and can't wait for her appointments! :

My son, Dale (Denver Bronco fan) has been coming here for at least 5 years. He has had bad dental experiences when he was younger. But Dr A and his staff have always made him comfortable and as good as a dental visit can be. I recommend Kids Dental Center, especially for kiddos who are afraid to go to the dentist. I am really happy that Dr A worked with us for a few years before he actually put braces on Dale. Love the dr and his staff!
