Taylor Family Dentistry

Went for my "new patient" visit. Everything was smooth, friendly, and explained. Would recommend to a friend.

I love my dentist Celina Valletti, but the billing is atrocious. They give you their estimates, not what is from insurance. I had to have a crown done, and insurance denied it saying I didn't need it. Instead of working with insurance, they keep trying to bill me, even after they say they would. When my insurance changed they sent old claims to the wrong insurance.

Even after a year, after countless phone calls, they still can't do their job when they said they would. I again love my dentist as they are wonderful, and the hygienists, but the billing staff is absolutely horrible as they can't even call you back they just send more bills.

As others have said, I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor since 2008. He has been a fantastic dentist. Since he sold his practice to a dental group, the service quality has fallen off significantly. You cannot get through, or get a response from the front office, even if you email, leave messages, etc. It is sad, really. The dental care itself remains very good, but I will probably look for a new dentist.

I love Dr Taylor and have been going to him since 2006 and would give Taylor Family Dentistry 5/5 star rating. Once they switched over to Your Raleigh Dentist everything has changed! The staff in the front lobby are rude and stuck up and before the merge with the new MD Valletti they would all treat you like family! I miss when it was just Taylor Family Dentistry! If you come here ignore the front people ask for MD Taylor and the hygienist Terra and you will be in amazing hands!

Not only did they call and accuse me of owing hundreds for an appointment one year ago (they sent the incorrect tax code to the insurance company so the insurance denied the claim) but today the hygienist accused me of not coming to the dentist since September of last year (even though their own billing person was also accusing me of not paying for a December appointment).

I even had an appointment after December which I went to and they have "no record of it". After years of coming to this practice, I have to leave. I am not sure what happened in the name change from Taylor Dentistry to Your Raleigh Dentist, but it is incredibly scam like. Even the billing employee that helped clear up the mistakes they made with the tax code left their practice. It speaks volumes.

Professional services in treating your dental problems. but very unprofessional in keeping record of payments made by you for your ongoing treatment.

Friendly, kind, professional, unhurried yet on-time, good with dealing on the business/finance side of things as well. And believe me, I hate being in a dentist chair, so this is high praise.

My first visit to Taylor Family Dentistry was awesome. I was in pain with a toothache and the staff was super sweet. Dr. Taylor explained my issue to me very thoroughly and took his time so that I completely understood. I appreciated his kindness and honesty. He referred me to an Endodontist for this tooth I went to him about, but I am definitely going back to him for anything else. I was looking to make a move and change dentists, and I'm glad I went to Dr. Taylor. My daughter also has been to see him and she only had good things to say also!

Dr. Taylor has one of the finest dental practices in North Carolina! I've been a part of many dental practices over the last 20 years and have met many dentists, but Dr. Taylor and his elite staff are among the very best! They are professional, extremely courteous, and above all knowledgeable. They put their patients needs first and allow the patient to be a part of their own care. I highly highly recommend Taylor Family Dentistry!

I started going to Taylor Family Dentistry after my dentist had a career change. There are probably 10 dentists much closer to me but I drive to see Dr. Taylor and his staff. His rates are reasonable but more importantly, I like that he has a conservative approach and know that I can trust him. A medical treatment I was on for a year caused dental issues that could be very costly. Dr. Taylor walked me through what was most important, and what could wait and even gave me some things I could do at home to help.

His dental hygienists are excellent and gentle and his entire staff have been so kind during a challenging time. I can't say enough about Dr. Taylor and his integrity and warm manner. Oh, and they have great massage chairs and a TV in each room which makes the time fly!

Extremely unprofessional doctor and staff. Dr. Taylor WAS my family's dentist. One day I had a perfectly normal and professional conversation with one of his staff, as requested by my employer. From that he called my employer and referred to me as a b*tch. I was immediately fired. This doctor will never lay another hand on a member of my family.

This might sound odd, but I look forward to going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Taylor, the staff and the facilities! Hygienists are attentive and gentile. Each patient exam area has a TV with massaging chairs to help with anxiety. Dr. Taylor is friendly and knowledgeable.

I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, like most people, that is until I started going to Taylor family dentistry. When I called for an appointment Sodonna went over everything with me and showed compassion and understanding not only to me but my son as well who has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Tara is always great and Dr. Taylor is very personable and kind. He explains what he is doing and suggest a plan that is within your budget. I highly recommend going to Dr. Taylor you will be glad you did.

My husband and I have been going here for about 2 years now. Dr. Taylor is very gentle & personable. All of the staff are nice and helpful. They really make your experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend going to Dr. Taylor!
