I have been looking for a dentist that aligns with my own values for a holistic approach and couldnt be more happy with RFD! The staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome. A few years ago my PCP referred me to Dr Hart because of my passion for holistic healthcare. I've been coming ever since and have not regretted it. Dr Hart is very knowledgeable about her profession and has a super sweet spirit to go along with it. The staff is equally as friendly and professional. I actually look forward to my dental check ups (which is something no one ever says.)

Greetings and Happy Days to you all! I just wanted to share my experience while visiting Richmond Family Dentistry! I have some upcoming dental work that I didn't know I needed. You know how you go in for your routine exam (and think you have a clean bill of health because you floss twice a day and brush twice a day). Nope! I was in for a pleasant surprise, my scanned revealed that I had a massive amount of bone resorption (bone loss) on one of my teeth. Had I not visited for my routine cleaning, this could have led to tons of medical expenses and infections which could have affected my adjacent teeth and my life.

Although I have some minor repair ahead, I am so happy and grateful now that I will have a life to continue to live. Infections alone could lead to some really bad health, BUT Christine! She did an awesome job with my routine exam and she found the problem. After Christine consulted with Dr. Hart, it was a team effort which included everyone (Amanda, Jessica, Christine and Dr. Hart) and they all sprung into action with an affordable treatment plan for me.

And now I am on my way to a brand new smile and a Happier life. I am so, so, so thankful for everything Richmond Family Dentistry has done for me, this is just one aspect of my life that I will look back on and share stories to my now 4 year old about the importance of your dental health and hygiene. Richmond Family Dentistry is like my family, they're all smiles when you enter, go check them out, you won't regret it! I love you guys! Keep being awesome at what you do!

I had my first appointment today. They offer options no other dentist has offered me (have been to about 7). I'm looking forward to my next visit. I'm excited and I believe this will be the best decision I've every made. I can finally get back to the confident me!

Your dental anxiety goes away as soon as you step in here. It's such a peaceful atmosphere. The front desk women, dental hygienists, and Dr. Hart are all so kind. Working on getting my entire family to switch over to Richmond Family Dentistry. Definitely the dentistry for me! I never dread going to the dentist anymore.

These dentists are truly amazing. Their staff is kind and thoughtful, the dentists were by far the best I have ever seen. They removed my amalgam fillings with ease and safety. They made sure I was comfortable and kept checking on me during the process. I highly recommend them.

Super grateful to live relatively close to such a phenomenal holistic dentist office! My wife and I travel from Norfolk to Richmond to come here, and also hear of others who drive even further, and I can speak on everyone's behalf when I say it's worth it. It's great to see a dentist that cares about a patient's total well being, and doesn't just segment "oral" health from "other" types of physical and mental health.

The front desk is always a pleasure to catch up with as well. Everyone here is personable, friendly, and can put anyone with any sort of dentist-anxiety to ease. I've been recommending this place to everyone and will continue to do so!

Our whole family LOVES Richmond Family Dentistry. Biological dentistry is the best for your teeth and for the health of your whole body! The staff here is amazing, so helpful, friendly, warm and kind. Our little children love coming here for their cleanings and for myofunctional therapy. I've had many successful dental procedures done from fillings to multiple implants and crowns and I've never been nervous under Dr. Hart's competent care. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Hart does beautiful work! So knowledgeable and supportive! I love the whole team! They go the extra mile to make me as comfortable as possible. I feel the love. I have needed a fair amount of dental work done, including an implant. You can't even tell that I have one! also received a diagnosis right before stating with them and they helped me navigate within their office and are amazingly compassionate. A holistic dentist is the way to go!

Absolutely great dentistry! Dr Hart and her team are amazing and welcoming. Always explain all the procedures and the reason why it might be needed. There is never any pressure and always give us the option to go ahead or not. Admire their holistic approach to dental care.

I traveled 3 hours to see Dr. Hart to have my amalgam fillings removed. She and her staff were incredibly helpful, made me comfortable and most of all eased my anxiety. I would choose her as my family dentist if only I lived closer. This office is professional and caring toward their patients. I received a phone call the day after my appointment checking in to see how I was feeling. This dentist office is well worth the drive if you are looking for people who love their job and their patients.

Dr. Hart is just wonderful - she redid a crown for me recently (it was done years ago by another dentist). She custom made the new crown immediately after removing the old one and put it in that same day. She also removed an old amalgam filling in a quick, painless, and efficient process. She and her staff are fantastic; I can't say enough positive things about them. Her hygienists work very deftly and gently, and her office admins are just lovely.
