My first work with the Dr. Mullaney went perfectly. The end result was indistinguishable from getting a new tooth. Her assistant Tanya was excellent as well.

Having relocated to this area, I needed a new dentist after being with my former dentist for many years. I needed a couple of crowns and wasn't looking forward to having this work done with a new dentist. So glad I found Dr. Mullaney. Dr. Mullaney and all her staff are great-- very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied!

My most recent visit was for my 6-month check-up. As usual, the dental hygienist was friendly and thorough. As a long-time patient, I had a friendly conversation with Dr. Mullaney while she checked my teeth. My son and I have been Dr. Mullaney's patients for 20+ years. She and her staff have always been welcoming and professional.

Been going here for years. The staff there is amazing and super friendly. Not only are they nice but are professional as well. They noticed my excessive grinding of the teeth and clenching of the jaw, which was the source of my headaches and suggested a night guard to aid this problem. Needless to say it worked wonders for me and I noticed a difference immediately! If you're in need of a great dentist, this should be your first phone call. I could not think any higher of Kathy and her staff. Truly life changing work!

This was an amazingly welcome, professional, kind and helpful visit. My daughter has decalcification from having braces and Dr. Mullaney, along with her wonderful staff, treated us with focused concern and individualized attention. So I have been a patient of Dr. Mullaneys since 2007. In a world of turn and burn or in and out I can attest to a compassionate and thoughtful experience with every single visit. I like extra clean teeth so I visit every 4 months. With each visit I can expect a friendly, professional, and now COVID secure cleaning. Dr. Mullaney takes the time to not only discuss your teeth but how overall health relates to proactive oral care. 5 stars!

Went to see Dr. Mullany recently. She was terrific. Office is taking Covid precautions seriously. The office staff were pleasant and helpful. I have never had such a comprehensive and thorough exam in my life (and I am 63!). Special thanks to Heather, the hygienist, who was very capable and nice.

No need to worry about going to this dentist during the ongoing pandemic! I've been there twice since reopening, and both times, the office staff communicated all-new protective measures before and after my arrival. Upon arriving, I had my temperature taken, shoes sprayed and was taken back to my treatment room without delay where everything was covered in plastic to prevent contamination of shared surfaces.

Everything went smoothly and I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness and care. All of the office staff are wonderful. Dr. Mullaney and Tamara are fantastic, and I have them to thank for my lovely smile. I highly recommend giving this practice a try if you're looking for a new dentist (I even recommended them to my mother!). If you are a returning patient uncomfortable with the current situation, no need to worry! They are going above and beyond to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Dr. Mullaney's office is top-notch. Dr. Mullaney and her staff are very courteous and thorough. Everyone there goes above and beyond what I've experienced at any other dentist office. Most importantly, everyone is very knowledgeable and I always know that I can trust their recommendations. Even after other dentists in the past told me that I needed certain work done, including surgery, Dr. Mullaney gave me her honest opinion and explained why I wouldn't be a good candidate for what the other dentists told me I needed. Dr. Mullaney is such a lovely and friendly person and she clearly takes extra care in hiring others that are just the same.

The only downside I can think of is that you have to be prepared to pay for your visit upfront before getting reimbursed by your insurance company. Other than that, Dr. Mullaney's office is truly a fantastic place and I always leave knowing that I have the best possible care for my teeth!

The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to get an appointment quickly. The gave us the cost up front, but we did not due our due diligence. Our insurance only covered 23% of the total bill. Be sure to check with your insurance before you proceed with any procedures.

If you want red-carpet treatment at the dentist, this is the place to go. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, no long delays waiting to be seen, and they take time to get to know you. Everything is spotless and well kept in the office. No complaints!

Simply the best! Dr. Mullaney is meticulous, expertly knowledgeable and attuned to a patient's concerns. I searched for a top notch cosmetic dentist to fix my unsatisfactory results from previous procedures. Wish I had found her years ago before 3 previous costly and disappointing results. She identified critical underlying problems that were previously overlooked, and were key to getting a great result. And, kudos to her staff who are always on top of things, extremely attentive, and make you feel welcome and pampered.

Best dental team located in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Beautiful office atmosphere. Cleanliness is top knotch. The staff is friendly and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mullaney deeply cares about her patients and wants to give them a great smile. She is very detail oriented and precise on the work she does. Explains dental procedures well and does what is only necessary and needed to keep your teeth healthy!

Consistently excellent and very professional. Always helpful dealing with my disability and go out of their way to make accommodations. Office manager always on top of potential insurance pitfalls and really looks out for the customer! All very, very friendly. Almost makes going to the dentist pleasant!
